I had a fabulous overall purchasing experience at Key Cadillac. I attribute my extremely positive purchasing experience to the experienced team of professionals who assisted me throughout the process. I am a single parent with an extremely hectic work schedule and very little time to spare so I was very appreciative that Tom and Quentin were able to efficiently locate the vehicle I desired (Platinum Escalade Black/Black), assist me in trading my current vehicle, assist me in purchasing the new vehicle and having the new vehicle detailed and ready to go within a two hour time period. I drove into the dealership at 3:30pm on a Friday and left the dealership two hours later in my new vehicle by 5:30pm. Tom and Quentin are top notch professionals who truly care about their customers. Tom and Quentin made purchasing a new vehicle an easy stress free process for me and I feel confident in highly recommending Key Cadillac - especially Tom and Quentin!

I am very satisfied with my experience at Key Cadillac. Had my car serviced and spent time chatting with other Cadillac owners while I waited. The whole experience was professional and friendly. I will continue to bring my car in for service.The only thing I would like to see changed is that the $75 I was charged to have my car looked at would then be negated if I decide to have the work done at your dealership, which was not the case. I was in an accident and had my car towed to the Key Cadillac Collision & Paint Center in Bloomington MN on 5/31/2016. Michael Bowling, who was gracious and kind, and set me up with a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way. When Mike received the estimate from the insurance adjuster, he contacted me immediately with my next steps and began the processes of fixing my CTS. I was thrilled to see my car looking fantastic and better than it was before the accident. One of the big bonuses for me was that they detailed my vehicle and it was awesome! The salesmen Brian was excellent. He was well trained and he worked very well with us. We came in knowing my mother was going to buy a red Cadillac but not knowing which model. With Brian's guidance we quickly narrowed to two. He came with on the two test drives and demonstrated all of the new items that were not on mom's 2010 DTS. The XTS was the clear winner but they did not have the RED one on the lot. Brian quickly located the perfect car and over came a couple of setback quickly. A couple of days later he spent his time making sure my mother under stood every thing she needed to on her shiny new red Cadillac. Thank you Brian and Sales manager Tom, GREAT JOB!!!

I received nothing but the best service. Dan helped me through the whole service process and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else but Key Cadillac after the exceptional service I received. The whole staff at Key Cadillac are the most friendly nice people you will ever meet I can't say enough about the service. Key Cadillac is 100 times better than Morrie's Cadillac they are downright rude at Morris's what ever you do don't go there. Key took very good care of me and my car and if I ever need anything done I will be back.

Came in for oil change. Tech discovered oil "leak" & faulty motor mount. Also recommended trans. flush. & front brake pad replacement. Due to time restraints, had to reschedule.Returned, all work done quickly. was given beautiful loaner to use. Very pleased with my cost. I'm a happy camper.

That incredibly rude and unprofessional remark, together with an apparent disinterest to explain the vehicle fully, cost this dealership a probable sale.

Needed a new battery as old one too weak to start the car. With help of AAA the car started and was driven directly to Key Cadillac. I was assisted by Dan in the Service Department. He has "EXCEPTIONAL" customer service skills. The part that my car needed was not in stock / I am back today and was assisted initially by Jason and then by Dan. Jason mentioned a RECALL and he said that they would ALSO be able to take care of this today as well as the Driver Assist System. I hope that my car will be completed and ready for pick-up today. I would definitely recommend Key Cadillac to friends and family.

The transmission on my DeVille was slipping and needed major repair. The work took significant time to complete and a "loaner" was cheerfully provided for use during that time. In addition, a multi-point inspection identified additional issues; the shop notfied me of those and with my consent they too were fixed. When I retrieved the DeVille it had been cleaned inside and out --- to the extent that it appeared to have been detailed. I knew this trip to the agency would be expensive but I am completely satisfied and feel that I made a wise investment in having this work done by the professional staff that I have come to know and appeciate at Key Cadillac.

Unfortunately, my seat settings were changed when I got my car back. I'd prefer to drive the car to and from the service bay myself rather than having to spend the time readjusting the settings. Would appreciate it if the seats are not adjusted next time.

Headliner was replaced on 2011 CTS. Evidently mechanic did not have clean hands as there are smudges on quite a few areas of the fabric. Certainly Disappointed in that aspect of the repair.

Car was having crystal fusion put on the windows at another company. I was given a loaner car, like my own Cadillac SRX, they even asked me which sirius xm stations I would like, so they programmed those in for me. Very nice touch, as I don't like to miss my Elvis channel. Car was done on time. Had a very nice experience with Key.

New vehicle in for second time for a instrumentlight indicator, both for the same indication. Initial service code/service had not solved the problem. Returned the vehicle, received a loaner (promptly). Service writer kept me informed of progress. First call back suggested 2nd repair had been successful, shop wanted to keep vehicle 1 extra day. On the 2nd day, shop called and indicated that repairs seemed complete, they would drive my vehicle to me with a full tank of gas, would not obligate me to fill the loaner with gas (as was their usual requirement), and pay for my first months lease (without a request from me for some compensation for my time and trouble). Finally, my garage door opener left in the courtesy vehicle was returned to my house by my sales person. Very nice service recovery

Had a slow leak in one tire and needed air immediately. Stopped at a well known brand-name tire store that said "we'll be able to help you in about a half-hour". I left that store and drove to Key Cadillac where my tire was inflated instantly from an air-hose on a nearby wall and I was able to continue to my appointment. Later in the day I returned and had the tire repaired in less than a hour. Guess whose tire store door I will never darken again! Key Cadillac scores again!

As usual, the Service Manager, Mary Nederostek did an excellent job in honchoing my vehicle through the maintenance process. Mary is about the only reason I go back to Key for service. Again, the technician forgot to put the reminder sticker up in the windshield reminding me when my next service is due.

Due to Cadillac's design, it takes an hour for a senior repair tech to get to the bulb/turn light at $175/hour! Please advise GM to change this kind of design flaw!

I was incredibly impressed that as soon as I got out of my vehicle someone was there vacuuming out the floor in the front! All people I dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly. I just had basic maintenance done on my SRX but all was handled in an efficient manner. I also appreciated feedback I received on future maintenance that needed to be performed without any high pressure sales tactics. The experience was great... but you had me with the vacuum!

In my interest to purchase an SRX Cadillac, I visited the dealership in my neighborhood. It was a Saturday afternoon and there were other shoppers. No one greeted me nor welcomed me. Instead I was told "we are really busy, you'll have to wait." So I left and decided a Cadillac wasn't a car I want to purchase.Several months later, I felt that stirring again to check out the SRX but the difference was driving past Wally and taking a 30 minute to drive to Key Cadillac in Edina. The minute I stepped into the dealership I received excellent customer service! I was greeted by friendly sales people. I was offered water and coffee. I received immediate service. I have returned to Key several times since that first visit. I can truthfully say this is the service I receive everytime I visit. Thank you to all who make up the family of Key Cadillac! Key is fast to respond to every need I have about my car. I have often driven in and they have fixed the issue immediately. I am always given fun and upmost respectful treatment. My parent's have purchased 3 Cadillac's from Key Cadillac in MN. They always had high praise for the dealership. I have owned 2 Cadillac's myself and have used their service before. My parent's and myself always felt that their repairs were very expensive, but we realized that Cadillac repairs can run high. I've never had an issue until today. My husband purchased a 2001 Cadillac Eldorado (with front wheel drive) "just for fun" to drive in Minnesota during the winters. Earlier today, he brought it into service to ask a mechanic a question and to see if they thought they could fix an issue. What he experienced is shameful. He was treated like a second rate citizen. I am yet to find out who the "Service" person is, but I will find out. Randy Papke was helpful, but when he asked if he could speak to a mechanic, the response he received from the other service person was, "I'm not going to pull one of my mechanics off the floor for someone who drives a car like that!" You have to be joking. You don't know him, or what he can or can't afford. Is this how they treat people who come in there casual? My husband retired at 55 and now dresses very casual. He is from Florida and wanted a winter car. He found a 2001 mint condition Cadillac Eldorado with 40,0000 miles, it was driven by a pilot who had stored it year round. Even if he had driven in there with a 1980 Cadillac, a neon, or a mule, does that give your service team the right to treat him with such utter disrespect? NEVER!Shame on you Key Cadillac for how you treated my husband. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone is aware of how my husband was treated. I can guarantee my parent's and I won't be back!One other thing to note to readers of this post... don't waste your time writing a review on their website... they monitor and delete anything that they don't like.

I really like returning my 2nd SRX (2014) to Key Cadillac for service (oil change), the service staff are always friendly, personable and listen to you concerns, questions and comments. Nothing seems to be routine, they have time for you the customer. It gives you a feeling that they really want to take care of you and your vehicle. A couple times I've had to call with a question, they always take to the time to answer questions, offer assistance and provide results. Car is always clean when I return, I really keep my car clean and glad they do the same. Kudos to Key Cadillac team. Thank you.

I guess I'm not as disturbed with the maintenance department as I am with my Cadillac cars. Every time I take it in for maintenance its another $1000 to $2000 dollar bill. I thought I bought good quality but instead I just bought higher maintenance costs. I think I paid twice for my deville and I'm heading in that direction with my escalade.

Had a couple of issues with the car not starting this past summer. After going back into GM maintenance bulletins, Key recalled the problem with On Star. After they reprogrammed On Star, it now appears the issue has been resolved. Just disappointed that we had to spend time and money to get this issue resolved. Should a bulletin have been sent to the consumer so we were aware of this possible issue with On Star?

I had a purchased a 78-7 yr battery new and had it installed at this shop 2 1/2 years earlier (May 2011). It died Dec 2013 and caused me to have to jump start the car to get into this shop. The work took about 24 hours to complete (install new battery). The battery was determined to be bad. Because the battery was under full warranty the new battery was free to me. However, this problem caused me lost time from work.

We recently purchased a 2011 SRX from Key Cadillac. Julie S. was our salesperson and was wonderful to work with!! She was up-front with us and answered our many questions, pulling documentation as requested. On the day that we took ownership of the "caddie", Julie sat with us and helped us program the many options the vehicle has. She made sure the car was spotless, detailed and had the winter floor mats in it. Later in the week she made a call to see if everything was okay and if the garage door opener worked. She arranged to have Dave from the shop, come out when the license plates were in to put them on and program the garage door opener for us. Dave came out cheerfully and quickly took care of that business. My husband and I really appreciate the wonderful service. Their facilities are clean and comfortable. We were treated with respect by all the sales people and business staff there.

I asked Dick (our salesman) to be straight with me and tell me if the car was sound. This was a big purchase for us and it was hard to make a deal without even test driving the car. My experience with the rep I had was great! KG is whom I worked with and he was very helpful. However, I was not totally satisfied with the owners decisions about what I wanted. I asked about replacing the tires on the 42M mile vehicle I purchased and was told I can do it at his cost and pay the labor! That was the only thing I did not like or appreciate about the process. Should have just been done. Everything else was great and KG was super!

They always know my name, whether it is the business manager, the sale person and the service dept. That means a lot! 2. I trust in what they are telling me about my vehicle is true and not a way to make money. 3. The sales person respects my requests and doesn't try to sell me something I don't want or need. 4. What a professional outfit! From the sales person, to the finance agent it was really a first class experience. I've purchased a numbers of cars through the years from many manufactures and haven't had this type of treatment.

I initally contacted the dealership online and found the internet salesperson to be very helpful and not pushy. Being a woman I assume they would try to take advantage of me and that did not happen.
