Fantastic experience! Came in with expectations but they blew me away with their customer service. Renee was super friendly and genuine. He was professional yet charismatic. When working with the manager, Mo was empathetic and listened to what I had to say. I highly recommend coming to Keyes Toyota for your next vehicle purchase. 11/10 car shopping experience.

About a month ago we we went to Keyes Toyota and with our luck we got the best salesman Alfred who was the best! He understood what we needed and made it happen! We highly recommend you ask for Alfred when you are shopping for a Toyota! You will not be disappointed! One of the best services we have experienced at a dealership. Thank you so much

This place was super courteous and competent. I was a little late and they still provided excellent fast service. Early morning I appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of what my vehicle needed. The greeter and service agent and check out process was smooth and perfect. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an efficient car repair. The whole process was fast and effortless for me. I liked that they didn’t pressure me into repairs but let me know the facts. Even the process of making the appointment was perfect and quick.

Buying a car is never easy but Keyes Toyota definitely helped me feel confident and comfortable while purchasing my first car. As soon as I arrived Emilio greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcomed. We talked, he showed me everything they had in stock and once I made my decision of which car I wanted he worked to get me a deal I could afford. He and Abdul, his manager, were extremely professional and helpful during the buying process and gave me the deal I was looking for. If you come to Keyes Toyota ask for Emilio and not only will get you get the car you wanted but you will leave feeling confident that you made the right decision.

2/12 @ 8am. The check in with John D. was fast and was told it would be about 1.5 hrs. I waited at their waiting area. Seats were distanced apart. Less than an hour later, I got notified that my car was ready and to check out with the cashier. Cashier was helpful and friendly. Overall experience was excellent. I've been going to Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys for several years now and have had a great experience.
