It was an absolute pleasure doing business here at Keating Nissan. As far as the process it took about 3 hours and we walked away with an amazing deal on a new Versa. Chad Johnson went above and beyond to make sure everything about the deal was to our liking. The gentleman in Finance was a treat as well, young guy, but no pressure tactics and both were genuinely great people to work with. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a new Nissan, and I especially recommend you ask for Chad to help if you do decide to stop by.

Within 1 minute of pulling up to Keating Nissan service the technician ( Chris ) was welcoming me & getting my routine maintenance started. In today’s world it’s a rare occurrence to mark the highlight of a Wednesday as your hassle free trip to the dealership for an oil change. Appreciate you Chris, if you don’t like it at Keating come join us at The Window Center in Houston we have a spot for you.

"Chris" the service rep was very rude. The amount of time to complete the repair took entirely too long. My husband called Nissan headquarters to inquire about assistance on price of the repair due to the truck being low mileage and well taken care of, they offered and fulfilled paying 90% of the repair. Once the service department was notified that Nissan would be covering 90% the time line of finishing the repair kept getting pushed back. We were told that "there are other customers we have to take care of" even though our vehicle had been there longer.
