Buying process below average. Service the worest that I have ever seen. Would not even replace bad equipment within first 5,000 miles. I have bought 3 cars from Keith Hawthorne and had good service till I bought the 3rd car...They told me nothing but lies (Bradley) my salesman left a week after I got my car...Then (Jamie) was checking into some things for me and did not return my calls...When I called back he was no longer employed there....I have had nothing but lies told to me and Keith Hawthorne of Gastonia you have sold your last car to me!!

Wish I would have just gone to Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia first. I searched online for what I wanted to save time (which I don't have a lot of). I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment at exactly 8:45 am. I had been advised by my husband to expect a long wait for the required oil change. I had no idea it would not be finished until after 11:00 am, and quite a few of the customers who came after I arrived would also leave before I did. I will not go back to this dealer ship and I wish my husband had kept his ford truck, where he always received excellent service.
