The car buying experience was great AJ was awesome! However the first time I went to the dealership I was stopped outside on the steps by a sales guy in 100+ degree heat getting drilled question after question before I could even enter the building. When I bought the car the banks were closed so I had to physically take a check back down to the dealership the next day, 3 days later realized they put the wrong VIN number on my lease agreement, took 3 days to fix and another trip to the dealership and still getting info about the other car! Now 3 days after my temporary registration expired still no word on my plates. Which I then have to drive back down to the dealership to get. I do not live local and cannot drive down to the dealership for every mistake they make. **UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW*** Turns out the New lease agreement was not given to Hyundai finance so I’ve been making payments on a car that’s not mine. I was not given a copy of the updated lease agreement. Have also reached out to the general manger with no response back. I was advised by another Hyundai dealership to go demand my down payment and payments made back, that because my car had more than 500 miles it is not a new car. And the car I’ve been driving shows as never been sold on Hyundai’s records. Love that for me. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to buy a car with people who know what they’re doing

Took my car here to get some overdue service done. The online scheduling was awesome. I was able to conveniently add all the services I needed/wanted. Service descriptions and pricing were really affordable and took all the anxiety away from going to a service shop and wondering how much things will cost. The service provided was great and they went above and beyond to fix some smaller issues I hadn't noticed. I really enjoyed the video update I received during the service appointment so I knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process. All the staff were super friendly communicated well throughout the entire service process. I ended up getting the service package for my future oil changes and tire rotations because they did such a good job. I won't go anywhere else to service my Hyundai

I found this place via cars.com to get my car serviced, and my whole experience was super awesome. They fixed some issues I had with no problem and were able to get my car back to me pretty quick with a reasonable price too. Everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and really nice. If you choose this place, ask for Daniel to be your service advisor, he was dope and honestly super helpful (I don’t know anything about cars). All around 10/10 experience, would highly recommend. Defs will only be getting my car serviced from this place. :)

Thanks Jake for the quick and efficient service last week. Our trunk latch had broken. Jake and his team went right to work on it. They had me out of the service bay before I had gotten done with my computer shopping. The best of it all was they had the part, and covered it all under warranty. Thanks again.

Brought in a hybrid car that had no power. It took almost two weeks to test battery and let me know I needed a new 12 volt battery. The two week car rental cost three times the new battery that was installed. Could have been a one hour event instead of two weeks. The service guy was great in having me picked up at car rental store so I could get my car.
