Kenny Ross Subaru provided the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was searching online for a 2017 Subaru WRX Limited in Lapis Blue. Jamie reached out to me from Kenny Ross Subaru and provided me with their current WRX inventory. All of them sound nice but the Lapis Blue was the car really wanted. Jamie offered to do a little research and call me back. She called me back in 15 minutes and informed me she was able to find the car I wanted with all the specs. I visited the dealership the next day to go over payment options. Everyone at Kenny Ross Subaru was very nice and made the car buying experience easier. After coming to an agreement with Jamie, the manager of Kenny Ross Subaru came to me and insured that I was getting the best possible deal on the WRX. The car was available the very next day and it matched what I was looking for. I highly recommend Kenny Ross Subaru if your thinking about buying a new car!!!!

Jay Sanderson, the guy I worked with, cares about recommending a good car that is fit for my needs. He doesn't push me to buy anything. He writes down features that the car has so it is clear what I get from my money. He recommended touring rather than limited because with $500 more, I get much more from the car. On the other hand, he recommended not to buy outback because it is too large for a family of two. I am very satisfied with what I get. I got 2.69% rate from my bank; he immediately gave me 1.99% due to my excellent credit score. Very efficient and no fish and bait. I am not a writing-a-review person, but I am willing to spend time writing a good review for him. He deserves to be respected as he works as a human being rather than a salesperson. I highly recommend him.

My sales specialist Tom Haskins is super patient and nice. For some reason my financing application got rejected for the first time so I could not get my car on the day I made the purchase decision. The financing manager Jed made the effort to talk to several banks and was finally able to find a bank which offered me a reasonable APR. Tom even offered me a pick-up from my work place the second time I went to the dealership. He also gave me instructions about the car in every detail. I highly recommend them.

The Internet Sales Manager, Joe Pecora, did an excellent job helping me to purchase my new 2017 Subaru WRX. I submitted a request for an internet price on a vehicle that was still in transit from the factory and received a return email and phone call almost immediately. The price he quoted me was much better than my local dealer to the point that no further negotiation was needed. I bought the car the following day without any further hassle. All told I probably spent less than two hours at the dealership from test driving to completing all the paperwork. None of the stereotypical nonsense associated with car dealers of old.

I received a great deal for my 2017 Subaru Forester compared to other places in between Butler to North Huntington. Everyone was friendly and really wanted to help me find the car that was the right fit. The only reason I did not give Kenny Ross Subaru 5 stars was because of a misunderstanding when dealing with my credit check. This would be the first car that I signed for/owned myself. I was told the day before that I passed the credit check and that I would be in and out the next day. I was there for almost 2 hours before I was told I would be able to purchase. BUT I had to have someone co-sign. Which was no big deal but for my first car buying experience, it was not as exciting as I hoped it would be. I obviously drove off of the lot with the car I wanted at an unbeatable price. All in all it was a good experience, just a rocky start! Thank you Kenny Ross for my Forester!

He was prompt in responding to messages to get more information on the available inventory and the various packages. We were introduced through USAA Car Buying Service, so that made it possible to complete the deal over the phone in a span of around six hours.

Within a week from moving from Southern California to Pittsburgh we were ready to buy the retirement car of our dreams. More than a year of research had convinced us that a WRX Limited with CVT &Eyesight was what we wanted. We searched the websites of all the local dealerships and found that Kenny Ross actually had two in inventory so we could choose a color. We contacted Sherri M and made an appointment for the same day. After driving the WRX (and a Forrester XT and a Outback 3.6 for comparison) we were ready to make our deal. We ended up paying below invoice at the price listed on-line. No hassles, no haggling- easy. Then we found out we had to have a PA drivers license before we could write the check and drive away. Getting the drivers license is a whole 'nother story- it ended up that it took us three days to get a license (you try finding all the necessary documents and receiving two pieces of mail with your name on it when you have lived somewhere less than a week!). Through the whole process Sherri was right there with us making sure that everything went smoothly. Finally we took possession of our dream WRX and horsepowered and torqued our way home. Thank you Sherri for all your help and patience and thank you Kenny Ross Subaru for so beautifully prepping our car- and giving us so many alternatives! Highly recommended!

When we did decide, he quickly found of the car that we wanted and even came in on his day off to get the car to us quicker. He did not complain and he was happy to do it. First time car purchase/lease...knew I had to do something, but needed some guidance. I originally leaned to Chevrolet, but always had in the back of my mind 'Subaru Forester'...I live in the ridge areas, and both my sons live over the mountain, so I knew I wanted something that would not leave me along the road in bad weather. Have never heard anything "bad" about Subaru. I also drove the Mazda CX5, it was a nice ride too, but I just hadn't heard too much about them. Subaru has built quite a reputation over the years and after driving the Subaru Forester I was sold. "Tom Haskins" was my Sales Consultant - he was pleasant, courteous,not pushy, very knowledgeable about what he was selling, and buying/leasing was made easy to understand. I know I had him repeat things over and over to me, I was nervous, but this was a big investment and he truly understood - Tom was very patient! Everyone I encountered, from the second I walked through the door were very pleasant - Nobody ever made me feel as though I was bothering them. What a great experience! . Service was great, met Bryan - he made sure the remote start was installed and he explained it to me (another first, never had a remote start!). Even talking with other customers was such a pleasant experience! Time flew by! Even though I didn't purchase Chevrolet, I must say, even the folks I met up there were great also, Lance and Brad - Hats off to you also!Don't forget those in the office putting those deals together and the gal in finance also!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kenny Ross Subaru to anyone! This dealership is more motivated about my satisfaction than anyone in the area to which I was looking to make a purchase. One never gets a second chase to make a first impression, but Joe, and Troy started with me and my wife down a path of pure satisfaction. From the first step into the show room, through the delivery process, and also after the sale. Our contact and updated information was tops in so many ways, to ever explain herein. Our car was exactly what we wanted, no need to try and sale something we did not want, our trade in price was exactly what we were budgeting also. We opted for additional accessories, and they came in on time, and was installed perfectly by the onsite service department. There was no pressure after the sale to purchase additional items, insurance, protection packages, all were presented at a fair value and reviewed entirely to me in no hard to understand term and language.

Bought a '17 Subaru Outback from Kenny Ross in July 2016. We haven't purchased a new car in over 10 years and I honestly had some "fear" of going through the new car purchase process. Working with Sales Rep Joe Donas, Business Mgr Holly Nabors and GM Jimmy Dull, they were all fantastic! Jimmy found the car with the package we were searching for in VA and went and got it - even before we committed. Holly was awesome navigating us through the financing and securing a decent loan. And on the day we took delivery - Joe was second to no other! He knew we had new car buyer anxiety, and took the time to walk us though the process and then through every inch of our new car. From the first time I contacted Joe via the online Kenny Ross website he was nothing but helpful and nice. He was able to get me in to test drive a new Crosstrek within a couple days working with my busy schedule and helped facilitate the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I was in and out in less than a couple hours and that includes having a remote starter installed on the car that I was purchasing. I can say nothing but good things about his service and professionalism. I worked with Holly Nabors doing the paperwork and she was also very helpful as well. She saved my wife fro having to come in to do paperwork so I could take the car home the same day since I was a 40 minute drive away. First, I dread car buying, but at Kenny Ross I had the best experience .Tom Haskins as my sales rep. was wonderful. He answered all my questions. Attended to details no manner how small. As I was leaving he even remember to take the dealership's advertised license plate bracklet off my new car. I had asked him to do that at the beginning. I was so surprised he remembered & followed up. Very personable. I felt comfortable with Tom riding with me during the test drive & I usually don't feel at ease with strangers. He also wanted to explain many items to me and took the time to do so.I would recommend Tom Haskins for all my car needs. Of you want 1st class service...ask for Tom!

Outstanding dealership, in particular, my salesman, Martin DeSalterain and his sales manager Bill Lochner. Martin listened to what I needed in terms of model features and price range and matched me up with a Crosstrek. Martin has expert knowledge of the Subaru products both mechanically and technically, and did additional product and model research if I had questions that could not immedicately be answered. They also presented financing for both purchase and lease and explained all in detail. At no time did I feel pressured into an upsale or intimidated by financing options which, from what I understand, is rare for any dealership.

I took two cars in for a trade. I first spoke with Jeff Wolfgang He had his boss look at my 2010 Mazda Miata. They offered me $14,500 about $2500.Less than I paid them for the car a few months ago. My second car a 2009 Outback did not arrive as my son got lost. I told them I would be back in the morning with both cars ready to deal. Jeff spoke up and said that was his day off. I replied that I would be in Saturday. He didn't like that idea and went in to talk to Jim the sales manager. He came out and said Jim told him to drive me home and get the other trade back to the lot. Since it was around a 30 mile drive I wondered why the were so quick to prove transportation. We went and got my Subaru and Jim reviewed it for a trade, He first offered me$6000 which I didn't consider then he went to $8000 which was better but didn't match the price I had gotten at Day Subaru and another dealer who had offered me $10000. Jim said he couldn't match any price that was fraudulent or based on odd trade. He talked as if I were lying and then he said he would be lucky to get $10000 for the car at retail. I asked why the car was only worth $8000. He replied that the front bumpers was scraped and would nee replaced. He said that the hood had a small u shape ding that would require the whole hood to be refinished. There were also scratches on the side of the car that would probably need to be refinished. Finally the front seat had seat covers that had adhesive that would need to be removed. If it could be removed. The car had 36,000 and I also had every service order for scheduled maintaining and recalls. I went in to talk with Jeffery and he said he had been a body man and would take a look. When he went out to the car his "comments" were exactly the same as Jims. Not close, not similar but exactly the same. I finally did accept the offers and picked out the used Outback that I would tale in trade. It had after all been a long day and Jeff knew I was a diabetic and have a heat condition. I believe they used this information to wear me down. We went up to the main building and I asked Jeff if I could see my car. He said the people from the office were working over to get my paperwork done. I also asked about a break on the price and he said ni it had been marked down lost month. I ended up paying full lot price. About a week after this fiasco I saw my 2009 Outback that was "worth barely" 10000 on the internet for 12888 which is double what they gave me in trade. This not a case of a dealer making a profit but a case of two employees working together to cheat me out a fair price on my trades. I was told the fi up shop had billed $1500 to prepare the car for sale. They could have given me the $10000. made me happy and still sold the car and made a fair profit. I feel that I was xxxxx by Kenny Ross and now they will not communicate with me.

When I first arrived to look at cars, everyone was very friendly and willing to help whenever we needed. Tom Haskins was my salesperson and he was great! He was very friendly, kind and understanding of my situation. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them that day and he even helped us in his off hours with questions that I had about the vehicle. Bill, one of the managers showed my father and I around the facility, including the spotless garage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle there and they were able to get the price to where I needed. Holly was the finance person we worked with, very friendly and helpful. As I drove away with the vehicle, not even 5 miles down the road, I noticed a dime sized chip in the windshield that I did not notice when I test drove it! I called Tom back and he spoke with a manager, Jim, who came out to inspect it and said he would replace the windshield for me, what a relief! Overall, we experienced excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the experience. I would come back again for my next vehicle!

After leasing a 2016 Mazda 6 from Joe Woleslagle of Kenny Ross Mazda, returned to purchase a 2016 Subaru Impreza. When we went through the search for the Mazda in August, felt we were given the runaround and treated disrespectfully by other dealerships (i.e., Volkswagen, Audi and Kia). "Met" Joe Woleslagle on line, and immediately felt comfortable. After visiting him at Kenny Ross Mazda and seeing their transparent deal (they were the first dealership that would allow you to have a copy of your deal prior to purchase and/or lease), decided to lease the Mazda. When it came time to replace our 2011 Kia, Joe was the ONLY salesman we needed to see. As my wife was recovering from surgery, Mr. Woleslagle made the entire process easy by bringing the Subaru to our home for my wife to see, and he even delivered the paperwork so she didn't have to leave the house. We like the fact that a salesman from one line of vehicles can sell any of the vehicles within the Kenny Ross franchise.

Paul Sarp catered to our every need - before, during, and after the sale! Communication was open and honest - starting with initial messaging through autotrader.com and continuing through telephone and email exchanged after the sale. On the lot, there was no frustrating haggling...just candid discussion about price and quality of the vehicle. The final price offered by the dealer was LOWER than my offer and at no time was there high pressure to make a deal. I arrived on the lit at lunchtime and Paul left the lunch that he had just opened to assist me. The mechanic who was processing the vehicle was very helpful also, explaining service recently completed....answering questions...and showing the underside of the vehicle on the lift. EXCELLENT all around experience!!!

My salesman, Jim Brown, took time to fully explain every question I had. Of course, this is the third car I bought off of Jim (the others were at a different dealership), and I enjoy working with him. I had my older Subaru serviced there, and, again, everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. I did not have a long wait for service, they maintained a comfortable waiting room complete with coffee, donuts, popcorn and more, and they did the job quickly.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new -- or used -- car.

Ray was great. Just told me the facts, and spent a lot of time with me. He let me ask the questions, and he tried to find the right fit for me. I was not pressured at all. Other people I dealt with there were just as nice. He spent a great deal of time on delivery--there was so much to go over, and he took his time. Only disappointment was for my trade--I wanted more, but we did meet half way. Got the Kelly Blue Book price with no haggling for the new vehicle. I was also disappointed to discover the windshield wiper fluid wasn't topped off--thought all fluids would be, but that's minor.

I was searching for a used Subaru for a descent price on line and came across a 2011 Outback that fit my budget. I filled out the information request on line and received a call from Paul Sarp within 2 minutes of hitting the submit button. That impressed me.I told him I would be down in the morning to take a look at it since I live about 2 hours away. The car was clean and drove extremely well. We worked on the trade value and came up with a satisfying price for both of us. We closed the purchase deal at the new car dealership without any problems. Kenny Ross Subaru went way above our expectations! We left there with a brand new WRX at the right price we were looking for, and a fair trade in value for my previous Subaru. The customer service and professionalism was fantastic. JD Brown was our salesperson and he truly went above and beyond to make this one of our best car buying experiences. JD got us exactly what we wanted and more, he even made sure to offer us food and drink during the whole process, we felt very comfortable and informed throughout the process, Not only was JD professional but he was also personable, and we cant thank him enough. Mark was also fantastic in dealing with all of that lengthy car buying paperwork. We would highly recommend Kenny Ross Subaru to any of our friends. Great place and great cars!

We came to check out the new location and ended up buying a new 2015 Subaru Legacy. From the start we were welcomed and received super customer service and were giving the grand tour. Our saleman, Jim "JD" Brown was very informative and helped us find the exact Legacy that we wanted. We felt very comfortable with him and relied on his experience and knowledge. It all started with a phone call - to every Subaru dealer in a 6 county area of Southwestern PA (this does not include the dealer in West Virginia!). I called because I wanted to talk to someone about Subaru's. Several years ago I did stop at a local dealer and I felt captive, I felt they would not let me leave before buying a car. I did NOT want to repeat that experience. Ray Mesko, of Kenny Ross Subaru promptly called me back and was willing to talk with me. He answered not only all my questions, but also shared in-depth information about Subaru - this took numerous phone calls because the questions kept coming - but so did the answers. Bottom line I ordered a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, from Kenny Ross (1.25 hr. from my home!) and never took a test drive. I had that much confidence and trust in Ray. I love this car - smooth ride, great gas mileage and it goes in the snow. Not to mention it turns heads. Can't say enough about Ray and Kenny Ross Subaru.

My wife and I had been doing homework on getting a new Subaru Impreza 5 Door. We decided on Kenny Ross. I was taken care of by Jim who helped us every step of the way on buying our new car. He understood what we needed in order to get the car we needed and he made it happen and we are more them appreciative. After we got set up we had Jason help us with Financing. Here is a man who loves his job and loves to help people. He was honest and fair and he solidified us the rate we needed to take our car off the lot with the additional coverage that was best for situation. I am told Subaru's last a while, but when the time comes for another car we will be going back here!~CM and LM

It has been 11 yrs since I purchased a vehicle so I spent a lot of time looking online for the right car for the right price. When I got to the lot, Nick came right over and helped me locate the car I was looking for. After taking it and another car for a teat drive. I knew that I wanted the car I came for Nick didn't try to push me towards a more expensive car. He was able to get me a fair interest rate since my credit is not the best. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No hidden fees for the cost of the car. Working with Vikki, the finance lady, was even an enjoyable experience, unlike other dealerships I have worked with. Took about 2.5 hrs from start to finish, which is good in my opinion for buying a carI would recommend any of my friends to Kenny Ross. They have a great selection of reasonable priced used cars and the staff was very nice to work with.

We're happy we made the choice to come visit Kenny Ross and were lucky enough to work with Paul Sarp throughout the process. Paul had us laughing from the time we walked through the door until we left with our new Crosstrek. We got a great deal on our car that was lower than competitor prices. Paul was very low pressure, honest, and patient with us as we took the time to make a decision. He even followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Once we made the decision to buy Jay Sanderson did a great job walking us through all if the features and answer any questions we had about our new car. Jay was very friendly and helpful and even stayed late to make sure we had everything squared away.Will definitely tell anyone who is looking for an easy, hassle free car buying experience they better call Paul!

Worked with Paul Sarp most of the day. He was very pleasant and attentive answering (or getting answers) to my many questions. I also worked with Shelby in the finance dept and she was very good at explaining and simplifying all the transactions as well as answering my many questions. Overall, I got the car that I went to Kenny Ross Subaru to buy---would I have like a few more dollars knocked off and a few more dollars given for my trade-in, of course, but think that is typical in any vehicle purchase.

All of our arrangements were made by telephone. We secured our new Subaru with a credit card from almost 3,000 miles away in Seattle, Washington. Heather Beck (was my wife's primary contact. The Internet department is something special if Heather was not available I was able to speak with a coworker who shadowed all the details so he could step right in, instantly, almost.When we got to the dealership our new sedan looked perfect. It was parked in his own little area so it was easy to inspect. A lot of little extras were ordered late through her parts Dept. Heather navigated her people well. Everything we dreamed of was installed in short order. The whole dealership appeared to have a pleasant harmony. Our price was outstanding.So if you're within approximately 3,000 miles of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and you're considering the Subaru then you must telephone a very pleasant, polite, attentive Heather Beck. Heather Beck knew the Subaru products, demonstrated and explained details better than most any product engineer or public relations person. We purchased an uncommon automobile and audio system yet Heather knew the details in and out. We were pleasantly surprised. While the dealership is small now they are upgrading the entire operation and you can look forward to a modern facility in the future.
