I had a wonderful experience at Keffer Kia in Mooresville with both Taylor and Joshua. Taylor found the perfect car for us and Joshua was a great salesperson. He was not pushy and took as much time as we needed to find the right car with terms that were comfortable for us. I was very pleased with the service there and look forward to getting all of my service needs done there as well. Joshua made sure that we were all set up with all of the technology in the car and that we understood all the bells and whistles. Excellent experience! We love our new car!

We were the victims of a semi's detached tire while headed north on I-77. We had our car towed to Keffer Kia, and that was a great decision. They fit us in at the end of the day as they were preparing to close at 6 pm; gave us the results of an initial inspection and an accurate prediction about how long it would take; and had us back on the road by 10:30 the next morning. Amazing! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and helped us through an accident far from home--especially David Taylor in the service department. Thanks to everyone at Keffer!

I feel extremely blessed to have purchased my 2022 Soul from Keffer Kia. Justin Imes - the sales associate who helped me - went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I got the car I wanted and in my price range. BUT more importantly, my grandmother was with me. She experiences difficulty with her memory and did not want to sit inside (she stayed in the car) Justin checked on her MULTIPLE times, as if she were his grandma too. He provided an excellent example of what it means to truly serve someone.
