Best car buying experience thus far! Lucy, Bret and Steve were extremely helpful and made me feel like family. I did everything over the phone and just went to sign and pick up after work. Rudy was a terrific salesman. He was very polite and friendly which made me feel at ease. Nothing pushy at all and he was very informative and helpful. A really great, honest person which was refreshing. Jake in the finance department is always a pleasure to work with. Another great person which made this purchase a great experience.

I am on their advantage care program (a bundled discount for oil changes, car rotations and car wash). JD, the service rep, was super on top of it, easy to communicate with. I also received a video recording from the serviceman who checked my car and gave me some things to keep my eye on, what looks good and suggestions for replacement. Over all good experience!

Always a great experience at West Valley Ken Garff Ford! I feel like they go out of their way to help me! Fun folks! Honest and courteous! My truck is my baby and they always take excellent care of it while it's in their hands! I love the video walk around I got before they started work on my truck!

Awesome people, who do awesome work, & charge honest prices for the work that they do. I have an older car, so I have been in & out of quite a few places, getting needed work done. After one trip to see these guys, I know that I will definitely be back. Prompted to review, following subsequent visit, & the team of mechanics & service reps have impressed, once again. These guys are awesome!
