My CX 5 is the 3rd lease in a row from Kelly Mazda. Sean Dolphin was my sales representative. I can't say enough good things about Sean. He makes you feel like more of a good friend than a customer, yet is very professional and knowledgeable as well. The phone calls throughout the process and after are greatly appreciated and a nice touch. I have also had excellent experiences with both Brian Cole and Jay Schlappe who sold my son his Speed 3. These men are stellar at what they do and making a person feel valued and respected as a customer. The Mazda brand does speak for itself, but the customer service is why I've been a loyal client of Kelly Mazda for six years now. I love Kelly Mazda!

After looking at a few cars and a few dealerships I went to Kelly to see a Mazda 6. I was shortly greeted in the parking lot and took the car I wanted for a drive. Sean Dolphin was friendly and answered all of my questions. I was politely contacted about updates with the car through e-mail since I did not want phone calls and received no pressure to buy. When I decided to buy the car we went back and forth with a price and I got a decent deal. They also gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers were offering. The buying process was quick and easy. Overall very good experience, and I love the car!

After searching for a used Mazda 3 we finally found a few possibilities and decided it was worth the 1 hour plus ride to look. Found one we loved and put down a deposit after being told two minor issues would be fixed on the car. Traveled back the following Saturday to finalize the deal and pick up the car. After a short test drive before signing we quickly realized the items had not been fixed and there was damage to the rocker panel that we had not noticed previously nor was it disclosed to us. We were told that one of the issues with the car was "normal" and "they all sound like that". Our sales person went and spoke to Brian Cole about the terms of our deal to see what could be done. We were told "give them their deposit back", end of discussion. Mr. Cole had spoken "at" us earlier upon our return from our test drive and was nothing short of rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Needless to say we walked away from the deal sad, angry and disappointed. We will NOT be returning.

Recently traded in my 2013 Cx-5 and Sean Dolphin worked with us to find the best cx-5 for the price that we could afford. He was very professional and went out of his way even stayed late to accommodate my husbands late work hours. Eddie in the service area is also highly recommended by us, he always fits my in when I need him too. Kelly Mazda is great !!!!

Purchased Mazda 6 Grand Touring 2015. Very professional service received from the Sale's Manager Brian Cole. He replied to all my emails and calls promptly without any delays. Sent me multiple quotes upon request. Everything transparently explained. They let me test drove few of their models to find which type of car would fit me the best. They took my old car and offered me a great deal for the new car. No hidden tricks to get the last penny out of me which I sadly can't say about other dealerships in the area that I visited and considered as one of my option. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

Both my wife and I just purchased new Mazda after my brother bought a brand new Mazda 3. After he highly recommeded the dealership and the salesman (Jay Schlappe), we went down and got great deals on a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and a 2015 Mazda 6. I was very intrusive and persistant because I was in the business (sales and finance) before, but they were nothing but open and forthcoming with any questions I had. Jay was fantastic to deal with and would recommend him to anyone.

I recently bought a Mazda CX-5 from Kelly Mazda. It was a great experience with little pressure. The salesman Sean Dolphin worked with me to get the best deal. I feel that I could contact the dealer at anytime to get my questions/problems answered. I would highly recommend checking them out before you buy a new or used car.

Made contact via the internet - explained what I was looking for, etc. Brain Cole was first rate with everything to include the financing and paperwork. I compared price and vehicle with 7 other dealerships and found his offer to be the best (by far). Only good things to say about the whole experience... Thanks Brian.

I contacted Kelly Mazda via their website because I had a few questions about one of their certified pre owned Mazda 3's. Brian Cole, the sales manager, responded and answered all my questions. When I came in for a test drive, he pointed out to me a small dent in the CPO car, something I may not have noticed on my own. We went back and forth on price a bit, but it was always amicable and polite, and never felt like he was trying to squeeze me for a few dollars. When the cost to fix a door dent was more than he anticipated, he knocked a good bit off the price without me having to haggle him down. He gave me great value on my trade, considerably higher than any dealerships in the area. When it came time to pick up my car, he got nearly all the paper work done for me before i came in and even found me a better rate than I got pre-arranged. I was in and out in under 45 minutes with my new car

I was traveling in Chicago and saw an add on Cars.com for a used truck. Emailed for availability and Brian Cole responded the same day. We emailed back and forth and went to see it over the weekend. Brian let me test drive it for about 10 miles (highway/city). I had a number in my head of what I was willing to buy it for and Brian offered the car for the price I was thinking (plus about $75). We discussed warrantee and other issues and he was up front an honest about everything. Brian would bring up exceptions and left nothing unhidden. If you see a car for sale from Kelly Mazda, I would recommend doing business with these folks.

We went to many other car dealerships before we came to Kelly Mazda. Brian Cole at Kelly Mazda went out of his way to make sure we understood the car buying process, the loan process and helped us pick out the perfect car for us. He gave us a very fair price on the car we traded in to get our new Mazda. Usually buying a new car is stressful and is not fun. Working with Brian Cole was a joy and stress free. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle on the internet in order to get the best deal, you can be safe at Kelly Mazda. Brian Cole, their sales manager was exceptional as we put together a deal. He sent us very detailed pictures of the vehicle and red circled even the smallest flaws it had. We then sent him pictures of our SUV that we were wanting to trade and before we left home, we had a firm price for the vehicle we were purchasing, a firm price on our trade in, and were pre-approved for our loan. When we arrived at Kelly Mazda and saw the 2010 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring we told Brian it far exceeded our expectations and was definitely worth the 5-hour drive! Made and appointment and car was ready to go when we got there. First price was not close to lowest price. They were willing to deal and came very close to lowest price. Showroom was an old facility with only 2 salespeople working at the time we were there on a Saturday morning. Did not see service area. They had a lot filled with new cars to choose from. Had to go with local dealer who matched lowest price, but would have considered this dealer.
