We bought a Chevy Tahoe from Henry and his customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and the process went very smoothly. If you are looking for a car from Keim, you must ask for Henry.

I stopped at Keim's to look at a used Tacoma but found that it had already been sold. I worked with Scott Smith and told him that I was also interested in the new Colorado. Scott proceeded to educate me about the truck and got me in for a test drive as soon as the next one arrived on their lot. I was very impressed with all aspects of the truck including looks, power and ride. I then worked with Scott and Mike on the trade in value of my vehicle. Overall I felt that I was treated very fairly and was thoroughly impressed with Scott's knowledge and attention to detail. I will definitely consider Keim for any future purchases!

I came in unannounced for a used truck that was sold the day before. Scott talked to me and showed me some other options one of which we bought. It was a very friendly and honest exchange without pressure like you experience so often. They spent a lot of time making my daughter feel comfortable in the vehicle which I appreciated. All in all a very positive way to purchase a vehicle for a reasonable price. They are a location to consider visiting.

I first called to see a used truck on the lot and spoke with Ken. When I came in he was unavailable, but Deb was able to take care of me. I came in ready for some tough negotiating, but in the end I got a great deal and I couldn't be happier. Mike Keim helped close the purchase and was very nice to see an involved owner. We read an automotive magazine that rated the Chevrolet Impala as a very good buy. We went to look at one and was pleased with what we saw. Salesperson Barry was very helpful and easy to work with. He made buying a new car a very easy transition.

My Equinox had a check engine light come on, The guys at Keim were very accommodating in getting the vehicle in to be checked out. They were also able to do some routine maintenance during the same appointment, and had me all taken care of in a reasonable time frame. Great Job Guys!

Made an appointment for 1:00PM Dropped off vehicle at 7:30AM. Confirmed my appointment and call back number upon arrival. Handed keys to service manager. Called at 4:00PM Service manager: Where did you park this thing? Service manager: Did you drop your vehicle off at Keim Chevrolet? Me: I handed you the keys. It is 30 feet from your office in the side lot. Service manager: We are pulling it in now. Me: How late are you open? Service manager: Until 5:00. We will get it diagnosed and call you. No call. It is now 5:40 PM. I will not be returning to this facility for any reason after this experience. I do not recommend this facility to anyone for any reason. Go elsewhere. Take your chances elsewhere.

We visited Keim Chevrolet on Saturday, 6/28. We were interested in a 2011 Silverado. Ken, John and Mike were extremely friendly, helpful and explained the process thoroughly. They understood what price point we needed and worked through a plan that allowed my daughter to purchase the truck. We researched prices throughout our area, but we found the best price at Keim.

Salesman was Scott Smith. Both Scott and Mike pulled multiple strings to get me into the vehicle I had my heart set on. They make sure you are both comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. Went above and beyond what any other dealership would have been willing to do for their customers. Definitely will be going back to Keim for my next vehicle!!

I came into Keim and knew exactly what I wanted! Ken was my salesperson and he did an excellent job! I'm so happy with my new Jeep! The staff is all very nice and Cassandra (finance) was excellent! I would recommend this place for anyone to go get a car from!! Overall everything was passed my expectations!! I was in and out very quickly and I'm VERY happy about that!! Thank you to KEIM!!!!

went there a couple months ago to look at a used truck i saw online, at first they were ok till we got down to the price. they wanted top dollar for this truck that leaked fluid, power locks didnt work, the grille was ziptied on needless to say it wasnt perfect so i ask them about the problems and they wouldnt fix the problems for free they wanted me to buy the truck for there top dollar price(which they wouldnt come off of) then pay for the repairs..ken holland the sales manager pretty much called me a liar we went over some prices the day before(it was all on paper) i took a picture of the paper with my phone, the next day he called and said come in we can make it happen so i get there and some of the numbers we discussed the day before he said never happened,he actually argued with me. so i pulled out my phone and showed him the pic. the cat got his tongue then. i left after that. all the salesman were nice as could be. but they need a new sales manager.

1/12 trade car for a used pickup. saw truck on interenet. when there sales man was trying to get me into a newly traded truck instead of this truck ( now i know why ). On test drive turn signals didnt work (they fixed free of charge next day ) but on way home found out horn didnt work either . when doing paper work showed me list of things that were done to truck while in service ( said $4k worth ) . things done were state inspection,rear window reseal,front transaxle seal replaced,body work on rear quarter. ( i found out days/weeks later its more of a need to do list ! ) cause howd it pass instection with horn and turn signals not working?,front transaxle still leaks !,rear window still leaks air !,and body work still needed ! so my advice DONT buy a used vehicle from there unless you check it very carefully !

At first the staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in finding a car that fit my budget and even added a warranty to our deal. After we closed our deal and I purchased the car is when their service went sour. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the car I realized the heat was not working properly. I did not notice this while test driving because the weather was nice and there was no need for the heat to be running for an extended period. I alerted the sales manager to the mistake and he refused to fix the heat or even look at it. As a first time car buyer, I feel completely taken advantage by this dealership. They sold me a car under false pretenses that everything was functioning (I even specifically asked if the heat worked) and refused to fix their error. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are okay with being lied to.

Went to see an SUV there. Although it wasn't specified in the ad that it had some damage, I decided to test drive it. Turns out the car was in pretty good condition, although it had its blemishes. The dealership was pretty straight forward and didn't waste my time. The only negative part about my experience was that the check engine light came on roughly 100 miles after purchase.

Got a great deal on a 2003 Envoy XL off lease. Originally came in to test drive a trailblazer XL, but it sold before we could make an offer. They offered to find a similar vehicle through the GM dealer network, and we ended up with a better vehicle for a similar price!

Took my used 2004 chevy 2500 still under warranty to Keim for some warranty issues. I was told they could find nothing wrong with any issue except for the recalled tailgate cables. I arrived to demonstrate all of the issues, even when the headliner fell back down after the service manager pushed it up, he slammed the door headed toward the building and said I should take it to where I bought it, maybe they'll address your issues. I was also told that it is a truck and that they have lots of components and moving parts ( I know thats why I bought used with only 14000 miles so that those parts would be covered). I followed him inside and he directed me to the desk for my paperwork. No more question asked. I have never been that disrespected by any dealer or individual in my life.
