We called twice to make sure the vehicle we were wanting to come look at was in good condition because we live 2 hours away. They assured us that the car was in great condition and there were no physical or mechanical flaws other than a couple minor scratches here or there because the car is a 2006. We trusted them and seeing that they have great reviews, we decided it would be a good idea and we drove two hours to find a car that had a crack in the front bumper, about a three foot long scuff on the front bumper where it looked like the previous owner may have bumped into the car in front of them, sun damage on one of the mirrors, the other was loose and had a big hole by where the light on the side view mirror was, and there were scratches all over the vehicle and the paint was chipped on the hood. Very disappointed that they weren't upfront with us about it. I will say that I did like that there was only one man who came out to ask us if we needed help with anything and asked if we had questions and that was all. He didn't pester us like a lot of car salesmen do.

About 2 yrs ago purchased my Explorer from Kelly's. Never ever had an issue with it. I stopped in Wed. to get an idea of what trade in value would be as I was really needing to find a truck though not planning on buying one yet. Well, Mike said no problem and suggested I look at the trucks anyways while they checked Explorer. I was somewhat looking at higher end but nothing quite clicked..then Mike came over and suggested Dodge Ram. After looking over realized it was exactly the truck I needed and at affordable price. Test drove and I loved it!! Long story short, Mike made it happen!! Trade in price, financing and I was driving it home. Totally unexpected surprise of my day. I really appreciated being treated as a valued customer! Thanks Mike for a great experience. Recommend Kelly's 100%.

I would like to recommend anyone in the used car search to shop here. I jumped on their website after hearing several good things and found multiple vehicles meeting my search criteria. I found multiple photos and a free carfax per vehicle which impressed me immediately. I stopped in after work with my son and delt with Mike and he was a very laid back salesman and helped us greatly. He offered us bank financing and even beat my banks interest rate and had me in and out and driving a car home very quickly. I am very pleased with my experience at Kelly's and would like to share it with anyone who reads this review. They are very organized and have very nice cars.

My friend recommended me to shop here but of course I shopped around before making my purchase. I browsed at many local car lots in the area but decided to take my business back here. I got the best buy here. Salesman treated me very fair and let me browse and test drive multiple cars with out any pressure. I had a great experience here and will be back again. I recently purchased a car here for my son. My son was searching the Internet for cars and these guys kept popping up in our searches. So we took a ride down their on a Saturday found many cars in our price range. Kelly was helping us and he was very helpful and pressure free. He presented carfax reports for every car we looked at before we could ask. He even let me take the car to our mechanic to have it inspected. We are 100% happy with our purchase at Kellys. After posting the previous review on cars.com, I received a phone call from Kelly, owner of Kelly's Auto Sales Inc. He talked to me at great length, asking me about, and listening to all the problems I have had with my new truck. He was dismayed that we hadn't talked before, and he promised to address my situation and make it better. I understand that they can't possibly know everything about every problem that will come up with every vehicle that they sell. I was under the impression that the truck I bought was purchased 'as is' and so I really had no other recourse. I never expected to get any further attention by the people at Kelly's, but Kelly the owner himself, told me he wishes we could have taken care of these problems sooner. He cares about his customers satisfaction. And he wants to run an auto dealership that has a solid reputation based on his satisfied customers. I would recommend this dealership, and I would buy another car at Kelly's Auto Sales.

If you are an out of state buyer, Be Aware that Ohio has no safety standard inspection, and no emission testing on your auto you are purchasing. If you take your car home to say, Pennsylvania, you will have 30 days to put it right by your state standards. In my case, I purchased a 2002 Chevy s10 truck, and drove it home 100 miles to Pennsylvania. On the second day home, the right front wheel bearing began to make an awful sound. I took it apart to find only a finger full of grease coating the bearing that should have been packed abundantly full of grease. Both bearings were like this. Then on Saturday, day six, the SES light (service engine soon or "check engine" light) came on. The car will not pass a State mandated emission test in this condition. Reading the code found the problem to be Evap system related P0440, a vague problem somewhere in the fuel system. I checked all the possible problems and did all the recommended stuff finally took it to a mechanic. I called Mike told him of the problem and asked if they might have re-set the light. He said 'they might have "to see if it would come back on or not."' Not committing to saying yes or no but Be Aware if you have to pass this test they "might have." Mike pleads 'he don't know because they come off the truck..'. I paid 5995 for this truck. I washed it today and the paint on the front fascia beneath the bumper washed off with a garden hose. It needed a right front upper ball joint and sway bar linkage to pass safety inspection. Mike likes to act like they are a five star rated car lot. But he is no better than any other place... maybe worse because you will expect to be treated right. And the cars LOOK so good. LOW MILES! He offered no help when I told him of this disappointment. "The truck is not living up to it's billing" I said. "And I paid a lot for this truck". REMEMBER THEY MIGHT HAVE RE-SET THE LIGHT TO SEE IF IT WOULD COME BACK ON OR NOT. Mine did.. make a note of that MIKE.

Last Friday, we drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase a vehicle and Mike was pleasant to work with and the transaction was quick but we were about 1 hour into our drive home when the vehicle started stalling out on the intersate and the check engine light came on. We called Mike and he suggested we take it to an Autozone and get the code...which we did. We are still waiting to see what, if anything, Kelly's is going to offer under these circumstances. I have read good reviews about Kelly's so I am hoping they come through with a reasonable solution. I will repost to let others know the outcome.

Its been a week now since I purchased my 4th car from Kelly's. They are good people to buy from. When I went to buy a car I did my homework ahead of time for the car(s) I planned to look at. So when I found what I wanted (needed) for my family I talked to Mike and Kelly and as the three previous purchases it went well. Kelly's Auto was nothing if not efficient, honest, and helpful. Quality cars and quality service. They were knowledgable and patient with me while test driving several cars and setting up a loan making my car hunt experience as pleasant as possible. Their "down to earth" and "I'm here to help not pressure" demeanor made for a successful trip to Canton. I am more than happy with my used but quality Honda Civic I purchased from Kelly's Auto Sales Inc. A special thanks to Mike for his insight and willingness to help, and his generosity in knocking off a couple hundred dollars without being asked. That is an honest and good man. I STRONGLY recommend this place. They have a wonderful selection and an unmatched service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a dodge ram here. After shopping around at other dealerships I found the cleanest ram with the best price here at kellys. No pressure and I had it inspected by a mechanic with no problem. Mike and Kelly arent great guys you must stop here when shopping.
