I came into this dealership on JULY 18, 2015. I traded in a car after much headache and frustration over the littlest requests. After driving the car I purchased for 18 days, I still had NO contact from Ken Garff's financing department, their sales assoc, or my credit union. After several phone calls to Ken Garff and multiple calls to my financial institution, I was informed that the credit union was waiting for proof of income that they had requested from Ken Garff. This was never requested from me. They also informed me that they deal solely with Ken Garff once paperwork is signed with them. My payment for the trade-in that Ken Garff agreed to payoff was due on JULY 28, 2015. After checking on my car loan today, I noticed that the trade in loan has STILL NOT BEEN PAID OFF!! Yet my new loan had FINALLY funded 18 days after signing paperwork. This only happened due to the last phone call I had made to piece together the information my credit union needed that Ken Garff wasn't requesting me or providing to them. I called Ken Garff today, I was told AGAIN that the person I worked with in the finance department was out and I would need to leave yet another message or call him back. I asked to speak to someone else in the finance department. The person I spoke with agreed to look into why a payoff hadn't been issued. I requested a call back with the information. When he called back and left a message, he informed me that the payoff will be sent TODAY!!!!!!! Did I mention I made this purchase on JULY 18, 2015 and it is now AUG 6, 2015. I am currently considered 10 days late on my payment to my credit union for a car I DON'T EVEN OWN!!!!! He then proceeded to place blame on ME, saying there was a delay due to the information they were needing. THEY NEVER CALLED ME FOR ANY INFORMATION!!!!! Do NOT buy a car here.......RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I am a single mom and I have been searching to trade in my car for two weeks. We were getting nothing but a run around by EVERYONE. Finally at the point to give up and decided to try Nissan as one last try. They got me in to a brand new car, with low payments, great interest and the was amazing! I would come here again in a heart beat!

I cant thank Robert Alvary and Chris Covert enough for the excellent service. After visiting numerous dealerships (including other Ken Garff dealerships) we felt the most comfortable around these two! They didnt call us everyday promising us "the best deal" like the other guys but still earned our business. We eventually decided to buy a brand and model not offered here at this dealership but opted to have the car we wanted delivered so that we could deal with Robert and Chris. We didnt feel pressured in any way and the experience was truly an enjoyable one. They treated us like people first with serious concerns and not another potential "sale". I will always think of these guys first on our next and future car purchases. Good, honest salesman that genuinely care about the customers!

I have been driving Altimas for years. I absolutely think they are the best vehicle ever built! I took mine into the shop and it needed some maintenance it was due for and I just decided it was time to upgrade to a new one. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Chris Covert. I told him my car was there at the shop and what I was wanting to do. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He told me to come down in an hour and he would have everything all ready. I showed up and it was everything he promised. I was in and out and didn't even need to tear drive the car. This was the most simple and fun car buying experience I've had! I love love love my new Altima. I would go in and see Chris he will hook you up!

I have been driving Hyundai vehicles for the past few years. After trying out Ken Garff Nissan, I am so glad I did! I really like the reliability of the Hyundai and it is a good vehicle for reliability, so I was a tough sell. However, my new Nissan Sentra with navigation and keyless entry is totally unequaled! In addition to being wonderful to handle, the convenience and safety of the keyless entry, just by itself has been terrific. I have used the navigation and it is very clear and easy to use and essential for me to find new locations. The part that sets this car apart is the body does not have the "tin can Volkswagen feel". The doors are substantial, and it is a much more quiet ride than I experienced in my Hyundai. Jana Christopherson, the internet sales manager, is responsible for working with us and creating the ideal setting where we wanted this car above Hyundai. Then she set us up with a service plan for oil changes, and Garff's Nissan service department has so exceeded my expectations with courtesy and speedy oil changes, and tire checks. Great overall experience!

I contacted the Ken Garff Nissan dealership interested in a used Accord they had on their lot. I was lucky to speak to Jana Christopherson who got a better idea of what I was looking for and after doing a great job explaining the pros and cons of the purchase, was able to get me into a new 2012 Altima that I am really enjoying. If you are looking for a new or used car, I would definitely give Jana a call.
