I would give a 0 star review if it was possible. I dealt with a salesperson who took my deposit on a car that was at one of their other dealerships. Turns out, they were pulling a bait and switch, holding a car on their website to drive traffic that wasn't actually available. They reserved me a different color one that was in transit, and it wasn't until I called 4 days later that I found out that the car I expected had been sold to me, had never been available to buy when they took my deposit. It had already been sold. All the sales manager would do was tell me that it happens all the time and that this is how they work. STEER CLEAR OF THIS WHOLE FAMILY OF DEALERSHIPS. Horrible business tactics, and horrible customer service.

Test drove a vehicle that needed work. Said I'd purchase once repairs were made and a second test drive was taken to prove vehicle was in satisfactory condition. They ran a hard credit inquiry that evening before any repairs had been made. Repairs were said to have been made over the weekend and they switched over my insurance the next business day prior to my requested post-repair test drive. Will never do business with or recommend them.

Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. I literally walked out before the guy finished talking to me and left completely speechless and dumbfounded.
