I had the best experience in buying a car from them. They were completely transparent with me and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. On a trip to the White River Junction area of VT from Peterborough NH my 1981 Corvette lost its brakes. Luckily I was able to safely cajole the Corvette into the parking lot of Key Chevrolet of White River. All the staff here was exceptionally helpful. Benjamin, on staff, went out of his way and contacted an auto rental agency to help us get wheels to continue our trip. While, unfortunately, Key Chevrolet could not service my car as they were booked out three weeks, they helped every way possible to lessen the discomfort of our situation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone because their treatment of us when we needed assistance speaks volumes about the treatment I'm sure they provide their customers! Thanks to Benjamin and to the Service Manager!

I brought an 8 year old car in, that wasn't purchased there, for some recall work and some diagnostic work. It took a little while because of everything they had to check but they came out regularly to give me progress updates. I knew I needed some work but wasnt sure what. They did a thorough and detailed inspection and were able to find the issue quickly, and even squeezed me in for the repairs. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and clean and everyone who walked by cheerfully said good morning. I felt very comfortable there.

Web site had multiple trucks listed as in stock. I drove an hour to look at trucks. They had ONE TRUCK IN STOCK ! I complained to the general manager and he didn’t care. Zero apologies. He was pompous and arrogant. Bait and switch. Irritating to say the least. AVOID !
