All the workers are friendly and make the process of getting a vehicle quick and easy. I was in and out of there with my new vehicle in and hour and a half! Would highly recommend Craig Bastian and John Huuki

I have had my vehicle serviced by this dealership and have been nothing but pleased with the outstanding customer service as well as the outstanding quality of repair/service to my vehicle. As a result, I decided to purchase a new vehicle at this dealership too. The General Manager Brandon Schlief sets such a great example to all of the employees, both sales and service. Everyone is so customer service orientated. Purchasing my new vehicle was such a pleasant experience. I had a young salesman Justin Veker who did such a great job. It shows he was trained well and was a quality hire. My husband and I are so pleased to have Keweenaw Chevrolet here.

Overall, this dealership was "nice" and accommodating, as far as creature comforts. The people were friendly and basically knowledgeable. However, we found it tiresome to wait an HOUR to see the finance guy (on an cash deal) and especially disappointing, after driving 5 hours to see a used truck - that had supposedly been in for detailing already - to find the interior of the vehicle not cleaned to a level that would be expected from ANY dealership. They did clean certain glaringly filthy areas, which also caused a waiting period for them to "dry", but they at least made that effort. We were also disappointed that the vehicle was not as advertised and they would not discount it to accommodate the change. BUT, all in all, not a horrible experience, just long and tedious.Houghton, MI is an absolutely gorgeous small city, from what we saw. Had it not taken so long at the dealership, we likely would have stayed to see more than just what we could see at the posted speed along the roadways back out of town.

I brought my previous car in for a recall fix and had some time to spare, which I was planning on looking into a new vehicle. Danielle assisted me in test driving the vehicle and helped me figure out lease options. She was very friendly and was such a great help. Brandon was also a great help as well in the process. The enviorment at Keweenaw Chevrolet was welcoming. With Danielle and everyone's help at the dealership, I drove home that same night with my new 2016 Chevy Equinox. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and how they made the process easy and simple for me. I would definitely recommend Keweenaw Chevrolet to anyone.

In October 2015 we went up to look at the new Colorado. The dealership had a beautiful 2016 black one so we wanted it. They worked tirelessly the next 2 days to get the deal done. We had the truck for about 2 wks. and found that it had a bad paint job done on it. We brought it back to them and showed them the truck. Brandon, the Manager there got ahold of a GM rep and had him look at it. Short story is GM wasn't willing to really help us short of taking the truck apart and repainting it which is a no no. We thought we were gonna be stuck with a pretty truck that had a bad paint job. But...Brandon Schlief came to our rescue. He bought the truck back from us...then found us another 2016 Colorado in about a week! Now I have never bought from them before but I will never go anywhere EVER again. They went above and beyond what most dealerships would have ever done...while always being kind and keeping us in the loop on what was going on. I can't thank them enough and give them the highest recommendation !! They know that we are a small community and word of mouth goes along way.
