I could not have had a better or easier experience. The professionalism and courtesy of Kendall Toyota was off the charts. Any and all questions and concerns were dealt with in an honest and upfront manner. I just cannot express how pleased I was with all of the people I dealt with. Kendall Toyota is a first class organization that truly puts the customer first.

I appreciate the extra effort that was made by the Service department recently. I dropped off my truck and put my Covid mask in the center armrest console as I was leaving. When I got home, I realized I was missing one of my hearing aids. I called the service department and asked for them to look around for it, including in the console . Soon they called back and said they had found it there, attached to the mask. Their kindness is appreciated… and they did the usual good job fixing my truck. (:-)

Unless you have both time and money to waste please do not consider buying, leasing or servicing a vehicle here. Our experience with Kendall just keeps getting worse. Our daughter leased a car here and it was the start of our problems. We took our new Corolla in because the front end was making unusual noises. Four or five appointments later. The technicians working in service couldn’t properly diagnose or repair the problem. While attempting diagnosis, the windshield was broken. Two different times a master Toyota mechanic from Portland was called in to attempt to repair this issue. The car was at Kendall Toyota for close to a month. No rental car was offered while the car was being misdiagnosed. We had to fight, and finally a rental car was provided. The second master mechanic found the problem. Turned out to be a simple fix, steering issue. Fast forward to today. We returned to buy the car after leasing. The finance manager sold a extended warranty, never revealing the total cost of said warranty. When we called to cancel the warranty we were lied to, and told it was too late to cancel. Luckily I was able to contact the warranty company, and they helped me cancel the warranty. This company absolutely epitomizes all stereotypes thought of when it comes to car sales. Their underpaid and overworked sales, and service employees are great. Perhaps the higher ups should consider more than profit. They do most of their business in our community, yet I’m pretty sure they don’t pay taxes, as they moved their headquarters out of state. I will not be giving this company anymore of my money, and neither should you!

I don't recommend buying from Kendall of Eugene if you can avoid it (at least used). I don't like the whole car buying experience to begin with, but I still didn't walk away feeling good about the transaction. We bought a used vehicle from them, and traded in our vehicle. They low-balled us on our trade in saying it needed lots of work (new tires, damage to paint), but it really didn't need new tires and damage was very minimal. They told us they put in over $1,500 to every vehicle they take in, which was clearly not the case with what we bought. The vehicle we purchased was not even cleaned out properly. We found papers from the previous owner and stains that I had to get out myself. I also am left questioning their safety checks, as the vehicle is creaking badly with every turn. I will add though, Court in finance was nice to work with. But really, I feel very played and I wish I would've gone elsewhere.

Solomon Faulkner provided us with excellent service! His knowledge, patience and integrity were much appreciated. Solomon listened to my car shopping needs carefully and was very helpful at each step of the way when we finally found just right car. He is personable, answered all of my questions and followed up after the sale to be sure the full process went smoothly. I would recommend Kendall Toyota and Solomon for sales again!
