Offered very good price for my car. Online Appreciation /evaluation saved time . Didn't considered minor car issues like small scratches, tires etc and not reduced price on that. process was quick even with minimum details provided to them. Came out in less than an hour. Thank you CarMax and team assisted in completing the vehicle sale.

Came to buy a "brand new" corolla. During test drive it became apparent that something was broken with the seal of the window. Driving above 40mph the driver's side front window sounded as if the window was open even though it wasn't. I brought it to the attention of my sales associate and stated I wanted to buy the vehicle but not if there is something actively wrong with it. Asked if the service department could take a look at it. I even asked if I could drive a different corolla so I could ensure it was a specific issue to the vehicle I wanted to buy. After that test drive I confirmed that it was. I again stated I did not feel comfortable buying the vehicle with there being an issue with it but would gladly buy it if it could be looked at and fixed. I was pretty much just told that they understood if I didn't want to buy the vehicle and stated they weren't going to pressure me. Obviously the not pressuring piece is a perk of CarMax as opposed to other dealers but I didn't think it was so unreasonable for them to fix an issue in order for me to buy the vehicle - especially since it was a new vehicle. Definitely disappointed the sale was unable to happen.
