I didn't have an appointment but had messed up my car and couldn't drive it. Even though it was a Saturday Bill worked at it an got all the parts that were needed and had the repairs done before closing that day. Displayed great teamwork and taking responsibility for a job to get done timely and efficiently. Was made less painless than it could have been for me, the customer. Thank you.

This place did a fantastic job, customer service was outstanding! Wade was very professional and helpful in explaining everything to me. I particularly like the use of the cameras and text video updates that they give you during your vehicle service, it’s very reassuring to see them actually do the work, instead of hiding behind some wall where you can’t see what’s going on. The prices are pretty decent, and this was my first time coming to this location. I only came for an oil change, but after today’s awesome experience, I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for all my service needs.

They have gone above and beyond to take care of both of our electric cars. It would be much appreciated if they could get their ChadMo charger fixed so that there is a fast charging option in Riverdale; it seems like it has been out of commission for months. I would love for them to move this repair up on the priority list. When I have visited with them, it always seems like it’s out of their hands. If it is on their property and being offered as a service to electric vehicle owners, it should be moved, or they should find a different fast-charging equipment provider.

I have never run into a more knowledgeable salesman than the team here. I felt like they took great care of us and when we took delivery on the vehicle they did the little things, cleaned it, filled the tank, shined the tires, upgraded the rugmats... But the sales team being able to answer all of my questions from obscure buttons to financing details. That's what i appreciated most! The follow up has been great too!
