Great experience! I came in late on a Saturday. Looked at the inventory and was able to test drive within 15 minutes. The process for calculating payments was quick and Clinton was extremely professional and wasn’t pushy. He gave me all the information I needed and answered my million questions with a smile on his face. Would highly recommend this dealership and Clinton as the sales representative. The F&I process was also quick and painless and the representative was very nice. Can’t say enough good things about my experience!

My wife and I had purchased her a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler with the Eco Diesel and it had a couple small minor scratches. So I had stopped back by the dealership and meet Michael Smith. Michael had zero to do with the purchase/sale of our Jeep but he took to action and help me out with the most outstanding service that I’ve ever seen. It shocked me knowing that he doesn’t get paid for that kind of service. He helped me out so much I decided to go and buy myself a new truck. Very satisfied with my recent used Ram purchase. I'm originally from Kernersville, but moved to Michigan for work. I had my father look at the truck for me before I made the trip back to Kernersville. The staff were very friendly, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend talking to JR, he was a pleasure to work with. I was never pressured to make a purchase, and he answered all my questions promptly. Once I made the decision to purchase the truck, he quickly got me through the purchasing process and explained everything thoroughly. I was told after buying my truck that my tags would be arrive in ten days. It has now been 4 weeks and 5 days with no tags. My paper temp tag is falling off and I have been pulled over twice. Not happy with this dealership and I will not buy another vehicle from there nor will I recommend anyone else to buy from there!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Laramie on 11/4/16. I was informed that the vehicle went through their Service Dept. for a Safety/Service inspection. I was told that the Tire Pressure light was on because there was too much air in the front tires and that they fixed it and the light should go off during my ride home. I live an hour and half from the dealership. The light was still on when I got home. The next morning I call the dealership and leave a message for Hailey (Internet Dept.) and my salesman Jim Coker. I never received a call back from either one of them. I take the truck to me local Dodge Dealership and they inform me the reason that the Tire Pressure Light is on is because there are no sensors in any of the wheels and that the spare tire is missing. Also, the fog lamps weren't hooked up, there is severe hail damage on the roof, the hood had been replaced, 3 open recalls and that the entire drivers side of the vehicle had been repaired and painted. If this vehicle had gone through their "rigorous" inspection - these items SHOULD have been found. This dealership sells their vehicles mostly on the Internet (F&I told me that). I can only imagine what junk they are selling to people that live out of town. I eventually talked to the Salesman and he told me that he would talk to the Service Manager. After a couple of hours he called me back to inform me that the Dealership refuses to fix anything. I realize that I purchased a preowned vehicle - but this delaership lied about their inspection of the truck and now won't stand behind there product. Absoluelty horrible experience - STAY WAY FROM KERNERSVILLE DODGE if you want a nice reliable vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you right and sell you a vehicle with no issues. I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau complaint department explains my experience. Use my experience as a lesson - buy from somewhere else!!!

Worked with a sales girl Andrea , sent in pictures of my truck , very low miles and receiving a contract statement two days before buying of what I needed to bring in a bank check, arrived met a salesman that was going to work with me on the deal was almost through with the sale, manager came in said my truck had been appraised almost 30 days earlier they were not going to honor the contract. This was after driving across the state and obtaining a bank check for what the contract I had been wired or e mailed two days earlier. Said they needed 1500 more dollars my trade had dropped in value that much in less than 30 days. They knew they had me over a barrel and I had to pay more than what was agreed on to make this sale happen at the very last minuet. Nothing but a game to get more money and very dishonest. . Worst car buying experience I have ever had.

He went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with the sale. For once he was not like most salesmen that try to really push for the sale. I'm in the process filing paperwork with the state attorney general and the Better Business Bureau in addition to informing everyone who plans to do business with these people. We purchased a new 2016 cab and chassis from Kernersville dodge.We found out it was not the truck that was described to us. We ask them on 3 different occasions if this truck had the 385 hp and 900 ft. Lbs. Of tourqe as this is what we needed to accommodate the weight we are hauling. All three times we were lied to. Once by the internet sales woman and twice by the salesman.The salesman told us that because it had the aisin transmission it atomaticly came with the bigger engine. Not true! Not knowing at the time we set out on our trip. After going up the first mountain pulling our fifth wheel rv we noticed an extreme lack of power as we came to a crawl. At the time we thought something was wrong with the truck only to find out that it was not the engine that we were told it was. In fact, it has the lowest hp and tourqe rating available in the 3500's. So we contacted the dealer to see if there was anything they could do to make this right.They said we could come in and trade for another truck and they would give us 20k less for the truck than we just paid for it 2 weeks ago. I cannot express in words how sickend we are by this. It is a horrible feeling knowing you just spent 65k for a truck that will not fit your needs. Its a more horrible feeling knowing that the dealer was so dishonest in selling us the vehicle knowing that it was not the engine that we ask 3 times for. So for anyone looking to buy a new ram 3500 from Kernersville dodge, make sure you take your diesel mechanic with you so he or she can verify which Cummins engine you are buying. Because the folks at Kernersville will obviously tell you anything Just to make a quick buck.

I hate to car shop. I was very unhappy with my last car. I felt I didn't take time to look and research. After seven years of owning my car that I wished I had never purchased, it was time to start my dreaded search again. I test drove every make and model known to mankind. I felt every sales person hated me. A dear friend told me about Kernersville, so I went outside my comfort area. I actually went with him as he tested a truck. I said I would never buy from them as they were too big and I didn't feel they would give me the attention I needed, since I was not sure what I really wanted. I was wrong. I spoke to Lauren on the phone then went in and actually spoke to Thomas and Sean. I felt the two if them would have spent days with me if that's what I wanted. I bought a Jeep Cherokee and I am so incredibly happy. I can't wait to own this car for many years. The boys ( that's what I call them) were so incredibly knowledgeable. Any question I had they had the answer. Please go to this dealership. No questions go unanswered. The entire process was effortless. I just had to go to the bank and get money. The sales rep just tried to get me to buy a vehicle and would not listen to any of my questions. I went back to get a few thing fixed on the truck I purchased, 3 weeks later, and they had not paid off my trade in yet. So I lost $100 in interest because they didn't tell me I needed my address changed on my license. The sales mgr was very unprofessional and talked down to me like I was no one. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in 3 years and this was the worse experience I have ever had.

After searching and test-driving Ram 1500's for over a month, I drove 35 miles to KCDJ. I made an appointment via email and phone with Angela, who was very helpful. I was in the market for a truck and was recommended to Kernersville Dodge. The sales person I had was probably one of the worst I'd met. Very unprofessional. No greeting, no hand shake, poor interaction. He was more interested in telling me his personal problems. Did not tell me much about the truck or take the time to find out what was important to me or what I was looking for. It reflects poorly on the dealership. I've heard others say the same thing. Be careful who you deal with. They do so much volume I tend to think they just throw bodies at the sales staff.

Found the dealeship on-line, via word of mouth, located the truck and price I liked, best in 3 states by the way, goodbye Shelor Motor Mile, drove two hours from Bland County VA. Met Charlie Johnston on the lot upon arrival, very knowledgeable of the Ram Truck, went over all the equipment, went along on test drive, went thru the finance process and was driving out within two hours in a new Ram, start to finish. Great experience, sure to repeat business and will strongly recommend to family, friends and coworkers in VA and WV.

This has been the worse car buying experience of my life. I bought a new $55,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit.while visiting my mother for Mother's Day 5/7/2016. The dealership was very busy and impersonal. Frankie was my salesman and never offered to pull the car out of the lineup; the cars were so close you couldn't sit inside. I had researched the car and test drove it in my hometown 300 miles away so a second test drive didn't seem important. We were asked to wait in the kid's playroom which was small and the floor messy with popcorn. The Jeep has electrical problems I have never experienced before (I have purchased many luxury brands much more expensive including Lexus, Infinity and Cadillac). The air conditioning suddenly switches off and the front and rear defrosters come on. The only solution was to restart the car which occurred several times. The outer rear passenger parking light is without any power as confirmed by a Jeep dealer in Marietta, Ohio. They say they must tear apart the entire rear bumper cover and other areas to try and find the broken connection. This will take an extended length of time and may cause possible damage to the SUV. Finally, the front driver's wheel has a small factory defect. I was told by Frankie I could have a new wheel after I sent him photos of the damage. The Marietta dealership won't install the wheel until Jeep authorizes it. The car drives well and the interior and electronics are excellent. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with this purchase. I'm still waiting for a call from my local dealership to attempt to repair the problems. Frankie said it just needed a "software update." Once he closed the deal he wasn't concerned anymore.

So this is a long story, I have been dealing with Kernersville dodge for a long time and never had a problem, that being said I bought a 2011 jeep wrangler from them this January. Right off the get go the check engine light came on and it needed a new catalytic converter, no problem but after the repair the check engine light came on again for the O2 sensors, after 4 attempts to fix this issue they LET me trade it out. I was told they would take care of the loan balance cause in the month I owned it, it was in the shop more than my driveway. This turned out to be a lie, after checking the paperwork they rush you through almost 2000 was rolled over to my new jeep. The 2nd jeep I bought was a 2016 wrangler, the 2nd day I had it less than 24 hours the check engine light came on, this time the torque converter, rocker arms and lifters needed to be replaced, less than 250 miles and the tranny and engine required repairs, this was a Sunday, the very next morning I was at the dealership when they opened asking for them not to turn in the paperwork yet there was something very wrong with the new jeep. I was told they would hold the paperwork till we figured out what was wrong, again another lie. When we went back to the dealership to talk about our options my wife and I were told that since it was the end of the month they had to turn in the loan paperwork to make their quota and we would have to do a Chrysler buy back which would take up to 4 weeks, Dave Fierle was an excellent salesman, he got a manager involved who didn't seem to care at all, I wanted another jeep at the same deal as I had on the previous jeep, I had already lost the 3500 trade from my ram truck and we put 1000 down on jeep #2, not to mention the work hours I lost driving to the dealership every other day trying to sort out this mess, Finally here come Blake Mitchell like a hero promising me that the buy back would go through and that even if he had to cover the difference he would get me in the other jeep that I wanted. 6 WEEKS LATER I was told the buy back wasn't an option and that the other jeep was not an option unless we paid the difference, they made it very clear that me losing money on the deals didn't make a difference because they are a volume dealership, but for them to take a loss to make things right is never going to happen. All they could do is trade it out again, of coarse with me taking another loss. After buying 10 vehicles from this place my wife and I were treated like garbage because we wanted what was fair. Well VOLUME DEALERSHIP YOU LOST A VOLUME CUSTOMER. Don't make promises you cant keep, and Blake still hasn't had the common decency to contact me and explain why he lied. So after all was said and done Crown dodge in Greensboro nc got my business, they were more than happy to help me out.

I bought my truck in 3/15/16 it's has been in the shop for the same problem 2 times already every time the service dept. and the truck center has been RUDE!!! Acting like its my fault that a 2013 that still has FACTORY warranty and extended bumper to bumper is my fault the fuel tank is leaking thy have gave me such a hard time I think I've bought a LEMON .... I have already been in touch with my lawyer about starting the paperwork on the lemon law!!!!!! Very disappointed in the way I have been treated with my less than 30 day old vehicle

We worked with Leon on the purchase of our Durango. Kernersville Dodge fits the stereotype of "never trust a car dealership" perfectly. Just purchased a pre-owned Vehicle from this dealer last weekend and have been disappointed ever since. After having a conversation with the salesman about how "all I ever expected from a salesman was to shoot me straight and be honest with me", I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle. None were described to me. After putting in an offer, the sales manager said he couldn't negotiate on the price because it was already priced so low, and anyways "I could see how clean it was and that there was nothing wrong with it" so it was worth the asking price. Upon getting it on the interstate on my trip back to Charlotte the dash started rattling and making a ton of noise. I noticed then that there was a huge crack in the dashboard (not visible from behind the wheel) and that was causing the rattling. Two days later, I get in the car and it REEKS of cigarette smoke. They obviously sprayed an air neutralizer as a temporary fix to sell the car, and fortunately for them it worked.When I called to complain to a sales manager he said that I could bring the vehicle back (80 miles each way) to the dealer and he would have the detailers go through it again and he could PRICE me a new dash (meaning I pay for it). Other than that he said there was nothing he could do. The manager wouldn't even call me back, he had the salesman call me back and say "The manager says all vehicles are sold as-is."It is what it is, I got swindled by some salesmen. Won't be the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last. My advice... Take the customer service you receive for what it is... Service. Do your homework on the product, and make sure you inspect a vehicle from them bumper to bumper, because they will certainly not be there to help when you are dissatisfied.

I decided to browse online first to see if anything caught my eye and I heard back right away from Marivel who gave all the information I would need to purchase a vehicle. My fiance and I went in on Saturday to trade in our vehicles for two new vehicles and were welcomed and greeted right away by Leon. He guided us and walked us through the process very professionally and quickly. He made sure we both left happy with a car we each wanted. As two young adults with no knowledge of the process he helped us make the right decision that was best for us and went above and beyond to do so. We left with smiles from ear to ear and it still hasn't wore off. We appreciate everything they did for us and are glad to have done business with them. This is the 2nd return to buying a car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. My husband and I bought our Suburban 2 years ago from here through Julius Wittenberg. He was awesome!! We decided to down-size, so we came back on Saturday and asked for Julius. Unfortunately, he is semi-retired and wasn't there. However, we got just as excellent help from Mac Mccoullough! Neither of these guys ever pressured us into buying our vehicles. They were friendly and professional, took their time with us in our decisions, and we're all around great guys. Even the man that dealt with the final paper signing was a pleasure to work with! We have checked prices, and my husband and I agree that Kernersville has the best prices on their vehicles. Purchased at the same time a 1999 Grand Cherokee and 2003 Ford Ranger for two sons 1 year ago. Neither vehicle can be driven due to repairs needed. The Jeep had malfunctions just a few days after purchase. The Ranger lasted 1 year before motor issues occurred. The sale of the Jeep was contingent on a repair. Big red flag. We will not be a returning customer and stress for potential customers, do your homework.

My son recently purchased his 1st vehicle from this dealership after saving money for a long time. Four days after driving off the lot it would not crank. I took him to work the next day we took it back to them they took it to a mechanic to look at and he said he finds nothing wrong, two days later it didn't crank again. The next day we get it to crank and drive it back there and leave it for a week they said two valves or something not firing correctly and that its fixed. we do not live close 30 mile drive we picked it up three days later same thing. We called them and told them to come get it. It has set there for a week now and I get a call this morning from the mechanic wanting to know when I am coming to get truck? I asked if fixed and he said the dealership said that we were rude and profane and they are not doing anything else. I assure you this is a lie. I have never in my life been rude, or used profanity. I have bought three cars here this place is going down because the Sales managers don't care about each customer as a person just numbers. He actually said it don't matter if one or two customers are unhappy we sell volume so I DON'T MATTER. Well see.

Found the Ram 1500 we fell in love with. Needless to say what we were asking for would take quite a feat. I knew Leon from a previous sale he worked out for my Mom. After the way he treated my Mom we knew we didn't want to deal with anyone else. After several hurdles we came to an agreement and got our truck. I'm very disappointed in the customer service displayed at this dealership. The purchase process was great, quick and efficient. However, I was able to get my vehicle refinanced, saving a lot of money and requiring a gap insurance cancelation and refund payment from the dealership. That refund process was the most frustrating ever. I was ignored and when actually communicated with, was lied to. I'm very disappointed with this process. The truth would have eased this situation had it been tried by the employees. Mistakes happen, the employees could have easily admitted the proper paperwork had not been sent to the appropriate people as I was told would happen, causing the cancelation request not to be received nor processed in the full 8 weeks of a told 6-8 week process. The employees could have simply admitted this, explained they would make it right without any further delay on my part and the whole situation could have been solved. Instead the employees opted to continuously lie, act as if I was being unreasonable and bothersome for calling and asking when I should receive my refund after waiting just 3 days short of the end of the full 8 week process. It was not my fought the processes at their dealership was not processed correctly nor that I was not communicated with accurately. I had to go around them and call the gap insurance provider directly to learn the truth regarding the situation and never got the truth from the dealership until after I drove 1-1/2 back to the dealership and told Brett to his face and Vicki Johnson of the information I was told by the insurance company and outright called them out on the lies they was still trying to tell me. Moral of all of this, if you choose to deal with this dealership, follow-up on what they tell you and believe me they will choose to lie over truth just to get you off the phone. Terrible experience and I will never recommend them again or purchase from them again.

I did a lot of research on the internet for the Ram 2500. I won't even bother to mention some of the other dealerships that offended me. As soon as I contacted Angela everything was so much better. She gave me all the information I was looking for. I drove an hour and a half north of where I reside on 9-18-15. I called Angela that morning to let her know I was coming up to look at the red 2500. My experience from when I exited my truck till I drove off the lot with my new 2500 was the best buying experience I had ever had. I am 54 years old and have bought a lot of vehicle in my short life. The employees at this establishment care about what they do especially Angela. She took care of me from start to finish and made sure anything I needed was handled. I was given a very fair price for my 2006 2500 trade in and had made the deal within 30 minutes due to the professional staff. I was also impressed when Angela called me the next day to see how my drive home was and how I liked the truck. She also advised me of my 4 oil changes and the first free one through their dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My son in law is shopping for a 1500 Ram. I give them 1 star because I have to give them something. It should be ZERO stars. The truck I bought needed a new transfer case. They replaced the output shaft seal before they put it up for sale, but forgot/didn't/failed to fill the transfer case back up with fluid. It was empty, as in no fluid. They wouldn't take responsibility for it after the sale. They didn't disclose prior to the sale any work they did on the truck before they put it up for sale. Hind sight 20/20, they were awful quite about the truck during the sale. North Carolina doesn't have any law to protect the customer from dishonest and lack of integrity dealerships. RUN RUN RUN AWAY from Kernersville Dodge. I took this matter to the BBB, but found out the BBB acts as a middle man with no recourse. The BBB just forwarded my complaint to the dealership. Of course they said they would not take any responsibility for it, it was sold as-is. One of Kernersville Dodge's responses back to the BBB even said I was hard to deal with and cussed at the salesman and other workers there. It is something else when a big business stoops that low as to lie in there endeavor to get the BBB not to put a bad review on there business.RUN AWAY!!! I will never go back to them. Lesson cost me $1500. Don't let it happen to you.

Leon is a person of integrity and character, and that helped sealed the deal. Nike Peters helped with rapping up the post sales items, and she would not stop until everything was done. A friendly establishment to visit if looking for a new or used vehicle. All vehicles are sold at a reasonable rate whether a trade in or an outright purchase. We initially found a used vehicle from the online inventory but ended up purchasing a new car instead. We called ahead and received a "heads up" on a possible trade value of our vehicle before making the trip to NC. (We are from WV). It was definitely worth the trip.

Twice I've bid on eBay for one of their trucks. Both times two interesting things have happened. One neither time has my "OFFER" under their "MAKE OFFER" section has shown on eBay like most other listing sellers. The offer is never shown so other buyers don't have a baseline to see whats being bid. Now realize both times I've bid only $1,000 less than their "BUY NOW PRICE" which indicates to me they have no intention of offering anything less than their "MAKE OFFER" amount. From having bought many new vehicles in my life I usually find this type of behavior indicative of dubious sales principles i.e.. bait n switch tactics. Why would they even bother to list "MAKE OFFER" if they KNOW beforehand they are only going to accept the "BUY NOW PRICE?" Well that one's easy, WHEN YOU BID THEY GET YOUR EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER! So I can only deduce they are using this misleading "MAKE OFFER" statements to gain access to try and sell us something else, I mean they never even counter to a "make offer" like most any sales organization would. No I'll not be bidding on their vehicles anymore as I don't' trust a outfit that "plays with its advertising" and is not "forthright" in its listings.

Sent an email to have someone contact me about special ordering a 2015 RAM 1500. As the owner of 3 previous RAM trucks (all 50k+ trucks), I thought I would try these people out seeing they are local. Because what I was wanting to order was very specific (not even sure if I could order it my way) I asked to be contacted by an actual person that does the ordering, and not to waste my time with a salesman that could not answer my questions, as my time is very important to me. I was contact by a Danen Hinson. I reiterated that I needed to speak with someone that knew the ordering procedure inside and out. She sent me to a person named Mary. I proceeded to tell Mary what I wanted. She kept fumbling around blaming it on computers not working correctly and she would call me back. SHE NEVER DID. Then after Danen emailed me asking if I had any questions about the ordering process. I told her no, that I never even heard back from Mary. She she continued on ranting about me accusing her of being just an order taker and not very knowledgeable and that if I had let her handle it in the first place, then I would have my answers. Her attitude was VERY unprofessional and she was down right rude. After all, she was the one that sent me to Mary in the first place.Save yourself some time, SHOP ELSEWHERE. I know I am. If all the employes are like Danen Hinson, then you are better off anyways.

My 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been running rough for quite a while. We had taken it the shop several times but no one could figure out the problem. The " check engine" light came on and we ended up at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They only had my jeep for about 5 hrs and we left with it running as smooth as the day I bought it. Just been a couple of hours but we are really pleased.

We have visited Kernersville Dodge many times and purchased from them before. We come back here every time we are in search for a vehicle. Not because of price, not because of inventory, but only because of relationship. Our salesperson is Leon Hughes, and he makes the difference. He is the only one locally in this field that we trust. He's not there to just to make a sale. He helps us find what will make us happy. He doesn't try to over sale or under sale us. It's evident that we are not the only ones that feel that way when even our children recognize how much people love and appreciate him as they stop and speak to him or shake his hand as they come thru. My youngest even says that when he gets to buy a car, it will be from Leon. Truly, Leon is what makes car shopping enjoyable.

This dealership advertises cars online for a cheaper than typical price, then when you get to the dealership they claim it just sold at auction that very morning. I spoke with the salesman 7pm the night before I made the trip over where he assured me it was there and he would have it ready for me for our appointment. I arrived to be told by a different salesman that Paul (the salesman I spoke with the night before) wanted me to let you know he was sorry but the car sold at auction this morning. Why would they sell a car at auction that had an appointment with a retail customer in just a couple of hours? Of course they had another car just like it for $3,000.00 more that they would be happy to show me! Do not make the drive for a "good" deal there it is a scam.

Found a ram there online, price was better than anywhere else, so I drove the hour and a half out one Saturday to check it out. place was small and busy, talked to Leon, had to wait for them put a battery in it the truck i wanted, nothing too unusual, just took hours before i could even drive the truck, made a deal, and was satisfied with the price even though it wasn't the same as online. Before i left he said they kept the extra key and owners manual locked up and would have to send it to me Monday, i thought that was odd but, OK. That week I called to follow up on the keys and manual, and Leon assured me they were mailed out, a week later, after no keys, they told me they must have gotten lost in the mail, and another week later I was told by a manager they were lost at the dealer, long story short after a lot of ignored phone calls to Leon and the sales managers and being lied to and jerked around for a month, they finally paid to have a set made at a local dealership. They never did return my final phone calls to sales and the GM. The only person who was of any help in getting me my keys was Lenny in the service dept.

Leon Hughes is a great person to work with and I love my new car. I found it on line and went in to the dealership to purchase. When we sat down to do the paperwork and he explained that the $599 dock fee was add to the online price when you got to the dealership I was floored. We were able to work it all out in the end and I know that this is a dealership issue, not a Leon issue. I cannot wrap my brain around why in the world they would do business like this, it was very close to being a deal breaker for us. But again, we loved Leon and the overall experience was great. I would shop their again.

Mac Mccoullough had a great and friendly personality they both make a good impression towards the company. I purchased a Suzuki hatchback and they took $200 off so I could fix the small crack in the windshield if I want to. This was my first new vehicle purchase and Pastor Leon Hughes made it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I had been looking at a 2014 Ram 3500 Cummins for over a month on their website and finally went to look at it after I noticed they had dropped the price $1,000. They have the best prices on the east coast period. My dad and I were pleasantly surprised that we were not pressured or followed around the dealership. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I live 3 hours away and she kept me up to date through emails and phone calls. She even put together a buyers agreement before I came. This allowed me to see all the fees associated with my purchase. I only spoke by phone with this dealership.(I live 500 miles away in Pennsylvania) . She was very friendly, and got back to me as promised. I wanted to trade in my truck and they offered me $300 below the lowest K BB value on my vehicle. The truck I wanted to buy they wanted almost $4000 above the highest K BB value and I asked them if they could do better because they were pricing my truck using the K BB and I asked if they could do the same for their vehicle and she said "we don't do that"kinda with a sympathetic acknowledgement . I told her I will pay cash and asked if she could give a better asking price.She offered to knock off $290 +-from their asking price. I can't do business with a dealership like that I work hard for my money!

I originally went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle i had been researching on the internet for over 2 weeks. After going there and driving the vehicle i decided to buy it, then the management came back to tell me the vehicle was not priced properly by the internet department. Really? The entire sales department looked at this truck for 2 weeks and nobody fixed it? The vehicle i originally selected was now way out of my price range so i had to select another, i ended up picking a truck that did not have 4 wheel drive to fit my budget. This entire process and waiting for finance took over 3 hours. I am a disabled veteran and this lengthy process and unneeded stress really took a toll on me. The sales area is a mess, it's very obvious that this dealership is about numbers not people. Very crowded, no space to actually relax while you wait. The only positive i have for this transaction was the young salesman i had, Frankie Peralta was great. He was friendly, patient and willing to do the work to help me through what i perceived as an absolute sham and bait and switch with the original vehicle i was looking at. I would not recommend this dealership, next time i will pay more money for a dealership that treats it's customers as people not numbers.

This is by far THE worst dealership in the Piedmont. I purchase a used vehicle in cash from this place around 12pm on 01/25/2015, and 8 hours later the car was leaking a lot of oil and smoking in my brand new drive way. The next day which was Sunday, we took the car back to the service station with a list of things that were wrong with the car. Keep in mind before I purchases the call I asked FOUR TIMES if there was anything wrong with this car. Ronnie inform me that the car had went through an 169 point inspection and everything was good. On Monday. I called to confirm that my information had been received. They said it was and they were going to look at it. On Tuesday, they said that tried to patch it up and they still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and had been on the phone with the original dealership of the car. Today is Wednesday, we have followed up and they still can't figure out the problem. These professional scam artist will lie to get your money, the customer service reps are very rude like Lori who answers and doesn't know how to properly relay messages or do her job as an assistant. The service don't know what they're doing. The manager are VERY RUDE especially Mike Moore. If I could rate them a 0. I would BEWARE DO NOT BY A NEW OR USED CAR FROM HERE GO TO CARMAX/ FLOW OR CROWN!

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! There are many unethical practices being done at this dealership. After purchase, I was tossed keys and salesman disappeared without doing walk around. Extra things I paid for like clear coat was NOT completed at time of purchase. Extended warranty was paid for only to get letter from Chrysler stating is was not bought. Warranty is not honored by other dealerships. Dealer didn't disclose correct mileage of vehicle or that it was used as DEMO vehicle. Damage while in dealers possession was not disclosed and was in fact hidden from me at time of purchase. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this dealerships customer service and everything else I have dealt with concerning this dealership. Dealership will do nothing to remedy any of the issues and is only attempting to defend their BBB rating after they were warned it was being effected. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES being committed by the dealership and employees. I would recommend doing business at any dealership other than this one.

For the past year I have seen Kernersville Chrysler Dodge show up on used car searches and their pricing seemed aggressive. But the dealership was 2 hours from home. I was looking for a sedan for my wife but came across a pickup truck I couldn't say no to. I called them up and reserved the truck so I could make the two hour drive. I am glad I did. Leon was my salesperson and I will most certainly recommend that my Roanoke, VA friends consider driving down to NC and buying cars from Leon at Kernersville! The whole group was very easy to work with.

My husband and I went to Kernersville Dodge to look at the new Dodge Challengers and Chargers, after researching online and finding that this dealership had the best variety of inventory in a wide area. We were approached by Charlie Johnston, who had a very friendly, non-pressure approach that we appreciated. We were not intending on purchasing on that first visit, but Charlie was great at showing us everything we wanted to compare, and answering all of our questions. We drove off the lot with a 2015 Dodge Challenger that night and love the vehicle. We also feel very comfortable with the dealership and future service work, just from the interactions we had that day with the staff members.

Apparently they do not inspect any of their used vehicles for any mechanical issues before putting out on the lot! I have purchased a Ford F 150 truck with what started out with false features of the vehicle and 3 weeks later the truck would not start. Please be advised. This is your warning sign. Like most other greedy businesses out there, this dealership does not and will not have your best interest at heart!

This dealership is the busiest I have ever seen-we had to ask for a salesman. No one approached us which was nice. We had a chance to look around without a sales 'vulture' harassing us. Great selection of both new and used vehicles. We had a difficult time finding an older used vehicle that would serve our needs (4x4, diesel, leather, dually, F-350 or larger) and we found it here! I'll be visiting again for our next purchase.

I arrived with a few SUVs in mind from an Internet search, liked the 2012 Dodge Journey and asked for a salesman to get some details and test ride. Leon Hughes answered all my questions, pointed out a dozen things I didn't know about the vehicle, and made sure I looked at the Carfax which showed the car had "major repairs". We went back to the vehicle and I decided this was still a good deal for me. Leon helped me work through the deal (trading in two 1997 cars and getting a towing package installed on the new vehicle). An excellent gentleman, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, a good experience, and I ended up with a better vehicle than I had originally anticipated for less than I expected to spend. By the way, the car was re-washed and given a half-tankful more gas than when I took the test ride just an hour or so earlier (initial test drive started with more than a quarter tank of gas).

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE started soon after we wired them over 40K cash for a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram 3500. First, they requested that I meet them at the office on a Saturday for delivery, since it fit their schedule better. I accommodated, and went in special to meet them. Never showed...late Saturday afternoon called and said they'd be there at 9-10PM that night. I was reluctant to take delivery so late, and they said it worked OK for them, so we agreed to delay until Monday at 1PM. Again, never showed, no phone call. Around 4PM I called in, at which point they informed me that delivery would be 9-10PM Monday evening. I agreed to accommodate, and went back to the office late at night to meet the driver. He didn't arrive until 10:40PM, and it was close to midnight till we got finished. I considered this very poor, but things happen, so will roll with it. BUT THEN IT GETS SERIOUSLY WORSE. At nearly midnight, the driver sticks paper after paper under my nose to sign, most of them forms that were blank. I questioned their practices, but it's almost midnight and both I and the driver want to go home. The final straw was an irrevocable, non-expiring power of attorney granting whoever they filled in the blank authority to do whatever they want in my name regarding the title. The blank POA gave them authority to transfer my paid in full truck back to themselves or someone else at any time, whenever, without my authorization. I refused to sign it. The driver left the truck and went home, leaving me no title or paperwork other than what I had insisted on copying, despite the fact we paid in full with wire transfer before they shipped the truck. Unfortunately, their main documents, including the POA were all printed on a single poster sized piece of carbon copy paper that measured something like 3ft x 4ft from what I recall. Weirdest thing I've ever seen, but the poster size made it impossible to copy, and because they were all blank, he couldn't give me the carbon copy. Looking back, it seems like some kind of a trick. The driver said they'd send the title, which turned out to be a lie. Instead, they insisted on titling it for me, and absolutely refused to send the MCO title so I could get it titled in PA. I wanted the MCO title so I could make sure we get the combination weight ratings correct, which are tricky to do in PA, and many notaries mess them up. Kernersville Chrysler tried to title it for me, but their paperwork was rejected. Then they insisted that I sign their unlimited, irrevocable, never expiring blank power of attorney authorizing them to do whatever, however, relating to the title transfer of this truck for however long. I reluctantly agreed to do so, but requested that the form be filled out completely, so I know who I'm authorizing to transfer title on my behalf. They said they can't and Nikki explained that the DMV person who receives the power of attorney fills in their personal name when they get it, and whoever happens to open mail at the DMV is the person who needs to put their name in there as my Power of Attorney. That sounded really fishy to me, so I'm not buying the story, and not signing my name to a blank POA. Nikki claims she does hundreds of these and everybody just signs them...she's never had a problem. Unbelievable if it's true. Don't know what we're going to do yet, but thought I warn everyone. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I wired cash in full for a truck for my business, took delivery around midnight on 9/29/2014, and have yet to get a title as of 10/22/2014, and may have to file a suit in order to get it. I'd like to know what they're hiding, why they deliver vehicles late at night and then shove blank papers in front of a customer. Nikki from their office says they do this all the time. At best, it's really bad business practices. At worst, it's illegal. Michael, their sales manager, curtly called me a few minute ago to inform me that they're shipping the MCO to some notary in a city 30 minutes away and I'll have to drive down there to pick it up from them, and they'll have to title it. I asked him to please ship it to the normal notary we work with right around the corner from our office, and and flatly and VERY RUDELY refused. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD GIVE THEM THAT. DON'T BUY FROM KERNERSVILLE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOUR EXPERIENCE TURNS OUT ANYTHING LIKE MINE! If you do choose to do business with them, at least DO NOT pay them in full until you have a good title in hand. They're NOT TRUSTWORTHY one bit in my opinion. They'd promised to send me a restaurant gift card for the late delivery, and that never showed up either, despite my reminding them. The gift card's not a big deal, but shows their lack of integrity.

From the time I drove on the lot, I was met with courteous, professional service. I came to this dealership after visiting several others; first looking for the best deal possible, and to get the most money possible for my trade in. This dealership met and exceeded my expectations. I got the truck I wanted, and they gave me the best offer for my Mercedes that I traded in on the new truck. Also, I came to the dealership with limited time to do business because I had a drivers meeting I had to attend in Greensboro that afternoon that was mandatory. I drive a tractor and trailer for a living and time is a premium in my profession, but this dealership took that into consideration; allowing me to take the truck to my meeting so I could test drive the vehicle and determine if this truck would meet my needs and perform to my expectations. Of course it met and exceeded my expectations and so did the salesman, Mr. Leon Hughes. Before the meeting, all my information was taken down and by the time I returned, the loan was approved and all I had to do was say yes to the terms and sign on the dotted line. I drove my new truck home that night with delight. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They have an incredible inventory to choose from, and Mr. Hughes went out of his way to get me the best price for my trade in, and put me in the truck I wanted. Mr. Hughes is a top notch salesman. He was knowledgable about the truck he was selling me, and we had a great conversation about football during the sale. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone and everyone. They will do what it takes to get you in the vehicle you are looking for.

Bought a used car at Kernersville Dodge. The salesman Leon was continuously on his cell phone the day we were buying our car and was working with several other customers at the same time he was helping us. On the way home after our purchase warning lights came on. Took the vehicle back the next day. Was told car was gone over with a fine tooth comb. Haven't made the first payment and already the starter , alternator, control arm bushing, power steering pump have all had to be replaced. The service person Lenny did not return calls,the used car manager did not return calls, Leon said he would call me back in thirty minutes everytime i called him. I think he needs a new watch. Will never go back to this dealership again and would not reccommend to anyone. I hope the owner sees how his customers are being treated and by the way don't bother to ask for him,we were told he is rarely ever there.

I saw a used low mileage Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with lift kit and some upgrades listed online that I was interested in. It took the better part of a day to get the asking price ($39,880) from the dealer since the online price was not listed and took until the next day and two receptionists later to get the height of it since I was concerned about it fitting in my garage. The afternoon of the second day I saw the online price of $35,485 finally listed (better price!), scheduled a test drive, and drove 1.5 hours to the dealer. A very nice salesman met me and checked the online price, let me test drive it, and also test drive a new stock version of the Jeep. I did a second test drive and he later started the sales document and valuation of my trade. When he asked a CSM about the warranty (due to the aftermarket upgrade) after some time the CSM finally came over with "bad news" as he put it. He said the $35,485 did not include an extra $6,000 for the lift conversion that the salesman did not realize the dealer had even done in house. The CSM blamed it on someone for entering the price incorrectly. I told them I was not interested in paying over $41,000 since I really wasn't necessarily determined to get a lifted one anyway. The salesman did some more checking to verify with others at the dealership and I could tell he was unhappy losing a sale over a falsely advertised price. He apologized and said he didn't ever want to waste anyones time, which I appreciated him saying. Between his 5 stars for customer service and the dealerships one star it averages out to 2.5 for my experience. Now that I'm back home in the evening I see it listed online for $39,285, yet a fourth price. So for those of you counting, that's one car, two days, three hours of driving, and four prices.

I bought a used 2009 dodge ram for $28k. And started having problems immediately. I'm stuck in Tx with a $9000. Repair bill less than a month after my purchase and they are not willing to help me at all. Even after this repair the truck will still need $2000 worth of work to make it right. there is no way the transmission, rear end, turbo, air conditioning, and wheel sensor all decided to fail at the same time. I believe they sold me the truck knowing it had issues.

We live approximately 40 miles away and I had such a wonderful experience the first time that it was a no brainer to go back there. We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Leon and he is amazing! What a car buying experience should be and just all around pleasant experience. WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! Highly recommend. I wish the process would have been a little quicker but when a place is moving so much volume it can take awhile to get everything complete so its understandable.

I am from Asheboro, NC which is just over an hour drive and will gladly make the drive again on my next purchase. After talking with Erica for 3 days I was able to come and view the cars of my husband choice. She knew we were coming from Garner, NC so she said she would go ahead and pull the cars for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Leon who explained to us how the process went. He was very polite and a gentleman. He broke everything down to us and we wasn't rushed into buying something we didn't ask for. He sat and talked with me while I was waiting to see the finance manager and stayed there until I was finished. Kernersville Chrysler Jeep Dodge is the BEST! I went there to simply look at my first car and ended up leaving with keys. They are more than friendly and the atmosphere is so inviting. Upon entering I had three people ask me had I been helped, in a matter of seconds (I loved it). My salesman Kevin was beyond helpful and very patient. The finance manager was so humorous and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me "in plain English", which was great considering it was my first major purchase. Another manager even came out and spoke to me personally (and let me charge my phone). I was more than in love with the overall experience. They never pressured me and they made the experience totally worth it. I left there with my 2014 Dodge Charger at a great price. I am so glad I made the trip there and I have already referred a few people. If anyone is looking for a place to get a great car at a great price this is the best place to go. Upon arriving at the Dealership I was greeted by Kevin Fierle with a handshake and smile. He inquired if he could help and I advised that I was there to check on a specific vehicle that I had seen on the internet. He immediately made arrangements for the vehicle to be brought from the over-flow lot and within less than 5 minutes the vehicle was sitting at the front of the dealership. We took the vehicle for a test drive and upon returning to the dealership I asked for the best price available for the vehicle. He obtained that information which was a rock bottom price compared to inquiries I had made at other dealerships. He worked to find additional discounts and was able to find two that further reduced the price of the vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to questions. He readily provided the answers to all of my inquiries. He did not hurry or make me feel that I might be taking up his time even if I did not make a purchase. He offered refreshments and when the deal was closed both he and I were pleased with my visit to Kernersville Chrysler,Dodge Jeep. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Kevin Fierle as an excellent salesman that will work to find the vehicle and deal that will work for you.

First I was searching the internet for a small 4 door 4x4 pickup truck. I located 4 or 5 vehicles from 3 or 4 different dealerships. I received a call from a Dana from Kernersville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and she was very helpful and not pushy. she gathered the information I needed. Dana also gave me great direction on when I arrived at the dealership. I got in contact with Mr. Leon Hughes and informed him what I already did and what I was looking for. Mr. Hughes was very professional, friendly, helpful and respectful. We looked over and test drove the truck. There was a problem with the passenger seat and he was already telling me about the problem before we went and looked at the vehicle. The atmosphere in the dealership was very friendly (busy but friendly), even to my little trouble maker (just kidding), 4 year old daughter who was all over the place. I bought the vehicle and scheduled the next Saturday for the seat to be repaired and the vehicle detailed (approx. 4 or 5 days later). We discovered the belt was making sounds, the brakes were making sounds, the passenger headlight seal was broke, the heating AC fan #3 was not working. On Saturday we informed the service department and Mr. Hughes. They checked everything out and I had to bring the vehicle back because we couldn't leave it because we had no ride. I brought it back to be repaired and discussed. I informed Mr. Hughes and he got on the trouble. The dealership repaired everything but the fan switch, but they gave us information to help with that. I would recommend to anyone I know, and I have, my mother-in-law, bought a vehicle the day I brought in my vehicle to be repaired. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Kernersville Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep has treated my family and I very good. I can not even put in words how well Kernersville Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep treated my family and I, especially Mr. Hughes. Thank you for everything.

Although my husband and I went in looking at a used Ford, we ended up leaving in a new Ram and we could not be happier! This was the fifth vehicle that we have purchased together during our marriage, and the most comfortable experience so far! For me personally, buying a new vehicle, or doing anything that involves your credit history, can often be very intimidating. Even with good credit, you feel like every financial decision you've ever made is being looked at under a microscope. We never felt like that with Charlie or anyone at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge. They pulled our credit, knew what we could afford and moved ahead with our options. Our whole day there with these people was fun; how it should be when buying a new car! Who says it has to be a stressful day!? We never felt pressured into feeling like we had to buy. Charlie said he was there to help us and that is exactly what he did. Even when my husband was a little indecisive at first as far as the options he wanted, Charlie was right there, patient as ever, helping us through the decisions. We have never dealt with a car salesman that we genuinely felt as though we could trust, but we whole-heartedly believe Charlie had our best interest in mind, not just making the sale. My husband and I had been looking for an SUV for quite some time. We finally found one we liked at this dealership. I contacted Nadia who was very friendly. I told her that we were 2.5 hours away and that I needed to know for sure if we could get the vehicle before making the drive. She told me what to do online and within no time she was calling with an approval. When we got to the dealership it was really busy but after a short wait we were approached by Mr. Leon Hughes. Although he was with another customer he was able to help both of us seamlessly. I even saw the customer hugging his neck because she was so happy about her new car. After several failed visits to many dealerships we payed a visit to this one. It was SO busy and if we would've known ahead of time, i would've recommended to make an appt! But after waiting a bit Leon Hughes introduced himself to us and began working quickly to get us where we needed to be. He helped us find the 4runner we came to look at and took it for a test drive. I came to trade my 2500 for a 3500 I saw on their site. Leon was my recommended dealer. Even though he was helpful, he continuously said several rude/unprofessional comments to my significant other that had no business being said. When I got there the truck was rusted FAR more than what was shown. Which they agreed to fix... for $1000, after I walked in the rain for several hours trying to find a different truck I liked.They told me to bring it in the following week for a 2-3 day fix. I had to drive it 1.5 hours home without a shift knob (it's a manual) because they did not have one to give me, but will give me one when I come back. As well as get a rental car.I got home with it, and saw it was leaking oil..When I was taking it back to the Dodge place to get fixed, the belt broke. I had to call 911 to send a mechanic to fix it Which ended up in a $200 bill. The oil leak and the belt should have been seen in the 100 point inspection or whatever they do before they sell it. After I got there they told me they would check out the leak, reimburse me for the mechanic bill, and fix the rust. As I was getting the rental car, they told me I had to put down $50 from my debit card. I did not have $50 on the card, so they took me to get $50 on a money order since they couldn't take cash. The Dodge place did NOT inform me that I had to pay anything when I got the rental car. I was very fortunate I had extra cash with me.So far this 2-3 day fix has been 3 weeks and I still do not have my truck and have this rental car. My truck would have been nice to have instead of driving a rental car in the ice and snow. I've called Leon several, several times over the past 3 weeks, I often got "I'm with a customer, I will call you back." with no returned call. However, he talked on the phone several times when he was with me???They also told me that there is nothing they can do about the oil leak. I only had it one day and it was leaking oil! They also had to send my paper work back to me to refill because they charged me twice for the GAP insurance. They called earlier saying that they forgot to tell me to sign something else that they have to send it to me AGAIN. Overall, I an not happy with my service and I can't wait to get my truck back, IF I ever get it back...

Contacted this dealership on the internet one evening while looking for a truck. it was after hours and i sent them a e mail. the next morning i got a call around 9:15 from a very nice lady named Katy, we talked about the truck, she took some info she called me back later the same day and said she had me financed and ready to go.i had one question, what if i do not like the truck when i get there.I am 300 miles away,she said a salesman by the name of Leon Hughes would call me in a few minutes and do a walk around the truck while we were on the phone and answer any questions i have. he called and was the most polite and nicest salesman i had ever bought a car or truck from. he answered all my questions. This is the absolute worst place to buy a car. I bought a car thought it had a full tank of gas. Drove the car home and it didn't make it ran out of gas. The gas gauge was broke. Had to cross the highway to get gas in the car. Next day drove car check engine light came on for various different codes. Went in to the dealership told them there is something wrong with this car. Manager said let us take the car look at it see whats up with it. I asked if he would take care back said he would see after mechanic looked at it. Gave me a loaner car. I had to call them 2 days later to see what was up with the car. They didn't even know what I was talking about service had to take my name and number. Service called back said we fixed gas gauge and check engine lights are off. Talked to the manager again he said we fixed gas gauge. Nothing else we can do. My wife picked up the car for me. When she got there they had no clue what car to give her. Got car check engine light was off and they left me no gas in the tank. Got car and the other day driving it down the street it just dies. Engine electric everything shuts down. Almost got into a wreck. Left an email about the incident. Receptionist from the dealership called said she would have a manager call me. Been 2 days nothing. I traded my truck in for this POS car. The deal was straight no money changed hands. They sell everything as is. Instead of them doing something to make this good they choose to be unethical. I traded in a truck of good quality and they sell junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! If they value a good reputation in the market place they would have done something to try and make this right. This isn't some small joe blow dealership.

This buying experience was terrible for me. I purchased a 2009 BMW and Don in finance talked me into purchasing an extended warranty. He did not tell me the cost of the warranty and due to my inexperience in buying cars, I didn't ask. He just showed me the difference it would make in payments. After purchasing the car, I realized that the warranty costed me 2,300! He said it was for 24 months or 75,000 miles. I assumed (incorrectly) that it was 75,000 miles from the date of purchase as most would. I immediately had trouble out of the radio so I called and talked to Don and he told me that the warranty was only good until the car had 75,000 total miles on it. It already had almost 50,000 miles on it so basically, I paid 2,300 for a warranty for 25,000 miles which I would never have done if I had known that it only covered the car until the odometer reached 75,000 miles. Also, he sold me what was called the "preferred" warranty. I contacted the warranty company because my radio was not working properly and they told me that the radio was not covered under this warranty. Don made it sound like that most everything was covered by this warranty when he sold it to me. I found out from the warranty company that I could have purchased a "comprehensive" warranty which would have covered the radio. Don never even offered me this warranty. I am very displeased with my experience at Kernersville Dodge and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am planning on contacting them next week to ask for a refund for the warranty but I'm sure that they will not give it to me. Once the paperwork is signed, it's pretty much a done deal. My advice is to stay away from this place. One more thing, I told them that I would only purchase the car if they put new tires on it because the ones that were on it were almost bald. They put new tires on it but added the cost into the purchase price of the car. There is no way the tires on it would have passed Virginia inspection which is the state that I live in. I'm almost positive that they put the wrong size tires on the car because the speedometer is off by about 10 mph. I'm taking it to the BMW dealership next week and I'm going to find out for sure. If they put the wrong size tires on it, I am going to ask them to replace the tires with the factory recommended size tires as they should have done to start with. I find it hard to believe that a four year old car is already having problems with the speedometer (which I'm sure is not covered by the warranty either) so I'm fairly sure that they put the wrong size tires on it.

Came to look at a car we saw online. Arrived at the dealership, parked in customer parking, and while we were exiting our car, our sales person was already greeting us. We started talking about what car we were interested in, we came inside the dealership and sat down at the desk. Our salesperson went to get the vehicle while we waited. We were sitting their for about 20-25 minutes and almost left because it was taking so long. Turns out the car was in the detailing line and was in the car wash. After Thomas explained, we were ok with it. We were allowed to test drive the car, without the salesperson, which I prefer when taking a test drive. We took the car out and drove it, and we liked the car and decided on the purchase. We already had financing in place, which really cut down on paperwork and time. After we agreed to everything we were told they were going to put gas in it ( 3/4 tank, not a fill up ) and detail and we would have a wait. We waited about an hour before we saw the finance guy, which was way too long of a wait, but it was a Saturday and they were busy. In and out in 20 mins of the finance office, then we had to wait about another 20 mins to take delivery. Car could have been detailed better, didn't look like the inside had even been touched. Thomas was a very friendly and great salesperson. This dealership needs more employees and desks and shorter wait times. Other than the wait times, our overall experience was very good.

The part is he and his co workers had us in and out we weren't there for hours. Our overall experience was very good, but We feel it could have been even better as far as customer service goes. Our Salesman- Leon Hughes was wonderful! very friendly and helpful. He took the time to talk football with our 12yr son while we waited to get in the finance office to sign our papers. -it took almost two hours waiting on the finance manager to see us.-The vehicle wasn't cleaned/detailed when we arrived on the lot.-when we went to test drive it, Leon had to go fill it up with gas because it was literally empty.I hate to be this picky, but since the deal was already consumated-with the agreed upon price, Melinda Patino knew the exact day and time we were arriving from TN (3 hr ride), and a check in hand--we thought the customer service should have been a little better and faster. I understand it's a big dealership and they are very busy, but that's no excuse. I do want to thank Leon for being such a big help in going over the Jeep's top with us and showing us how it worked. Worst experience ever, lies deceit and underhandedness. Not what I had expected. After making a deal on a used truck that was listed for sale on the website it took a week for them to get the vehicle ready for delivery. They had gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime but wanted my trade in immediately. Got the 10 day payoff on my trade but never sent the check.....by regular mail to my bank until the 10th day. Needless to say the payment never arrived and assuming all was ok went on business as usual. Well as auto account had not been taken care of my account was debited on the regular date for my previous loan...which should have been paid off 2 weeks prior to this, it has caused a banking nightmare because of their tardiness. Had to plead with dealership to cancel that check and overnight a new one, which they were reluctant to do but finally agreed to this has taken close to a month for them to do. in the process my credit rating had taken a hit because THEY were late paying off a vehicle they had in their possession almost a month. The allowance for my trade was greater than what was owed so I expected money back from it of course they charged me for it and I lost that difference that the account accrued in interest for the near month it took to pay off my trade. In total I have lost close to 500 dollars from this as well as a negative mark on a near perfect credit rating. Was actually told that they couldn't and wouldn't pay off my trade until they received the funding for my purchased vehicle from the financing source...really? Oh and lets not forget that I still have received the registration for the vehicle I bought because the local DMV was "backed up" just a really poor experience from square one, should have waked out when we had the chance but thought Mr Mitchell looked so friendly and convincing on tv that it couldn't get worse....well it did. Considering filing a complaint with BBB and writing to local newspapers warning good people about this sham of a business.

I came to purchase a used vehicle I found on the internet. After hanging out in the used car lot looking for about 20 minutes in very hot weather, I went inside and saw a man standing inside. I asked if he was a sales person and he said yes. I told him I wanted to test drive a White H3 on the lot. He said he would get the keys. I went back outside, my husband was outside near the front of the lot looking at something else. The man came out and told my husband he would need my license. He got in the car and took it to the front of the building. My husband looked the vehicle over while the man stood there and didn't say anything. I asked him what kind of inspection was done to used cars and he told me it was a comprehensive 199 point inspection. I introduced myself to the man who then told me his name was Trip and gave me a card. We took the car for a drive. When we came back, the man was outside and asked if we liked it and we said we did. He said do you want to work some numbers and we said yes. Keep in mind he still has not even really acknowledged my husband who was driving a 2013 Dodge 3500 Laramie. We sat down at a desk beside the door on the side....not very private to say the least. Trip pulled up the car on the Internet and began reading what it had on it. I told him I had already read about it on the Internet. He asked me if I saw the carfax and I said yes, but he read over it again as if I hadn't. He said well, what do you think? I said I think it needs new tires. He then explained that if it passed state inspection no tires were replaced. He said I have seen them roll tires into the deal at cost. My husband said offer him 14,000. Trip said, we don't negotiate. My husband said, lets go and we left. All in all, I have met friendlier people to deal with at the IRS office.I then went to another New Car Dealer who had a similar vehicle except one year newer, 20k less miles and a V8 instead if 5 cylinders. I offered them private party value and they took it, although it was $4k less than they were asking. It was also a one owner. They also included a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty, a one-year power train warranty, filled the tank with gas, gave me the 3month free subscription to onstar and xm radio like they do with new cars, 3 free oil changes and showed me around the dealership. I spent $5k more than for your vehicle, but I can honestly say I experienced the best and the worst sales experience on the same day. If this dealer doese not negotiate and/or you are catering only to out of town web purchasers, then you should put that in your advertising, and change the title of the personnel to "order takers" so people will know what to expect.

It was like I was reconnecting with an old friend, he was very friendly and courteous. I had to have someone follow me home as I hadn't traded my car in and there was a new guy who had just started that day that was very nice and helpful in getting my truck back to my house, his name was Steve. I had an excellent experience with Nadia, Leon, and the Kernersville team. I was in the market for a Tahoe and found almost the exact one I was looking for at Kernersville CDJ. Nadia was my first point of contact after sending an internet inquiry, and she was very helpful in getting the process started. When I arrived at the dealership, I approached Leon, who was more the happy to help. The whole process was seamless. Leon listened to what I wanted to do in terms of down payment, trade in, etc, and made it work to my specifications. I've purchased many vehicles in my life, and I can easily say this was by far the best experience I've ever had. It was fast, not a lot of waiting around, not a lot of back and forth. I told Leon what I wanted and he made it happen. When it came time to sit down with the finance manager, he already had all my financing and paperwork lined up and ready to sign. Usually this part of the process takes forever and I was only in his office for about 10 minutes. I would fully recommend seeing these guys for your next purchase. Professionals all the way around.

To my suprise, I was able to purchase a new vehicle for virtually the same price as the pre-owned vehicle I was considering. I have left several voicemails for Leon in regards to a question and have not gotten any followup. No one has contacted us since we purchased the vehicle in anyway. Leon seems to have too many things going on at once. The evening we purchased our vehicle, I know we sat around and waited for a long time because he was dealing with at least 2 other customers. We were given incorrect information on some of the features of the vehicle. I love the van, but am not crazy about the dealership.

At first I was disappointed because when I walked in the door, no one acknowledge my presence. Then Mr. Hughes walk through the showroom asked if I was being help and I replied no and he offered to help me and he did. Mr. Hughes was very informative and helpful in my selection. I was able to leave the dealership that night with a car of my choice and I felt good about my experience with the salesman and the dealership. I would refer people to your dealership and to Mr. Hughes.

Had an excellent experience with Leon and the sales dept. The experience was not as good with the Finance dept. Monthly payment was higher than sales and I had agreed on. Finance manager seemed very busy and at first brushed it off and kept pushing papers to sign until I persisted to get the payment that sales and I had agreed on.

I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 at Kernersville. The buying experience was nice as was each person I delt with. The one thing I want to point out to any future buyer is a small hidden fee. I am from Kentucky and wanted to pay my taxes myselft locally but the dealership would not let me do this. I felt they were figuring my taxes wrong but ended up buying the truck and paying them my taxes and they would forward that to the Commonwelth of Kentucky. When I go to get my tags the taxes due were less than what I had paid Kernersville so I called and they said they would send out a check for the difference. A month later I recieve the check for less than the correct amount. When I called back I was told the thrid party company they use to take care of their taxes charges $116. It's not a huge deal but it's a hidden fee you will pay. I do not do business that way and don't think it's right for them to hide this fee. This fee is on top of the $499.50 administrative fee they charge. I would just suggest going over all fees while doing the paperwork. If you good with it I would recommend Kernersville, this small item just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I found my car online at work and drove over to the dealership the next morning. 2 hours later I was driving home with the car I wanted. This company had dedicated salesmen that care for the public. I had a great experience buying my truck here. I was a little timid driving the Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, but Brandon helped me feel more comfortable in the truck. He introduced me to his sales manager and service dept manager, which was very helpful (along with making an individual more comfortable about bringing their vehicle back to that dealership for service. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, I noticed that it was missing 2 lug nuts on the rear wheels. We took it back to the service department and while they were checking it out Brandon was kept me company and carried on a conversation while I was waiting. I was told that it would take about 2 hours to get new bolts installed (the old ones were stripped). I didn't have time to wait and asked if I could bring it back on Thursday. I was told no problem. Took my truck back on Thursday, didn't make an appointment time, and they had it all taken care of in under 2 hours, which tells me that even though I didn't have a set appointment time they took my truck back there immediately and started working on it. Overall, I thought that the customer service that I received from everyone involved was amazing and I will most definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone I know who is looking to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a 1999 Lexus LS400 from this dealership. I had to point out 3 things that needed to be taken care of prior to my buying the car. However, one very important thing that was overlooked during their inspection was that the passenger side view mirror was BROKEN - the mirror, which had been previously repaired, was positioned into place when I was test driving the car. Once I got on the interstate after purchasing the car, the entire mirror unit fell OUT of the housing. To me, this was a safety issue, and should have been detected when the car was inspected by the mechanics. The mirror being fully electronic (memory / heated) is going to cost me approximately $500.00 to get replaced. It just hangs there. The sales manager refused to assist me in getting this replaced.Granted, I got the car for somewhat below KBB value, but it was not perfect by any means. I *did* request a spare key, as it only has (1), and they gave me a credit for $150.00 to get a new key, which actually costs about $300 from Lexus.The staff was polite (of course, since they were selling an $8K used car), but had this been noticed prior to my purchasing the car, I would have insisted on its being replace/repaired. Unfortunately, the mirror was apparently pushed into place for temporary use.If you buy a used car from them, make SURE you check the car out fully, so that you don't get stuck having to spend even more money to get it in proper condition!

My daughter just got her license and I was looking for a safe, mid-sized car for her to drive. Leon was the gentleman that helped us once we decided to test drive the used Chrysler Sebring. He was very patient and had a great sense of humor. My daughter felt comfortable with him and asking any questions that she had. We test drove the car and came back the next day to make an offer. Leon spent the time with us to make sure we understood the process and made the entire experience very pleasant. I will come back to this dealership and ask specifically for Leon when it's time to purchase my next vehicle because of the wonderful experience that we had.

Great experience. Transaction handled mainly by email/internet. I had researched the internet for over 3 months and this was by far the best pricing I had seen for this Jeep Wrangler Sahara. From initial email to being greeted at the door when I picked up my Jeep it was a great experience. Will (sales) met us at the door and had everything ready to go.We looked over the Jeep and went over the different functions and it was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Larissa (internet) was very prompt in responding to all emails and questions. I drove 2 hours one way to get to Kernersville Dodge for the 2nd time because of the way they treat people. I was looking for a new Dodge 2500. I spent hours at one dealership because they kept me there by holding the keys to my truck and every time I asked for them back it was "Hold on, one minute, would you pay this to take it today". The moment I walked into Kernersville Dodge, I was greeted with smiles. And then we met Tripp. It was a friendly conversation which did eventually lead to my request to see a truck. We drove, I inspected and shook hands on a brand new 2500. No hassle, no mess. A full tank, complete detail and a free first oil change later, I was driving home with my truck. All in less than 4 hours. I received 2 phone calls within the next 72 hours checking on me and the truck. Drive to them. You wont be disappointed. We will return a third time. Prices are rock bottom and the people treat us buyers like people.

Overall, everyone at this dealership was friendly. Never had to wait to be acknowledged. Very busy atmosphere but felt important to everyone we dealt with. Our salesman, Leon, was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially for a used car that was a make he didn't primarily sell at the dealership. If he didn't know the answer, he found out. While waiting on us, he also had other customers come in to finish up their business. Never did we feel that he pushed us to the side after he was "done". We felt prioritized from beginning to end. We've been buying cars for over 20 years. This was by far the best experience we had. We have already promoted the dealership to a few friends and will continue to do so whenever we hear of anyone needing to purchase a new or used car. Thank you for the grand experience.

We began researching vehicles over a year ago before making our decision to purchase the Dodge Journey. Besides being the best vehicle for the money, it really looks sharp. Kernersville Dodge Jeep Chrysler isn't the nearest dealership for us but we chose not to deal with the locally owned dealership due to unsatisfactory service on new vehicles that we previously purchased from them. The professionalism, knowledge of product and courteous manner in which we were treated during this buying experience was second to none. We have purchased numerous vehicles thru the years, this is our first Dodge and this was the best buying experience that we have ever had.Charlie Johnston was very helpful to us during our decision making process. He was able to answer any question that we had and was a pleasure to work with. Erica was our initial contact for the internet portion of our fact finding and was immencly helpful. Our sales rep, Omar, was very service-oriented and worked hard to get us the information we needed to make a decision on purchasing our car. The process to purchase was very organized and painless. I'd prefer not to pay a $500 "Doc Fee" (or something a little less pricey) for the pleasure of doing business, but that would be our only complaint. The dealer and its employees took care of us at every step along the way.

I had researched online for a Nissan Murano and found one that I liked at Kernersville Dodge. On Friday February 15th I went to see the vehicle and see if a deal could be reached for my trade in. Leon Hughes approached us and gave us access and details to the vehicle. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Could not have expected anyone to have been nicer. I steped foot into a dealership that was swamped with people and it was raining and snowing and up steped leon with a smile and a hand shake you want for get one that you recieve from a member of your church or pastor and a polite hello sir and mam. We went to leons desk and he showed me figures that i didnt know what they mean and he explained them to me to where i was like hey i know what hes talking about now he made us fell like he cared and was there to show us the way and which way not to go .We told him our monthly payment we wanted and he figured explained and we worked together like a team and he done it there it was the payment we WANTED the truck we wanted and with a smile and the hand shake i was comfortable with leons work .The best thing i like was when we left saturday like most sells man they call and try to get you to make a decision right then but leon let us think about it and gave us his cell phone number and said folks when your comfortable with what we ahve talked about and wanna test drive the vechicle or talk numbers and trade call me ill be here .and so monday we called and headed down and talked to leon and after talking to him we came home with a new used truck.From my experiences from sales man when they talk to you and share things from there personal life you know there their for there job and care about the customer at hand. Kernesville Dodge had THE truck I was looking for. They treated me with nothing but respect. Cleaned and put gas in the truck without asking. Had a part fixed before I test drove the truck. I know where to look when the time comes around for another car or truck.

I would have liked to have received a CarFax for the used Ford Escape I purchased. I ended up paying more than what was advertised, ($11,500 vs $10,985) plus a $499.50 fee for "Administrative Services" which I was told about.

We were looking for a used truck. From other dealers we had been given the run around. We had a loan pre approved from our credit union. Mr. Pickard showed us where he could get us a loan for less interest and in a new truck. I thought he was kidding but he wasn't. He was so helpful! We live out of town and found the vehicle that we loved online at this dealership. My friend contacted the dealership to inquiry about the vehicle and spoke with Larissa Santos. She was very knowledgeable and provided good information as to the steps that needed to be taken to get financing. After arriving at the dealership, we worked with Mike Widener who was the best car salesmen that I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had a great personality. There was no pressure at all with him. Overall, this was a great car buying experience for the both us. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at this dealership.

My husband and I bought a truck in may 2012 and paid $19k for this truck. We put $2000. Down and bank financed the rest of it. They knew this truck was being bought for work purposes. We were never offered an extended warranty on the truck, not one time. If we had been offered the extended warranty, we would have gladly purchased the warranty. We found out the reason after 8 months was the bank capped us at a payment of $400. A month but it could have been offered with a little money down and we could have made monthly payments to cover the rest from the owner Blake, but that was never once offered. Three weeks after we bought the truck, it started acting up. It sounded like a Jake brake of a semi. Talked to our local mechanic as we were out of state on business. we called the dealer, talked Greg McLaughlin (spelling?). He was going to check into some things and call us back. He never called us back and I should have called them again when he didn't return my call. This was my first mistake. I should have taken the truck back right then. This happened two more times. At this point, I started losing oil out the blowby tube at a rate of 1 quart every 1000 miles. After we made 5 payments on our truck, and on November 19th, our engine blew in our Dodge. We were using/losing 1 quart of oil every 100 miles, tons of blowby, and oil leaking out all over the engine. We came back home, my wife got a job, I'm still trying to get back to work, we're 3 payments behind and they'll be taking the truck this Friday if we can't get the $1200. We owe them for our payments. We have contacted the dealership, even taken the truck up there to see about getting it fixed, and the owner Blake offered us 3 options in which he is now, not even answering my phone calls. this is the first time that we've ever spent this much money on a vehicle, and the only time. I will never spend this much on a truck again unless I have cash or can get a warranty. I also will not deal with a dealership again, not this one or any.This truck was well taken care of in the 6 months we were driving with it. We changed the oil per the Dodge dealership in MI every 6k to 8k miles (since it was highway miles), we added oils (diesel kleen, lucas oil etc) per Dodge dealership. The truck has now been down almost 3 months, and no one is willing to help us. Blake will not even answer my phone calls. Ford told us they would have never let this happen!!

This is our second time coming to Kernersville Dodge. We loved our first experience in which we also bought from Leon Hughes. He is an amazing salesman who is brutally honest and very informative. He was friendly as could be and very well business oriented. I will never buy a car from anyone as long as he is selling cars. I have referred a few people to him and the dealership. We had 2 amazing trips there and left excited both trips thanks to Leon and the staff!

Good experience, got the vehicle I've been looking for. Just took forever to get into financing as there were several buyers ahead of me so hunger and cold dampened my experience. Popcorn not an option for me. Charlie was a gem!

We went in to sell the dealership a vehicle we had bought from them 3 years ago. Charlie didn't pressure us to trade, but allowed us to look at their inventory on the computer. After we purchased a new Jeep, Charlie stayed with us until we did the paper work. Afterwards, he helped us move our personal items from the traded car into the new one. From past experiences with maintenance, I know we will get good service from them.

We live in CT and purchased our vehicle from Kernersville Dodge via the internet. We were a little skeptical about buying a vehicle on the internet but our experience was great and well worth it. Benita Hauser did an excellent job handling everything for us up to our arrival to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, everyone knew exactly who we were, why we were there and had already assigned a sales rep to work with us in person. Greg was great! We also traded a vehicle and our experience dealing with Jeff Sedlacek on the trade in value of our vehicle was also very satisfactory. Overall it is by far the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new car and have already recommended others to buy from this dealership.

I started work with cynthia in websales, she was able to find all of the information that i needed. The day i went to test drive/ buy i was told she didn't work there anymore but Larissa was able to help me just fine too. Leon was the lucky one to be standing by the door to greet me, since i had done all the research before going there, the plan was to buy if i liked it. The car was in ok shape it had to be detailed, there were quite a few water stains from leaving the sunroof open in the rain. Leon had it clean but 1 time was not enough so he offered to do it agaain when i come back to have the blinker repaired that was not working correctly. Leon was good to work with, he was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions. It sounds like there is no negotiating but i think i got a pretty good deal regardless.

Very bad customer service and they are rude! They are only out to make their money and dont care about their customers. You better watch out when you buy from them and read the contracts VERY carefully. I thought a car dealership wasnt allowed to sale cars without inspecting them and we were told they dont sale junk cars. That they dont even put them on their lot. We got our vehicle and it was missing a part as well. They KNEW that it didnt have it. They are all a lie. They got us in there and acted all nice til we signed the papers and then told to get out of their store. I just cant even believe they treat their customers this way. Im usually not one to complain but I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Took vehicle in for warranty/recall work. Windows go up and down and locks and unlocks all by itself. Was promised it would be kept in. We visited the dealership. The 2011 Challenger RT Classic was outside in a huge storm, 3 plus inches of rain and the keys could not be located. Call backs from people in charge are like pulling eye teeth. We were told that we purchased the car from them they would give us a loaner car but since they didn't have this car and we purchased it in Myrtle Beach, nope no loaner. But it will take over a week for the part just to arrive here. But after they could not locate the keys and left the vehicle out over night we were told they would make it right. If this is their right, I am terrified to see their wrong. Worst car dealership experience of our 30 plus years of dealerships.
