The Service I received from the time I arrived was by far the best service I have received from a service department in my 30 years dealing with different dealerships. The complete service team staff was polite and courteous. They ALL made me feel appreciated and the service Manager Miguel was AMAZING. The salesman (Howard W.) spent all morning and most of the afternoon with my wife and I. He was very patient and helpful. We took as many cars as we wanted for test drives and then he showed us all the vehicle features for each vehicle.

Contacted sales representative, Richard Hernandez over the phone and was very specific about the financial arrangement I was offered by another Dodge dealer (Sawgrass Dodge) for a new vehicle. Kendall Dodge was the first dealer I visited when shopping so I felt I would give them a chance. I called back and verified a second time to make sure Kendall Dodge could do the deal before having to drive to location. Richard said that they could definitely match or get close. Total waste of time. Came in $200 per month over what I had been quoted at competitive dealer! Didn't even suggest another option or vehicle. Even though I live in Miami, all of my vehicle purchases and leases over the last 25 years have been made north of the Miami Dade County line. Although not perfect, the experiences as a whole have been more professional, ethical and financially beneficial. I guess some things never change.

Just bought a new Durango. This is my third car from KDCJR. The sales team is great and in particular Christopher Bonhote. He was very helpful and attentive to what I wanted in my new truck. Also Boris Ugartechea in finance went the extra mile to get the numbers to work. Finally Rod Garcia, the sales manager, makes sure everything works out. I can't forget Paula in the service department who is always great whenever we need to go in on one of my other cars. I recommend them without hesitation. Keep up the great work!!

Worst experience I've ever had,so I had an airbag recall and dropped car off at appt time 9am,had to wait and hour to get courtesy ride home from guy who doesn't know how to stay off phone while driving.All day I get no phone call,I call to see when car will be ready cause I have to work in Aventura at 7pm,finally I get picked up late by Guy who got lost coming to me and couldn't even communicate for me to give him directions smh.Was over hour late to work but next day all of sudden I have no oil in my car.....bone dry so I call dodge and they say nothing else was touched but the airbags but I find it weird that they gave me a paper with things they reccomend I get fixed and one was a small oil leak(lies) I take care of my srt8 so I it's fishy to me this happens the next day after my visit,I will never in this lifetime ever use nor reccomend this place to anyone EVER!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I recently visited this dealership because we were very interested and pretty much ready to lease a new car; now I usually only go to carmax but since we were interested in a newer car we came here instead. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the front desk attendants and referred to a car salesman by the name of Antonio or Tony for short, and his "hello welcome how can I help you" was more like "Thanks guys you just woke me up from my nap." Yes u read right, not even a hello, maybe he was joking, but as you can tell it started off BAD. Anyway, we explained to Tony what we were looking for, I actually knew exactly which car I wanted because I had researched their cars in their lot before coming, and now here comes the horror story, as we are searching for what we wanted on his computer the topic of politics happens to come up, and absolutely not by my or my husbands behalf, you see I have this rule where I don't talk politics or religion with my friends or family let alone an absolute stranger. Now this shocked me as soon as I heard the topic come from a sales persons mouth, I have worked sales and been in the customer service field for 10 years, and I have never AND I MEAN NEVER, brought up those topics with any customer by any means!!! It's just customer service 101, you just never do it. But that day I was the customer, now we happened to have different views and opinions on our political and religious views so after I noticed the situation started getting a little heated on my end (internally I was royally upset) I politely told him that I prefer to not talk about politics or religion. To add to my dismay this man refused to stop discussing the topic; and when I say refused I MEAN HE SPOKE ABOUT IT FROM the moment we walked in at 10:30 am to the moment we left at 2:30 pm. Mind you, it came to a point throughout that time that my husband and myself did not respond to his political comments and I grew angry and frustrated, the only time he ever really spoke about the car is during the 10 minutes we test drove it. Oh and just when you think it's all over, get comfortable because it's only the beginning. After repeated attempts on changing the subject Tony continued to bring it back up, and i was beginning to grow extremely frustrated and felt as if the process could have went by a lot quicker had he focused more on making the sale that's trying to convince us that And I quote "the Clinton's should be hung" and "he will vote for anyone who wishes to stop Muslims from entering this country." Yes you heard right, I was all kinds of furious listening to this extreme level of ignorance and disrespect for I have friends who are Muslim, but I kept my composure and professionalism. I repeatedly told him that we have to be out of the dealer by 2:30pm because we have to pick up our kids from summer camp, and he literally told me to calm down that "buying a car is supposed to be an all day thing." Of course 2:30 arrives and we are still in the room with Tony listening (well I had attempted to block him out by now but as you can see by the few comments I've shared it was close to impossible) we were still waiting for the bank to approve us which he hadn't gotten up in 30 min since he sent it to check for anything, that we had to leave, so he told us to go home and he will call us when he gets the info. We did to and 5 pm comes around and we still hadn't gotten a call, my husband left him a message and Tony called us back around 5:30 and told us to go by, i arrived at around 6:30 only to be tortured by Tony and his political views which disguised me to think there are people with his mindset walking around, I was blantently ignoring him, I COULD NOT HAVE MADE IT MORE OBVIOUS THAT I WAS EXTREMELY ANNOYED, I had already asked him to stop and I neede to speed up the process because I had been there in his cubicle for an hour listening to more of his political rant, Tony then stood up and LEFT A VIDEO ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE THE CLINTON's ARE PLAYING ON HIS PHONE FOR ANOTHER 20 minutes while I sat alone in the room. He ended up trying to be sneaky in the paper work and what I wanted was not what was in the final deal so i left. I can't speak about the other car salesman but Tony was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!

I received a fairly decent price on a Dodge Challenger, but they got me on my trade...big time! They cut my trade because it was an "older car" (2010), as per the sales manager, even though it only had 23,000 miles on it, was in like new condition, and it was a very limited edition - one of 1500 made. They gave me a very low trade in (including the $1000 bonus special) and then put it on their lot for a 63% markup. All of a sudden this "old car" goes up in value; surprise, surprise. The manager told me that because it had a six speed manual transmission and that these were no longer popular that it was going to hurt the resale. It's so sad when you hear these excuses that they use at these dealerships to devalue your trade! I understand that they need to make a profit, but this situation is ridiculous. What ever happened to honesty.; I presume that when it comes to the bottom line honesty goes out the window! I'll never trade in another used car again. I have done much better in the past selling them outright. I got weak this time around and let my guard down. I guess this is a perfect example of "live and learn or you are going to get burned". Final conclusion; beware of this dealer's tactics when it comes to your trade in; his offer more than likely won't be realistic or fair. Do your homework and stand your ground. Don't let them talk you out of your hard earned money like I did. They make enough profit off of the new vehicle that you are buying. Don't let them double-dip! I will never give this dealer an opportunity to sell me another vehicle. That's a promise!

I came in with a buddy that was looking to pick up a new jeep on the 28th. As we pulled up we were greeted by Tony and Angel. My buddy told them pretty much what he was looking for and to my suprise these guys actually worked together. Angel went inside to check the inventory in their system while Tony asked if we wanted to check out the lot. We checked out different colors, options and narrowed down a couple cars to run numbers on. It was pretty awesome that they literally had every color option at every price point. My buddy was able to pick out two models in the color he wanted. As we came inside we came across this old school dude Sam which either can read minds or realized we were beat up from the heat and got us a couple bottles of water which were a nice touch.While my buddy sat in financing closing up his deal I was walking through the showroom and just asked ony casually about leasing a Renegade. He mentioned that they currently have a really good lease program on the Renegade Latitude. He offered to run numbers and see where were at. Since I really like the Renegade unlike my Mazda3 my wife drives and it is defenitely an upgrade I told Tony to run the numbers. He had my Mazda3 appraised and they made me a very fair offer. The numbers came back on the Renegade and it worked for me so giving my buddya ride to buy car turned into me picking up a new Renegade for my wife to drive. The finance guy Jorge was great (ask him for chocolate, he has the best stash). Jorge knew I was on a time crunch so he went over everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the information he gave me in a short amount of time and gave me a few minutes to consider the add-ons he offered. I took the wear and tear option, it's worth every penny.Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!

They are horrible! Bought a car after they said they didn't want our business! Rod the sales manager isn't a man apparently and does not keep his word. Took his word back TWICE and kept changing the price just to get his bonus for the month. They say and do whatever they can in their own benefit not yours. Do not trust these frauds!

I would like to start off by saying the Michael Pita is a great salesman and has a lot of patience. He worked really hard for me to walk away with my Jeep. Now his supervisor Kris Brandit.......not too happy with him. I met him on the way in and never saw him again although he was the one counter-offering my suggestions. I really hated the Finance Manager in this dealership because he tried his best to screw the whole sale over. How does a person with 805 credit score end up with a 3.4% finance? I just checked with my bank 84 months 1.9%. This place either tries to screw you in the beginning or on your way out.My issues:- 6 hours at the dealership- they tried to keep the back rugs- they tried for me to install the towing package

I want to thank Mike Barcelo the sales person who first took my call while I was doing my research into purchasing the new Dodge Challenger 2016. He was very nice on phone and was able to meet with him 2 hours after the phone call. As soon as I got to the dealership someone asked if I needed help and I told them I was looking for Mike and 2 minutes later a manager came out and advised me he was coming right away. I forgot the manager's name, but I believe he was a Sales Manager. The whole process of financing my new Dodge Challenger 2016 was very pleasant even with Christopher the finance manager. The only down side I saw is when I went inside to the lobby there were alot of associates and manager and a lot of them did not made eye contact with me to show customer service appreciation and did not smile. Other than that I would recommend Mike Barcelo to any of my friends and family, thank you again Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Had an emergency with my car and called ahead to drop it off and they told me to bring it in right away was greeted by Carlos Blanco and he was very professional and friendly I was able to drop off my car and be on my most places have you bring in your car and your there for hours before they even see you I was able to continue on with my day and he even gave me a call to give me an update on when the vehicle was expected to be ready definitely coming back here for future services

I bought a charger almost 3 years ago as clearly the sales shark just wanted the car off the lot and he took advantage of our needs. Fast forwarding to when the car needed service was another horrific disaster. My car went in on a Friday morning and by the following Monday afternoon, I STILL HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL HOUR to receive my vehicle. $1000 in and I couldn't even get priority from this place and have the technician come out and address the original issue the vehicle went if to be serviced for. A dealer that doesn't offer a courtesy loaner program leaves a lot of open questions as to where ones money goes. They do not care about the everyday lives and needs of their customers, especially after you've purchased the driven off the lot. I would NEVER BUY FROM KENDALL DODGE AGAIN, I rather use public transportation. At least the bus driver says good morning. Let's not even talk about the questionable employees they've for answering and directing calls. Shameful. UNPROFESSIONAL. OVER PRICED. BELOW POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not only was I able to turn in my lease almost 6months early, but I walked out with a new 2015 Durango at a very reasonable monthly payment, with $0 down and an amazing service package to boost. Had to go for an oil change while I was waiting they found I had a few computers to update. They offered to take me home or to a local shopping center while they completed the repair. EVEN had the car washed for me. When they were done they picked me up and brought me back to the dealer.

Next day, Monday provided all the documents, credit check expecting same day car delivery. Salesman and Internet manager were completely unaware, working on the deal. To make it even more interesting the sales manager Jose Abreu was neither interested in understanding the situation created nor in correcting it. From his perspective no deposit - no car, never mind that deposit was never requested and that the sales team and finance department have been already working on and already checked my credit. Eventually ended up with no car. So be prepared for surprises. Sales manager Jose Abreu extremely deficient regarding customer service, lower your expectations threshold if dealing with him. After my experience please consider a different place, at least for now, with present management. Take your business elsewhere and hopefully it will more appreciated than at Kendall Dodge and fortunately plenty of places. This dealership has terrible customer service. Sales associates are unprofessional. Service director Anthony Tamarit has no practical/common sense with dealing with customer issues or problem solving. No communication- their team won't call you back or leave you true estimate of completion of serviced vehicle. I'm curious to know if the General Manager knows how poorly this department is managed. I am eager to find another jeep dealership to work with.

Service Department Has Serious Lying IssuesOn 10/15/2015 I visited the Dodge Service Department and spoke with Service Director Anthony Tamarit. I introduced myself and advised that I intended on bring my 2015 Ram 1500 Eco diesel in for the 10k service (oil and filter change) on Saturday morning. I told him that if they provide quality work at a fair price that I would be a dedicated customer. He said that they were a top notch shop and introduced me to Eddy Sanchez (Assistant Service Manager) who would be my service contact. I told both of them that I was an Electrical and Mechanical Aerospace Engineer and that I am more a little more knowledgably than the average consumer so be fair. I also asked them what was the traffic pattern for arriving early at the service area. They told me to come in through the main entrance and drive around the building to service entrance. They said that some people try to come in the side entrance but they do not open that side and they eventually figure it out (not a smart process on the dealers part).Saturday morning at 7:15am I arrive at the dealer and proceeded to the service area as directed. There were two other cars in front of me and two more at the side entrance with a chain across so they could not enter. The service area opened at 8am and they started to write up the two people in front of me. By this time there were about 6 more cars behind me. They directed me to move forward to and the Service Writer Bianca Suarez started to write me up. I told her that Eddy Sanchez was my service advisor and was he available. She said he does not come in for several more hours. I had her process me anyway since it was a simple service call. In the meantime there was a big commotion with the people on the side access who had been waiting since 7am and why they did not provide more instructions on where to enter (poor leadership and foresight of the Service Manager).My car was service and ready to be picked up in one hour as promised. I picked up the truck and then drove to the auto parts store where I purchased a new air filter so I would complete the 10k service with all filters and oil change. When I got home I installed the air filter. I looked at the oil filter cover and noticed that it had a nice layer of dust on it with no finger prints or any obvious handling. I then checked the oil stick and found the oil to be completely black. No oil or filter was changed! I was pissed to say the least.I immediately call the service writer Bianca and told her that I was going back to the dealer to get the service actually done this time. She told me that the oil will be black on the diesel. I disagreed and told her they were going to do it again and I wanted a meeting with the Service Director and the technician. I arrived at the dealer and was unable to find the Bianca so I looked and found Anthony the Service Director. I told him of my findings and how disappointed I was. He repeated what Bianca had said about the oil. I said even if that was the case how do you explain the oil filter cover being undisturbed. All I got was a stupid look and he then said that he was there when they changed the oil. I said I want them to do it again with me present. He agreed and the truck was put back into the shop.Anthony and I were present for the complete service this time and verified that the work was completed as should have been before. They were still saying that the oil would be black when we checked it. After the oil change the oil was check and was now showing a nice clean look. The oil filter was then replaced and when the filter element came out of the cover it was a dark black color with no signs of just being replaced. I also pointed out the handling of the cover in order to replace the filter which showed that there was definite proof the filter was not replaced. The truck was driven around the dealership and was checked again and it stayed a consistent nice and clean. Anthony and I spoke after and he still said that the oil was changed even though I was able to disprove him. When I asked about the filter he said he would go back and look at the filters that were removed because he said mine truck was the only diesel serviced this morning. He never conceded that his staff tried to rip me off and potentially cause damage to my new truck.

I am a truck driver, being on the road makes it hard to shop for a vehicle. I was able to find a vehicle I liked and find out anything I needed to about its condition, inspection, vehicle history easily. They made sure I was able to get all my information and we negotiated a price that I simply couldn't find anywhere else (and I was shopping nationwide). Simply an amazing deal on a vehicle that was pre-owned, but from looking at it you could never tell. They were able to have me begin paperwork while on the road, and finish it when I arrived in Miami to see the vehicle and finish my purchase. They were honest and up front with me about everything. There was no pressure in finance on back-end sales, simply informed me of what was offered and allowed me to choose what I felt I needed. George, my salesman, made sure everything went smoothly and that the vehicle was fueled and detailed by the time my paperwork was done. They made it a pleasure and I will most certainly be sending business their way.

The gentleman I worked with at Kendall were pleasant, respectful and gave me an awesome deal! They made me feel even better about my decision. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

After visiting 3 dealers prior To visit this one I already had 3 offers and a very good idea of what I wanted. I have them the MSRP price ($41,900), 2K down, 15K miles per year, 36 months and they offered me a demo for $619 a month.... I was so offended that a had to tell the sales person if I look stupid or what? I showed the sales person my other offers for the same terms for $399 plus tax per month.,,, I finally bought in the best place is south Florida, ARIGO at Sawgrass. Don't go Tk this dealer, they will try to rob you!!!

Back, didn't make it on Tuesday. But I can back on Wednesday. Now my brakes sound funny when I back up and press on them slowly, as I have always down. This happened after a day of my normally routine of driving. This morning it sounded fine but I hasn't driven it as yet. A Specialist from the manufacturer called today as well, around 10:30am. I called back 3 times since then and got the voice mail. It's now 3:40 pm and I haven't heard back from her. Went inside to speak to my service Rep., and explained what has occurred. Of course nothing could be done because the sound had gone away. I will drive the vehicle accordingly and see what gaps tomorrow. To be continued....

This dealer charges you $800 for "Dealer Preparation" and here is what you get for your $800:All four tires on the car and the spare underinflated by at least ten pounds, worn out windshield wiper blades, no fluid in windshield washer reservoir, emergency flashers inoperable, driver's side front marker light burned out, trunk light inoperable, both backup lights inoperable, no tool to unlock the wheel covers, front and back of car filthy and filled with trash, driver's power window inoperable, They also charge you a $100 "Document Fee" and here is what you get for your $100: Repeated hassles from their Business Office concerning paperwork they say their state requires, but no help from them concerning the needs of my state's require paperwork.

I have always hated to buy a new vehicle because all the hassle that most dealers put you through just to make a deal. But Not This One!! I walked in unexpected looking around and was greeted immediately by one of there personnel. I then met my salesman Joey who is a great guy and is very understanding and down to earth. I did not spend anymore than 2 hours and the deal was done. Although, I was the one rushing and had to leave in a hurry due to my daughters birthday and could not wait for the vehicle to be prepped. Joey stepped up and delivered my new 2014 Ram 1500 Sport to my door step on Sunday and on his day off. My Dodge Ram needed a major repair and since I wanted to make sure that the replacement parts were OEM, I decided to take it to a dealership to perform the service. After being quoted one price over the phone, I was told later that it was going to be an additional $500 because they could not reuse a key part and a new one would have to be ordered. When they called to inform me that the vehicle was finished, the final bill was over $1000 over the original price. At no point was I ever given a written estimate which is required by law whether you ask for it or not. While I did authorize them to do the work, I was NEVER informed about the additional increase in price until the Service rep called to tell me the truck was FINISHED. What was I supposed to do at that point? They are basically holding my truck hostage at that point and I do need a vehicle to get to work, you know, to earn money to pay off $4300 repair bills! Not to mention that the customer service over the phone is horrible...seriously, I worked at a call center and would have been fired for some of the things that these people answering the phone did...no phone etiquette whatsoever. Lastly, here is the icing on the cake: I go to the dealership to pay the ransom to get my vehicle back, and I happen to walk in next to a sales guy and two other guys in street clothes who I assume were potential buyers. As I am walking by I tell them if they are considering buying a Dodge, DON'T because they are pieces of crap. I pay the ransom and go to test drive my truck. As I pull back into the parking space, out comes the Sales Manager. Mind you, it is night time and we are the only two people out in the lot. He proceeds to tell me that how dare I say that in "his dealership" and that he would call the police if I went back in there and said anything else to his customers. I cannot type what my response to him was here because they won't post my review if I do but I will leave it to your imagination. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have every right in the universe to do that. They sold me an used car for new.I bought a "New" car with 462 miles on it, nobody at the dealer knows why the miles but they repeatedly told me the car was new, my sales contract says is new, as soon as I get home I pull a CARFAX report and it shows a previous owner with title and everything, I go back and confront them with the report and the answer is that the CARFAX is wrong, I have been back at the dealer many times for repairs and paint chips, radio problems and the car is 1000 miles, I had to open a case with Florida State Attorney about this.

My last car leasing experience was painful. I expected this one to be just as bad but much to my surprise, it was the total opposite. Rodrigo was our sales man and he was quick, thorough and no nonscence BUT he had so much personality that it made it fun. Paperwork ran smooth, financing ran smooth and Pepe took care of my paperwork in the end. I plan on going back after my lease is up and purchasing another truck from this dealer. I responded to an ad on the website, Autotrader and EBay. All listing a vehicle - with the VIN Number, features and a price. When we arrived at the dealership- the car with that VIN number did not match the description on the web sites. It did not have the accessories listed ON ALL THREE WEB SITES. The manager and the salesman found a vehicle that matched the description (except for color) - but wanted thousands more for it. The sticker price on the vehicle in the advertisement did not match the one on the vehicle ( the one on the vehicle was lower ) - It was a scam. No one apologized for the error- or ever admitted it was an error- no one tried to work with us- the only objective was to get us in the showroom and rip us off. I am reporting this dealership to DHSMV- consumer services division - liars and scammers- never use this dealer!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! These people don't care about you. They only care about sales. They will not help you after you buy your vehicle either. I have been trying for weeks to get my car in and serviced. Every time I call-and even stop in with the car-they have an excuse why they can't look at it. When they do say to drop it off, they say it won't be looked at for at least a week. I even had an appointment and that didn't matter. They still told me to bring it back another day! I repeat: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

He works with you on a price that you can afford , not pushy at all , which made me feel very comfortable! I went with my daughter at a moment to sign papers because I had no one to help me with her , he was so nice gave her papers colors bought her candy and a drink . I went to Kendall Jeep service on Tuesday Oct 22nd., 2013 to have my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee check for an engine service light on. I got there at 9:15 Am, not until 10:00 was I able to talk to a Service Writer, although the very nice receptionist try to get a male Service Writer ( big tall man ) take care of me twice, let him know that I was next online, but he allowed to people walk in front of me and kept talking on the phone. Finally Lilia Valentine sat me at her table and asked me the reason why I was there, I told her and she explained that most likely it would be 2 hours, since there vehicles in front of me ( I assumed that it was from early apt, since when I got there there was only one car in the driveway. I figured 2 hours will be 12 and I needed to know what was wrong with my car, so I said ok and told her that I would wait for it, later on I found out from the young lady that greeted me that there was a shuttle service that could have taken me home 9 I only live 5 minutes form the dealership) at no time did Miss Valentin offered me such service. At 12 Am Miss Valentin approached me and told me that the mechanic that had been assigned to look at my car was still servicing another vehicle, therefore she had to talked to the manager and my vehicle was being reassigned to another mechanic, thus it would be another hour...so 3 hours to have a car diagnosed....I told her how I felt and went to a nearby restaurant. When I came back from lunch 30 minutes had gone by, Miss Valentin approached me again and said that it would be another hour from then on...so in order to have your car diagnosed by a computer it would take from 10:17 ( when the RO was actually written ) to close to 2:30 ( although I got there at 9.15 ) at that point I asked to see the Mgr. or the Director, neither one of them where available. Needless to say I left without the service I need it. The gentleness of the man that greets you when you drive in service or the courteous manners of the receptionist inside are exceptional, but once you get the actual service dept. the drop is terrible. I do not and will not ever come back nor I will recommend the Service dept. .

The salesman spent a lot of time going over features available on the car and helping get a good price for my trade. He was always courteous and even though it was a busy day he gave us the attention we needed to make a good deal. I felt he was very helpful and have a good feeling about the dealership. I met the general sales manager who went out of his waay to meet us and make sure we were being taken good care of. The finance manager was a pleasure to work with.

Salesman very professional. Actually bought the vehicle, but options stated as installed or available were not part of the vehicle I purchased. 1st) salesman cited the car as having Bluetooth available. After checking with Chevy, this was not an option installed in this car. 2nd) Driver's window was not working. When I complained on this, they cited this is covered under the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Upon taking the vehicle to Chevy for repair, they advised that the extended warranty was not originally purchased for the vehicle when new and the car does not have this warranty. I notified them on this. No effort has been made to fix, nor do I expect there to be one to come now. I should have looked further into buying the vehicle and the dealerships claims to sell the car. Buyer beware.

I originally had planned on selling my Subaru privately, but this dealership came really close to what I could get for it selling privately with trade in value. Customer service was awesome! Reggie Capiro took care of me. I am active duty military (Coast Guard) and they really showed their appreciation. Awesome dealership, awesome staff, awesome service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

This dealer has terrible service. Their interest in your vehicle is non-existent. I took my vehicle for maintenance service and some warranty work and they failed to complete either one correctly. After two weeks of waiting for the work to be completed they told me to take my vehicle as is and be happy with it. It was in worse condition than it went in there. I had to contact Chrysler directly and was told to go to a different dealers service department. The negligence they have shown for my vehicle and safety far exceeds their incompetence.

This dealer has terrible service. Their interest in your vehicle is non-existent. I took my vehicle for maintenance service and some warranty work and they failed to complete either one correctly. After two weeks of waiting for the work to be completed they told me to take my vehicle as is and be happy with it. It was in worse condition than it went in there. I had to contact Chrysler directly and was told to go to a different dealers service department. The negligence they have shown for my vehicle and safety far exceeds their incompetence.

Silvio was very nice and honest. It is rare to find someone in the sales business making the the custimer feel at ease. After our test drive, I felt thatr all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I was ready to buy the car. Raul was clear and precise when it came to the financial aspects. My experience started online, I was interested in a 08 Nissan Altima so I contacted the dealer by chat and left my contact information. The next morning I was contacted by a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Richardson Jean. We made an appointment to meet that day. When i walked in I was greeted immediately and I asked for Richardson. Richardson came introduced himself to me and my children, very professional. He then proceeded to tell me that the car I was interested was no longer available but he assured me that he would help me find a car would be happy with. After seeing a few cars and test driving two, I finally find exactly what I was looking for and thanks to Angel Garrido in finance, I was able to walk away with a great deal. Overall my experience at Kendall Dodge was EXCELLENT!!! THANK YOU!!!

Usually visiting dealers is very stressful, our last experience at the Dodge in Kendall was very pleasant, the salesman was helpful and friendly. Prices are affordable as well.

Went to evaluate jeep wrangler unlimited, the sales person, Mr. Silvio Molina was very knowledgeable, no pressure informed me of all my options. Listened to my needs prior to making recommendations. Hugo Montero was the sales person that I worked with to purchase a truck. Hugo was professional and courteous. He worked well with me to help me get the deal that I was seeking.After the ssle, he helped me remove a trailer hitch from my old vehicle, even though the lock had to be sawed-off the hitch, due to a lost key.I would purchase another vehicle from Hugo Montero and I recommend the dealership, Kendall Dodge.

I had to buy a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara due to a car accident where my 1998 Jeep Wrangler was a total loss. I began working with Mr. Harold Russell at Kendall Dodge and although I was not ready at the time to purchase a vehicle, he kindly showed us the jeep wrangler fleet he had and also informed us of other jeep vehicles that were in transit. I must say the service I received from Mr. Russell was A++. He was very courteous and displayed a professional image. The managers were also very nice and professional.
