Got a used Honda Pilot that displayed a check engine light three days after getting the truck . The code turned out to be the cataylic converter. Also the alternator went up in it on a long distance trip all on the same day. No warranties on used cars. Buy at your own risk.

I give them five stars because no matter what the problem was with my Buick they always found away to make it work for me and they people are nice kind no problems I would choose them over anything dealership great job my car is their now and they told by Thursday it should be up and running had other cars before me and still found away to get it done

I have taken my car here two times for a simple oil change every single time they are always looking to get more money out of me checking for things I didn’t ask them to check for and trying to push services and repairs that are not necessary be aware of this dealership

Last week, I called Steve in service about my GMC Sierra with issue regarding my truck parking brake not disengaging and was quoted that that due to the amount of service work scheduled that my truck may not be able to be serviced until the end of the week. He sent a tow truck on Monday to pick it up. I wasn't expecting an update until at least Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised that the work was completed and I was able to pick my truck up the very next afternoon. Great job Kent County Motors and to Steve's service team!
