My friend murad was great. Every little thing he wanted to be perfect. My first time meeting dave chapel he is a busy man but mad sure i got taken care of. He made sure the car was detailed to my liking and gave me every minute of his valuable time to explain how every optioned worked. Can leave out gino lispi who helped get my phone linked up and thanks to the unknown worker who finally got my phone linked up. The only thing i didn't like was getting road hazard. Found out my insurance covers that. Wast of money

I have had my S80 serviced here after purchasing elsewhere. I just purchased an XC60 and had a painless buying experience. David Chappel and Murad are open ,honest and very easy to deal with. Spending more time at the dealership while I was looking at different vehicles, I noticed various members of the staff interacting in a very positive way, with each other,as well as with customers. Happy employees create a happy atmosphere and a congenial environment. Management is doing something correctly here to foster such a positive environment.

Just got my new XC90. I ordered it in July and it came in ahead of schedule. During the whole process, the staff at Ken Pollock Volvo kept me up to date and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. When the car came in, the staff spent at least an hour or more showing how all the bells and whistles work. They also told me to come back if I was not able to understsnd some of the new technology. What a great company!!!

My Volvo recently had to go in for some repairs. The service was excellent as the manager knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything necessary to correct the problem. The repairs took a few days and I was given a loaner. The problem was fixed and I got my car back and it ran like a charm. The service people were knowledgable and friendly. The Service Department is one of the BEST I have dealt with. I have purchased numerous vehicles from various Dealerships and Service is a key element in the purchase of a vehicle. Sure you can get a GREAT DEAL from a Dealership, but if the Service is poor you gained nothing in the the GREAT DEAL!!! Service after the Sale is very important to me. I will purchase a vehicle from this Dealership when I need a new Volvo. I LOVE my 2013 and it is very well made. Keep up the GREAT JOB and you will get my business in the future. Since I purchased my Volvo from another party, the Service Department still treats me as though I bought a top of the line vehicle from them. You won't find this at other Dealerships. I recently went along with my grandson as his observer/advisor. I felt I should write my own review, although he may also write his own. He purchased a new 2015 rouge select and we all love it. His salesman, John Newell was very helpful. Laid back, no pressure, take all the time you want was his attitude and he more than lived up to it. He put us at ease from the very beginning. Went out of his way several times to make sure my grandson was comfortable with the deal. If I decide to purchase a vehicle in the future I will contact John Newell without any hesitation. Another person who was very helpful was Jacob Elliis, finance manager, He also went the extra mile to make sure my grandson understood all the particulars involved with a new car purchase. I can see how the employees at Ken Pollack Nissan work together to make your new car purchase a pleasure. Aside from the normal personal conversation mixed in that you get at a lot of dealerships, Jacob and John really seemed to have an interest in whatever my grandson mentioned.

This is our 10th Volvo; but the routine maintenance costs have become so high that we are questioning whether our next purchase should be something else. Routine service for our XC70 is rarely less than $350.00 compared with my Ford Freestyle: $30.00 to $40.00. Is the Volvo 10 times better or 10 times more complex to maintain? Thanks,

The first service (5000 mile checkup) was simple. Scheduling, drop-off, loan car, and communication with the dealership was wonderfully easy. I tire issue due to PA potholes required a visit to the dealer about a month earlier. Due to circumstances, the dealer arranged a loan car at that time as well. Jennifer and the service department were very accommodating. AJ and Murad are always friendly and checking on satisfaction with my vehicle. Come from a Volvo family growing up; was driving a 1999 S70T5. Husband has gotten a new car on average every four (4) years, many different cars. We both felt the entire process at Ken Pollack Volvo was pleasurable and professional. No haggling over price. Paul in Finance Dept. was courteous and professional. Good experience.Our Salesman, Tom Holland, was patient and very helpful, as well as friendly. We test drove more than one Volvo to decide on model and were there for hours. Tom was great. No pressure and answered a lot of questions. Decided on an S60T5 Premier with Sport Package. When we picked up the car, we had a very informative instructional session which enabled me to drive the car home without being intimidated with the infotainment system as well as updated features. I drove the car 200 miles alone, and, as I drove I was pleased that I had been shown many operating features and it all sank in. Going from a 1999 to a 2015 car there are many changes. Love the new car and highly recommend this dealership.

I was very surprised with the quick, efficient and very helpful associates. While waiting for my car, I walked around the showroom to look at a possible future purchase. I found the show room to be very clean, customer friendly and well-organized. Sales Consultant, Andrew Villaruel, was my first contact. I felt very comfortable in discussing what I may be interested in looking at. I explained it may not be a future sale at this time. I liked the fact that he listen and was very understanding with my needs and concerns. He demonstrated knowledge of the cars that I looked at. He also showed excellent people skills and was very courteous. AJ was able to provide me with some necessary information to review. Leaving that day with my 04 Volvo, I felt if I should decide to purchase a new Volvo, that is where I would be returning to. Two weeks later, with the positive follow up from Andrew, AJ and other associates with Volvo of Wilkes-Barre Scranton we did return and purchased our 2015.5 New Volvo. Great Job to all ! I would highly recommend this dealership to new and used car shoppers, as well for their service department.

I had to come in because my car kept saying I was late for service. So I made an appointment to bring my car in. I was greeted by a professional mechanic who asked what the problem was. I told him and I went to the waiting room, and before I knew it the car was ready. Great experience for me.

Customer service is way above and beyond. After we purchased, we asked for a few changes to be made on the car. Not only did they do it, they came to the house with a loaner car and picked our car up. The changes were made that day and the car was brought back early the next day. All that for no charge.

I purchased a car from Ken Pollock years ago and they took great care of me through the problems I had with the vehicle. Last September I purchased a Honda CRV and it ended up not being a perfect fit for me. I have an outside sales position and am in my car all the time. I walked in the dealership to ask some questions about the Volvo's and immediately fell in love with the S60 AWD. I spoke with Paul and Muhrad and determined I wanted to trade my CRV in for the Platinum edition S60. The process from start to finish was less than 3 days. The car rides great and the seats are amazing which is important for me because I'm in the car all day. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I suggest stopping in and talking with Paul to learn about the car and take a test drive. Their customer service from start to finish is A+ which is another reason to purchase from them. They own the issues you may have with the car and do everything in their power to fix them.

They seemed to have a lot of nice used cars on the lot, but only one vehicle in my price range as far as features in which I was looking for. I sent one message via cars.com, showing interest in a particular car and then received 2-3 phone call and 2-3 emails per day for almost a week. Definitely felt pressure to buy there and everyone should know that's not how to do business. On a positive note, I've had much worse experiences elsewhere

This is my SECOND S60 VOLVO through SANTO VOLVO and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!My sales associate Scott Y was the BEST. His patience with all my questions was undying. Very personable and hospitable gentleman. I had to do nothing but get in my car and drive away, the same day too!! Scott took care of EVERYTHING. My blue tooth phone and Sirius was all taken care of. And the City Safety demo is unbelievable. My finances went very smoothly with Michelle, thank you again for your patience and taking the time to explain process and options. Mr. Greg Santo was my Santa this year and gave me a sweet deal with my trade-in. Even the mascot (cat) a beautiful calico named Lucky was there beside me. As I mentioned this is my SECOND Volvo and I'll never drive anything else. The service staff will treat you equally as well with prompt service.
