Kentson Car Company is the greatest company to work with. Best prices around, no pressure or haggling. Just easy to come in, talk to a normal person, and not feel pressured into something. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Wonderful experience!

I'm giving them one star only because I have to give one. After looking through many a great review to see if I really want to spend time on this company, I'm thinking that they have to be great, but there must be at least one unsatisfied customer, right? Upon reaching the negative reviews, I noticed that the negative reviews are the only ones that really get much of a response from the owner. And the owner has an equally negative review of the reviewer!! It seems like the owner is taking these negative reviews so personally, that s/he has to be condescending, rude, and tries to turn it around on their own patrons! Even the ones that purchased from them! Just read them, you'll see. It's not an isolated event either. I am not a customer, and I will not be, because they treat their customers who don't give them a review to their liking, very poorly online. I mean, do you really want to spend your hard-earned money at a business that speaks that way to a customer? I know I don't.If you want a quality vehicle with great, old fashioned customer service, try the Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket. EDIT: They also harass you on your review if they don't like what you say. Seriously. I mean, look at their response to mine..

Clean and organized facility. Honest and straightforward sales staff. Transaction took less than one hour and was very smooth. Payment mechanism worked well. Very happy with transaction and purchase. Will return to by future vehicles. Drew was phenomenal. He helped us purchase a 2020 Ford expedition and did a great job.

Love the price point and the car! The employees need to pay more attention to the small details and make sure all cars out the door are serviced and washed. If you have five employees and one customer in the shop, I feel that more of an effort should be made to not put a damper on the buying experience by putting off menial tasks that should already be done.

Dealership was quick, not pushy. I had a good idea of what I wanted before I got there. I ended up getting the Ford Fusion that I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.
