I had an issue with my KIA. Nampa KIA was the only car place to help in a 3 state radius. I was driving in 105 degree temperatures without AC for 4 hours. Calling every KIA shop. They were great and they had me on road without 30 minutes and no charge! I talked with the service manager and told him that they had the greatest personnel working for him. I live in Washington State and they are in Idaho. I wish I could have them service my car!!! Thank you!!

The purchase process was very streamlined and options are explained thoroughly and without pressure, which is something that I was truly not expecting compared to other dealerships. My K5 was later serviced for warranty work and general maintenance very thoroughly and the Kia warranty work was performed exceptionally well. Service was fast and the staff were kind and helpful at every point. I will definitely keep coming back.
