I just randomly stopped by to at cars and was met by Dallas Hicks. Dallas gave me his name and told me if I needed anything to let him know. He answered questions for me, gave me his card, and that's when I decided to go back the next day. Dallas was there to meet me and the whole process was easy. Dallas was straight to the point, no fine print. My experience with Ken Wilson Ford made me feel like a person and not a commission. Dallas cared about what I wanted,and the price range. He didn't try to sell me anything or push anything on me. Thank you Dallas for making my car buying experience a pleasant one.

I called Ken Wilson to ask about one of the promotions that was going on and Terri was very helpful. She took down my information while I was on the phone with her and even got the ball rolling on the pre-approval process. By the time I got to Ken Wilson Ford later in the afternoon, I was already pre-approved and the car was detailed and waiting for a test drive. Terri and Bill both went above and beyond and made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Thanks Ken Wilson Ford!

We love Dallas Hicks at Ken Wilson Ford!! We just made our 4th Ford purchase from him, and will only work with him in the future. I am a difficult car buyer.... I am super picky and I don't like dealing with sales people.... My husband hates the whole process of buying a car with me. But Dallas Hicks at Ken Wilson Ford has once again made the whole process as painless as possible for both of us. He took the time to listen to me to find out exactly what I was looking for, and gave us another option when my first choice just wasn't possible. He was patient with me as I struggled with making my decision, and worked to get us the best deal possible with my trade-in. He worked it out so that my husband & I could complete the paperwork separately due to our difficult work schedules, then went above & beyond to keep our children distracted while I was busy with the necessary signing. He is super thorough and goes over everything in as much detail as we prefer with learning our new vehicles. All in all, he is the only car salesman I have ever worked with that I look forward to working with again. We have recommended him to all our family & friends!

Tim Sluder did everything he could, including letting me take vehicles home overnight to try out due to my physical condition. Even though I could not find something to work, he went above and beyond to help me, checking every used vehicle on the lot. I would definitely refer anyone looking to go to Ken Wilson Ford and ask for Tim.

I had an outstanding experience going there to lease a 2016 Ford Focus. I had searched on-line for the car I wanted and when I found it at Ken Wilson Ford I sent them an e-mail asking for information on a lease for that car. I received a reply in less than 24 hours and contact information. When I talked with Terri Lyda, the leasing Consultant, she took the information and had everything ready when I came in the next day!! Fantastic service, friendly atmosphere, and a great facility. I will do business there again!

I already owned a Ford F150 that I purchased from this dealer a couple of years ago and Terri the sales person was really great. When I spoke with her this time about trading/upgrading she was very knowledgeable about what they had in stock and what would meets my needs. She told me would work up a deal and let me know. She did and I went to the dealership on Monday to see what the offer was. It was great. She was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. Two days later I walked back in with all the paperwork already completed and all I had to do was sign. I would highly recommend this dealership and Terri when looking for a new or used vehicle. My daughter is in college and needs transportation this year. Terri said she would be more than happy to figure what would be in her price range. My wife is also will be looking to trade in her Nissan in the next few months and has already started looking at what this dealership has. Such a wonderful experience.

Tuesday morning I drove on the lot at Ken Wilson Ford (singing, ...The best place to but a new truck!) There is truth in advertising. Anyway, I was looking for an updated used EXPLORER. Mine was an '05 and in need of several small repairs that would have added up. It was time to upgrade. There were 2 used ones on the lot, neither matching what I was looking for. I drove by the new ones, went back to the used ones, and met Dallas Hicks. We talked a few minutes and I told him what I was looking for and he said he'd look and see what could find over the next few days and I was on my way back home. Less than 30 mins later he called and said he "found" what I was looking for (details excluded). I had to work Wed/Thur and wouldn't be able to get there to look at it until Fri morning. Wed morning he texted me that he would be more than happy to bring it to me at work (in Marshall, 35-40 mins away) to test drive for a few days (Who does this? Apparently these guys do!) We texted back and forth many times over the next 2 days, asking/answering questions and by Friday afternoon I had decided to make a deal, ...if the price was right. I researched the high/low value of the '15 EXPLORER with less than 10k miles on three different sites and averaged them up. With the price Dallas quoted me plus tax/tag/tile, he was within $20. The price was right! Friday afternoon we made the deal! I met David Barron in financial and was again impressed with the ease of "the bad part" of buying a car. I stress easily and this whole deal was absolutely stress free. If every car salesman was like Dallas Hicks, car buying would always be stress free. What a great guy! My wife has an '05 ESCAPE and in 5 years my oldest son will begin driving it and we will absolutely go back to see my new "friend" Dallas Hicks to get her a new/er ESCAPE. Even after the purchase he is still texting me and answering my questions and taking care of issues. There were a few small scratches on the rear bumper and Dallas purchased/ ordered/ installed a "step bumper" applique to cover the scratches. He transferred the tag and insurance from my old Explorer to the new one, no questions asked. Once I drove it off the lot, all I had to do was drive, no other concerns... Now if I can get him to make the payments for me! Thank you Dallas and David for the best car buying experience ever!!! We will see you again! THANKS SO MUCH!

I had used a car buying service from my credit union, and built my dream car, but no local dealers had it in inventory at this time. Rather than wait until they did, I tried Cars.com and found a vehicle at this dealership. They called me, and although I told them upfront the discount the buying service offered they hit me at sticker price. Then I get an endless game of "if I could, would ya?" and number shuffling. The buying service deal is essentially slightly above invoice for the new car, low wholesale trade value for your car (and they will buy it from you even if you don't take their deal, so no "overallowance"), less rebates. I knew it was a good deal for them, and I would have gladly given them a profit to make it hassle free. The dealer knew it was a deal, because they eventually got there, but only after I stopped accepting calls from them. They had to make sure they didn't leave a single nickle on the table, no matter how many "passes" it took and no matter how angry I got with all the back and forth and continual nibbles. This is exactly why I don't go into dealerships, and why I will only use the buying service, if it takes a year to find what I am looking for.

I was looking at purchasing a new car. I went to the dealership and spoke with Dan Warren. Mr. Warren was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot and talked with me at length to see what type of vehicle would meet my needs. He then worked up the numbers for me and allowed me to take it with me so my dad who is much more knowledgeable about cars could look at the car and review the numbers. I ended up purchasing the Ford Escape and was pleased with the ease of working with Dan and with the business office. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

This was my first time dealing with the folks at Ken Wilson Ford. They made the car buying experience very easy for me, even living 3.5 hours away. They made me a good deal on a new Ford Fusion and the salesman even delivered the vehicle to me in Holly Springs, NC. Will NEVER go back to this dealership... they were ok until we had a problem [3rd new car purchase from them in 3 yrs], with our NEW 2015 Escape...making a loud rack and pinion noise..1st thing the service dept . treated me like I was stupid, because I am a woman, my husband took it in for a different recall, they wouldn't even put it on the rack to look at it, took it back a 3rd time, was told the factory rep, said it was nothing... was told we would just have to live with it.. Finally Ken Wilson called my husband told him to bring it up & let him drive it, we drove the hour up & he didn't even offer to drive it, told us there was nothing he could do for us... we are NOT done with this yet.......... will NOT settle for that..making monthly payments on a NEW car that make more noise than our OLD jeep that has 250,000.miles ot it..something wrong with this....while we were in the dealership we saw how Ken Wilson treats his employees...very rude..... We DO NOT recommend this dealership...

I had a my older Honda CRV serviced at Ken Wilson Ford. I was having issues with engine overheating, the knowledgeable service manager Herb, suggested it might be the engine fans that are not working. Service team backed up his suspicion, I was back on the road later that day! Good & Friendly service was much appreciated.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Everyone was very involved and attentive to my needs and questions. This was my first car buying experience, and it will be hard to top! I feel like I got a wodnerful deal and a wonderful car. Heather Anderson-Johnson knew everything about the used Subaru Outback that I purchased and spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Tim Sluder sold me the car, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with - very patient with me and all my questions. He and the others in the office were all so friendly and fun. I let Robbie Dorsey know what I was looking for and he delivered. Negotiating was easy and pain free. I'm sure that they made good money off the sale but I felt that I received a good fair and honest deal. ( They are there to make money. Cannot give trucks away) Only thing I would speed up is the finical department. Spend more time waiting on getting paper work together than you do looking, driving negotiating the vehicle itself. Even with perfect credit. Oh well when I buy another car I will head to Ken Wilson Ford and see Robbie Dorsey.

I would recommend to anyone to buy a car from Tim Sluder. He is very down to earth and friendly. I bought a used escape and the middle seat belt was broken. They fixed it immediately! Great customer service :)

I recently purchased a 2014 F-150 FX4 truck. Jody, Ricky and Herman with above and beyond to make the purchase painless and effortless. The price was better than expected. Want an easy car buying experience? Work with these guys. I don't live all that close to Ken Wilson Ford but they sure did make it worth my time to drive over there to get my new ride. I only wish I lived closer so I could go there for regular service and maintenance.

I will walk before I buy a new or used car from this dealer! I was lied to about the car over and over and was screwed! In less than 45 days the car was in the service department for twice - and the first time it was there over a week. It's a Ford Certified vehicle but was sold to me with the ABS messing up - which I don't think Ford would approve of! While on the test drive I questioned the play in the break - I was told it was because the vehicle was is a hybrid! I was stupid and took the man at word walue which has caused me and my family more hassle than anyone could imagine. In fact, it could have caused my family to be in an accident and be killed! If we had known the vehicle had 1 single defect, we would not have gotten it for any reason whatsoever! Now we're in debt for something that keeps having one thing after another go wrong. It's crazy. After asking locals about this dealer, I found out (a little too late) that they've been screwing people for many years! NEVER buy a vehicle from there! Look around and save yourself from the lies and the hassle. As far as my situation - it's about lawyer time.
