I've taken my truck to Kerlin's from the time I bought it. It has been serviced before it was due every time. I've spent thousands of dollars there. When I had someone contaminate the fuel they replaced the fuel pump and give it back without inspecting it further. Which in turn is going to cost me over $8k in damages that the insurance would have covered. But they didn't catch it or even try to work with the insurance company to get it covered. Then charged me over $500 to diagnose it. I will never return there for anything.

What happened to the family owned business that was based on customer service? Mark sales manager and Kurt in financing are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Rick Kerlin the owner did not appear that he could or would do or say anything about the horrible way we were treated. Needless to say we will purchase our new custom LQ trailer elsewhere.

The Kerlin Motor Company made buying our latest vehicle enjoyable. My husband and I were not able to go together to see the car, but Tanner allowed me to drive it to my husband's work and let him see it. The vehicle was in great shape and they gave us a fair price on our van as a trade in. Thank you to all of the gentlemen who made me feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

After 30 years, I never thought I would be able to afford to buy my wife a new vehicle. Stephen took some time to explain how a lease has changed over the years and it was a great way to be able to afford a new vehicle. We had a GREAT experience with the Kerlins when we recently purchased our used Expedition. Hugh, and Aaron helped us find financing that was more than 4% less than what we had on our trade in. They even surprised us with a giant bow placed on the hood when we came out to take her home.

I was referred by a previous employee of Kerlin Motors, which in itself says something about the company and the people. I did a lot of price shopping and they had the best mileage to cost ratio on the model I wanted. In terms of their interactions with me and easy of transaction, I felt like a priority through out the process. Kerlin Motors will get you a great deal and treat you right.

If you live in the Silver Lake, Indiana area, and you're looking for a new or used vehicles, please do not go to this dealership Kerlin Motor Company! They're the worst dealership ever!!!They're customer service sucks, they take advantage of people, and there vehicles are garbage!!! I know someone that purchased a vehicle from them for about $25,000. They had it less then 10hrs and the vehicle broke down. They took the vehicle to the closes Ford dealership and they were told that the vehicle needs a new Engine! Please share this message and save the next person from purchasing anything from this dealership that take advantage of our people! #badbusiness

Everyone one at Kerlin's was extremely helpful. Adam was great in showing me different vehicles and really listened to what I was needing! Jay who did my financing worked hard to get me the payment I needed and a great interest rate! Their sales manager Shane was extremely professional and helped make my car buying experience less stressful. I would recommend Kerlin to anyone who is wanting to buy a new or used vehicle!

Made the drive down to Silver Lake from Granger to purchase a used 2012 Honda Accord that I found online. It was worth it! The entire experience from initial e-mail contact to driving off the lot with the car was, hands down, the best experience I've had with a dealership. Troy Burns, the sales associate with whom I worked, was wonderful. Even the little bit of back-and-forth on the car's pricing was a breath of fresh air (and that was all done over the phone): none of those awful "tactics" that make one resent the whole process. Everyone I met at the dealership was great. I've never had a great experience (have had some good experiences), from beginning to end, with a dealership until this one. Though they are a Ford dealership, and I'm always looking for Honda's, when it comes time to buy again, they will be the first place I call to see if they can track down a Honda for me. Can't recommend them highly enough. I hope more people in the Indiana area will consider them.

I've had a Ford vehicle that I purchased elsewhere serviced at Kerlin for years; and they always treated me fairly and honestly. Three months ago, we ordered a new 2015 vehicle; and the entire process was very friendly, not salesperson driven, and therefore very comfortable. No one tried to talk us into anything we didn't need or want. And the dealership worked hard to answer all of our questions (including ordering a paint sample in advance for a new color that came out in 2015, so that we could decide whether it was the color we wanted). It's a dealership with integrity, honesty, and straightforward relationship with its customersand this seems to be a rarity nowadays.

Emailed Kerlin on a truck I saw on cars.com and within an hour or two I got a call back. Got the specifics on the truck and was emailed an application for financing. 20 min later got a call saying truck had a long list of fixes. Thanks for he heads-up so I didnt drive 8 hrs for a headache!
