5 star all the way through! Fernando and Amanda provided an excellent experience at Keyes European. When I reached out to Amanda she was set on finding me the car I requested. She even walked the lot to make sure they had it. Fernando was so cool and transparent through the whole process. I am so appreciative! If you need a Benz go here, find Fernando’s desk it is to the right when you walk in. You will not be disappointed!

This dealership is the best Mercedes dealer out there. I recently bought my new Mercedes with such an amazing deal. I went to 3 different Mercedes dealers after visiting this one to compare the prices and none of those dealers were able to beat this dealers price!! Cristiano is the go to guy. He was super friend and did so much for us to get the best deal possible! I recommend this dealer 100%

The service at Keyes European is great, this past service I was assisted by Scott Fuchs and he made my experience very smooth and easy! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned MB last Oct. 31, and was told that the disposition fee required to turn my leased BMW would be paid for by Keyes. Unfortunately, for some reason, there was difficulty in the whole process, and I had to pay for it myself. A big mess for 9 months, and due to the fee not being paid on time, a late payment knock on my credit! Fast forward to today: I finally was able to meet with Brian Sheldon, the General Sales Manger. I explained the situation to him, and within days he had resolved the issue! Amazing! Just goes to show you that when you talk to the right person things get done and corrected right away! Brian was (and is) kind, courteous, respectful, and made sure that my issue was resolved. As I stated earlier, he made it happen within days! He definitely is someone who is a take charge kind of guy, and as I said, he does it in a very kind and caring manner. Thank you, Brian Sheldon for helping me. Before I met with you, I had written Keyes off for sales! You restored my faith in your dealership, and will see you again when I buy my next Mercedes!
