I had a great experience in the purchase of my 2014 truck. I have to say my last purchase of a vehicle was in the city and it was such an horrible experience. The staff at Kemptons are awesome. Adam was our salesman and from the minute we walked in the door he made us feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable in all areas and went above and beyond to find the exact truck we were looking for. This is vehicle #3 we have purchased from Kemptons. Best experience yet! Dan was great. We decided which car we wanted with absolutely no pressure. He offered us advice on every car we looked at and tried hard to make sure we got what we wanted. He said it was most important to him that we were happy and he really showed that he meant it. Once we decided, his skill became apparent. The paperwork took maybe 15 minutes and we were on our way. We love the car. when the time comes for a new car we will definitely go back to Kemptons and definitely go back to Dan!

Eddie Fry is the greatest Auto Advisor of all time. He shopped around for me for both cars and loans. He also gave me some ideas on how to make my credit score better. He is everything anyone would want in a care salesman. I hesitate to even call him a salesman. He is more like a professional advisor for all things auto.I hate buying stuff. I get sick when I buy pants. But with this purchase I felt like I was in control the entire time and I was relaxed and felt like I had won something when the transaction was complete. I dont care if you live in the area or in Utica New York you should seek out this mans wisdom when buying your next car. I dont know what they pay him over there but it isn't nearly enough.

In October of 2013 my wife and I started shopping for a new vehicle. The one she had was on its last leg. We shopped around and compared prices with other local and out of town dealerships. Kempton Chevrolet had the lowest price for the Malibu we wanted. The staff was great in showing us cars, test driving and even let us take the car over the weekend to really get a feel for it. Eddie was great to work with. We laughed and joked with him about anything in conversation and that's what made us feel comfortable with the sale. He was up front, honest with us and very professional. To this day we are still happy with our purchase.

His product knowledge was impressive and there was no pressure to buy. We felt that we received a fair price on the new vehicle and we were given a reasonable price for our trade-in. When our new vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox arrived, Eddie helped us through the maize of features and buttons. General Motors would be wise to establish more dealerships like Kempton's in smaller towns where the experience of doing business is more friendly and less stressful.

The guys that leased us the car were very nice and friendly. The only problem we had was spending a total of 2 days there and about 4 hours each day. It wasn't there fault. They were having problems with the computers. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be back once this lease is up.

I started with Kyle, Who was very helpful and polite. Since he was the manager he had David help out with additional questions and paperwork. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, that was 10 years old. The "new" car, a beautiful 2012 Impala, Was washed waxed and cleaned inside and out. And to this day works perfectly. They found me great financing even though my credit is not perfect. I will be going back when I want to replace this car. Had visited another dealer to look at used/new cars. Thought the price quoted was too high for the age of the used cars and even though under warranty was not much of an incentive. Tried out a new car but again the incentives were lacking and just felt average for driving. Also the warranty was not all that good.Went then to Kempton Chevrolet and even when walking in the door the dealership felt welcoming. Was a busy place and after purchase could see why. After talking to Eddy he picked up what we were looking for. He showed and explained to us what was available and I decided to purchase the 2013 Sonic as with the incentives provided it was very apparent that a new car would be a better purchase and the payments were less than what was provided at the other dealer for a used car. Eddy explained everything about the car and the paperwork in a very professional yet personable manner. Love the car and working with Eddy through this experience. Eddy took me around to meet the staff in the office as well as those in the service department. Never had that happen anytime in the past at other dealers. That is a very big plus for any customer that goes to Kempton's. Eddy also explained all of the goodies that the Sonic provided inside and out. Believe I will always feel very much at home at Kempton's and valued as a special customer.

The process was quick. There were no hidden fees. George showed us several vehicles of the type we were interested in. Kyle gave us a good price for our trade. Even though it was a used vehicle we purchased, we had an issue almost 6 weeks after the sale and they helped us with that too. So they don't just care about the sale, they care about the customer. Today was our first visit to the sales dept. at Kempton Chevrolet in Safford, AZ. The outcome was the purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. My husband and I weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, we just knew we wanted to trade vehicles. After giving Eddie an idea of what we wanted he was beyond helpful, showing us many vehicles in the general description of what we had decided upon. It took us quite some time to actually choose the vehicle we purchased but Eddie remained very patient at all times. We were very impressed with the entire dealership and staff. The owner/dealer visited with us as did the service manager making us feel most welcome and important to them. I would not hesitate to recommend Eddie Fry and Kempton Chevrolet to anyone. We live approximately eighty miles from this dealership but we will be repeat customers. I will also add that the many vehicles we looked at were all very well detailed. It was nice not to be pressured and overwhelmed by sales people. They helped with whatever you needed, yet gave you space to talk and discuss your major purchase. Eddie was great and did not care one bit what we were going to decide. You don't see that very much anymore in sales people. Eddie was also great with getting the vehicle re-detailed when it did not meet our expectations. Never have been fond of dealerships until this one. I actually felt relaxed.

I wasn't planning on buying a car, however as I was driving down the road I noticed a Ford Fusion with a price of $14,800. I had been looking at these kinds of cars for a while but the price was never reasonable. I walked into Kempton's and was greeted by Eddie who immediately asked if I wanted to test drive. I was driving for about thirty minutes when I realized I'm getting this car!! When returning the car we bagan paperwork, Eddie was very helpful as to tell me my options and explain everything. After two days of waiting for the banks approval I finally got the call from Eddie that I was approved. He walked me through all the paperwork and explained everything to my understanding. I went into Kempton's looking to trade an SUV that was too big for our family. I needed something more affordable and better on gas. After test driving a few cars on the lot I left without choosing one and told the salesman that I really wanted a Hyundai Sonata. If they got one in soon, I would be back. The very next day I drove by and there was one that had just arrived from the auction. I asked and they delievered. The whole process was simple and I felt very happy with my purchase. We were in the need for a newer vehicle due to our other having issues. We looked at different dealerships through Safford, Tucson and Phoenix. We compared the prices of the vehicle we were interested in at each location. We found that it was easier to stay in Safford versus the other two cities due to the price being comparable. We spoke with Mr. Fry regarding the vehicle on a Friday. At the time the vehicle was at a sister dealership of Kemptons. He told us that he could have the vehicle at his dealership by the following Monday. The following Monday the vehicle was at the dealership as promised. We test drove the vehicle and found it to be exactly as described and what were looking for. We advised Mr. Fry that we would like to see what the payment might be. He ran some estimates and ultimately contacted a financial institution. By the next morning we were advised that we qualified for the vehicle. I myself have not bought a vehicle since 1999, and my wife had not bought one since 2004. We were both nervous about the process as we have not been through it in some time. Mr. Fry was very helpful, honest about the process and pleasant to work with.

We aren't the kind of people that buy cars on payments. We usually just pay cash for everything. Well after the transmission went out in my daily driver totalling the 12th repair in a matter of a few months. We had decided it may be time to just get something newer, suck it up and make payments on a vehicle that would be more reliable. We went into Kemptons just "to see" what they had and "what our options were." Since we had already spoken to David, we knew he was the guy we were looking for when we got there (though all of the guys are great. From the start he was pleasant and professional. He understood our needs and were sensitive to them. We had a very specific list of things we needed in a car, and being somewhat skeptical of being at a "dealership" anyway. We were not willing to waiver on our needs. If we were walking into a payment we intended to get just what we wanted. David showed us several vehicles that would meet our needs and allowed us the ability to drive them at our leisure to decide what would be a best fit for us. We were even able to take a car overnight to see how the vehicle would function in our real life of kids, practices and errands. I am happy to report we purchased a great car from Kemptons!! We LOVE it and could not be happier with our decision. Being fairly young I'm sure we will have many more purchases in our future. I feel they had a good selection of vehicles, no pressure sales, and an inviting professional atmosphere. I have to say that I wasn't exactly looking forward to the experience of buying a new automobile because my experience in the past with some of the big city dealers has sometimes been an unpleasant experience. I've lived in my hometown almost all my life and have only purchased 4 brand new autos in my entire life, 2 in my home town and 2 in the big city. Even though my hometown dealer didn't have the exact car I wanted, they helped to find the one I needed, the exact color, features, etc. and within 48 hours it is parked in my garage. Sweet. The last car I bought 4 years ago in the big city was ok, but the service at Kempton's taking me through the fairly complicated new cool features in these new Chevy's was great. Mr. Farar, my saleman, was excellent in his ability to show me how to experience the full features of this new Equinox. He walked me through the awesome OnStar support system as well as connecting my cell phone up to the Bluetooth system. He was very knowledeable and perceptive to what learning all these new features presents to and older non techincal user like myself needed to learn. I left the dealer excited, pleased and comfortable, glad that I had invested in a new Chevy. I don't think I'll ever buy another foreign branded car. This Chevy has restored my confidence in what our very own fellow Americans can build and that we as consumers can enjoy and depend on.

I went to Kempton Chevrolet to find a replacement car after having totaled mine in an accident a couple weeks prior. I knew what my budget was and knew I could not go over that in terms of a payment. My need to find a replacement car was urgent though I did not want to be hasty in buying something and make a mistake that would stick with me for 4-5 years. I explained everything to David Farar and he understood the need. I explained to him the type of car I was looking for and what my expectations were in replacing my previous car. He was completely understanding and accommodating. I test drove two cars that day and didn't feel like either of them were the right fit. He took my number and said he would keep me in mind as new vehicles showed up on the lot. I honestly did not expect to hear from him again as they are a busy dealership and my estimated budget/payment was one the low side for a salesman's priority. The next day he called and said he had a car that had just come in. It was still in the cleaning garage. He told me what it was with how many miles and quoted me the price we had discussed the day before. About 30 minutes later I was on the lot looking at it and taking it out on the road for a test. It was perfect for me. It was exactly what I had been looking for as far as my checklist was concerned and the process was smooth as silk. David took into account my situation and explained my options to me so that I understood and felt comfortable making the decision without pressure. This was the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership and I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so pleased.

We were very happy with the pricing and the customer service we received. we decided to special order the vehicle and the salesman kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle. We were very impressed with the vehicle and the salesmen. The day we picked up our vehicle the salesmen showed us the options on the car and help set up the onstar, we have bought numerous new vehicles from other dealerships and have never had them show us and help us with all the options. I did most of the dealing and locating of my new vehicle over the phone with David and he made the experience very easy and smooth. He had to locate my preferred vehicle in another state and bring it in for me. The price was very fair and all I had to do was come down for my test drive then sign the papers and drive off with my new truck. The customer service at this dealership is amazing. I found the Suv I was looking for on the internet and Kip and his team made it happen. I drove over a hundred miles to purchase my third car from Kempton's and it was well worth it. After much internet searching I confirmed my hunch and I had indeed located the best deal in the country, I was looking for low mileage and low price. I found both here at Kempton, and the kicker was it was the top model Chevy offers, the one used in all of the commercials. It was very clean, like a brand new car. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and professional. My overall experience with this dealership is excellent, no need to go anywhere else. I will be back to Kempton's the next time I need another car.

I found my vehicle online, and the first communication was very professional. My subsequent attempts at contact were very frustrating. I would have to repeatedly call to follow up. It was as if they were not very interested in selling a vehicle. I finally drove the 1 1/2 hours to their dealership to look at the vehicle. The process was extremely low pressure and the deal was very easy to complete. They promised to follow up on a couple of details, but even with repeated phone calls to my salesman, i could not get anyone to follow up or return my phone calls/ emails. Seems like after the deal is done, they have zero interest in following up. Not worth the drive for any future business.

Really nice people, but very unresponsive. It was like pulling teeth to get their salesman (Eddie) to return a phone call or email. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was very low key/ easy, but getting information from them before driving 1 1/2 hours was very frustrating. The information pipeline has come to a complete halt now that I have purchased a vehicle. No matter how many times I contact my salesperson regarding the follow up promises he made, I can not get him to contact me. I would not return to this dealership based on the experience I have had. If he had even sent a ( I'm looking into your request) email I would have been happy, but I can't even get that. If I had bought locally, at least I could have gone by in person to follow up as well as supporting my local business. I finally had to go to EBAY to purchase the items that he promised me. Stay Local is my advice.

The service for me, was excellent, starting with just browsing for a car. David Farar was the salesman with whom I worked. I told David what I was looking for, and he directed me to some options that met my preferences. I like that I didn't have to look at everything, saving both the salesman and myself time. I was allowed to take each car for a short drive.Every question that I asked was answered in a very friendly and professional manner. Even when I asked the same question more than once. David was great at explaining things to me. David explained the extended warranty in great detail and very patiently. He showed me how to activate the Bluetooth and Onstar, and I was very grateful for that. I had been looking for a good low mileage used vehicle for at least four months. When I narrowed it done to three I started talking to each dealership. One in the town I lived in, Tucson, and one in "the big city, where i would get the best deal" ,Phoenix, and Kempton's in little ole Safford. I started with Tucson and got the typical run around with trying to see how much I can afford a month deal, left soon after. Up next Phoenix, "the best deal" was actually the most money deal." The car your trying to buy is in high demand ". No need to sit in there dealership no more. So I decided by that time that I would call Kemptons and see if the were willing to negotiate before driving two hours as I had done to Phoenix. Talked with a gentleman named Orrin, who actually told me that the vehicle I was looking at was sold. He stated that a woman from New Mexico was securing financing and would be picking up the vehicle on Saturday. Par for the course I was thinking. Then to my surprise Orrin calls and says that the lady cancelled the deal because she wanted a white color vehicle instead. This one is silver, if it matters. Anyways we talked and got the vehicle where I wanted it in price. Next, finances, in comes Eddie, who gets me a great rate, for a used car, and gives me what I wanted for my trade. So now it's my turn to tell them I would be down on Saturday to finalize the deal. On the two hour journey there I had prepared myself for "well it is going to cost this much more or you need some money down or your trade isn't worth as much" blah blah blah. When I pulled up to the dealership I was met by Orrin, who treated me more like an old friend rather than a soon to be paying customer. I took the vehicle for a test drive and went back for the "surprise attack " that I knew was waiting for me at the dealership. He asked how did it drive and I told him it was ok, even though it drove very nice. He then said " do you want to drive something else?" I said no it wil do. He then asked if I wanted to buy it, and I said lets talk. Here it comes I told myself, but I am happy to say it never came. Everything we talked about over the phone was the same on paper in front of me. He then said that Eddie would finish up with all the paper work because he was faster at it and knew that I would want to get back on the road as soon as possible, because of the drive time. Eddie was as friendly and professional as Orrin and before I knew it I was on the road home. Everyone at Kempton's was great. I have bought numerous cars in my life and this was simply the most enjoyable of them all. No hassle, no pressure, and most important no BS.

Kempton provides a no-pressure, friendly shopping experience for used cars on their lot. This dealership truley practices small-town neighborliness and trust in doing business. Sales representative, Eddie Fry allowed me to keep a used car I was considering for a long weekend on basically a hand-shake. This allowed me to look over the car very well and also show it to my son. I've had service performed at this delearship before and the overall experience has been very good. Friends have told me that they've shopped in the big cities only to come back and buy locally from Kempton in Safford.

We have come in several different times trying to qualify for a vehicle,didn't have the best of luck those first few times.We were told alot of things and then a deal never happened.We were looking for a reliable vehicle and we looked at several and many applications were done but a deal could never be made for some reason or another.So months later we came back in trying to get approved and we worked with Eddie Fry again. I would recommend this dealership because they were friendly and honest. They gave me a fair price on my trade in. I also noticed that they were fair and honest with the other customer that was looking at the same vehicle that I was looking at. He had first shot at it and they gave him enough time to qualify for the loan without by passing him. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE FREINDLINESS, QUALITY, AND PRICE OF THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED FROM KEMPTON. ADAM STARTED THE PAPERWORK AND DAVID FARAR TOOK OVER I WAS TREATED VERY GOOD FROM START OF DEAL TO THE END THESE SALESMAN WENT BEYOND THEIR JOB TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. When we first walked in we had a goal of a payment we needed to have. David went above and beyond to make our goal a reality, I have never had a salesperson make calls to all the financial institutions letting them know we were good people to help finance. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful; he made our car-buying experience easy and as quick as possible. Every staff member we dealt with was knowledgable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. There was no pressure and I felt that they were honest and upright in their business.

Kempton's always treats me with courtesy and respect. They don't drop customer service after a purchase is made, they work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction, from a basic oil change, to the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Two thumbs up!! Kempton Chevrolet Buick is A-OK and David Farar at Kempton Chevrolet Buick was great to work with. He is friendly, no pressure, efficient, answered our questions in a timely manner, didn't give us the run around, and did what he said he would do. We got a great deal on a nice, used car and are very happy with it. We also saved several hundred dollars in taxes and dealer fees compared to what we would have paid in the "big city". It was truly a pleasure purchasing a used car from Kempton Chevrolet Buick and would do so again in a heartbeat.

David greeted me very nicely. He asked me what i needed and asked what he could do for us. David seemed to be on top of knowing his products. David was very personable and easy to talk to. The experience was great they got me in and out and made car buying experience very easy. They had a lot of the prep work done and made it simple. we will definitley go back to that dealership and would love to work with david again. We will recommend him and the dealership to others.

Dealer was advertising a vehicle on their website. I called on the telephone about the vehicle, discussed its condition and the price. Since I work six (6) days a week, the dealership made arrangements for me to come in on Sunday to see the vehicle, which resulted in a sale. I was so impressed that they would go above and beyond to accommodate a potential customer. Eddie Fry was great to work with and the follow up was on the same level as the initial visit. There is no doubt in my mind that when I purchase my next vehicle, I will call them first.

David Farar was very thorough in his dealings with us. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to meet our buying neeeds. No pressure was applied on us as buyers. We were presented with information then given time to process. We have been shopping for a certain type of truck for a while and we kept noticing that Kepmton Chevrolet kept getting in the type of truck we were interested in. We did not have to leave our hometowm and received great service.

I rated the price of this vehicle as good,although I know it was a good price but like anyone buying a car I would have liked for them to come down lower. As of right now I love the car of course I haven't had it 24 hours yet I know I'm going to enjoy this car.

A great buying experience!An internet search for a specific model, year, color and trim identified this auto at this dealer. Their web site was well done and a description of the auto motivated me to call and ask to speak with a salesperson. David Farar introduced himself and a very positive discussion followed. Pricing was reviewed and I decided to make a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership. I have no regrets making that drive.

Very honest, helpful, very satisfied, and impressed with their caring attitude. When I had problems with a vehicle they sold me they tried to make it right. They were good to follow up on my visit, and keep me informed. When When I was ready to purchase another vehicle I returned once again to Kempton Chevrolet and was lucky enough to have Kip Kempton himself wait on me. He was very helpful, honest and caring. I will return again when it is time to trade vehicles again. This last purchase was the about the fifth vehicle in the last few years we have purchased from Kempton Chevrolet. I will return again.

They were very helpful. When I said I was interested in a truck, Kip checked it out and recommended I not buy it because of a problem he became aware of. Now *that's* a good used car salesman. After that, I felt this was a place I could trust. With Eddie's help I was able to find a vehicle in my price range that fit my needs. It checked out well with my mechanic. In this economy, Kempton's is in business for a reason.

They have always been very helpful in any questions about their vehicles. We have always found what we've been looking for since they take the time to find it for you if they don't have it right then.
