I live in the Valley. I don’t get to Anchorage very often. I scheduled maintenance (as requested by me vehicle thru the number my vehicle gave me). Five days before the scheduled appointment, which was made over a month ago, I get a phone call telling me I have to reschedule because the appointment was made under Toyota and not Lexus. I didn’t make the appointment under Toyota. I ask what can I do to prevent this in the future? They have no answers for me. They want me to call directly, which is what I did to make this appointment. Not real happy and not at all impressed with my whole Lexus experience. Won’t make this mistake again.

I walked in only to research a vehicle I’m interested in ordering through Kendall Lexus and I was treated with kindness and respect. Colleen was amazing and showed me some amazing features in similar SUVs since the one I wanted to look at wasn’t there yet. I was super happy not be rushed and put in a corner of buying today and actually have a moment of looking at the vehicles. Not 1 dealer has ever done that for me, not to mention I’m on the younger side and people always treat me like I’m not gonna buy. Colleen treated me amazing while I was there and tbh I wasn’t sure I was gonna buy another high end vehicle but after that experience I’m sure about buying another Lexus. Thank you Colleen for the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

I have to say I had a wonderfully positive experience at Kendall Lexus two weeks ago. I worked with Chip and he was the perfect salesman. He was knowledgeable, patient, polite and most importantly, not pushy. He allowed me to make the decision without the anticipated pressure of the “car salesman” reputation. I absolutely love my new Lexus 350 and I would recommend Chip and Kendall Lexus of Alaska to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you!

The most thorough car wash that I know in town. Only thing they could do better is maybe have a towel dry at the end
