5 stars to Rob Stein, the sales mgr, for making my ordered purchase of a dream 2021 V90 easy and relaxing. I visited here after doing all my research and calling the nearby Volvo dealers and had just left with a sour experience with Greg Black at Fort Washington Volvo. I am a lifetime Volvo driver. Rob and I discussed what I wanted, and we agreed we'd have to order to my specs, but delivery of the vehicle wouldn't be for 3 months. I put the order in and a deposit down because I got the trade-in price I wanted without question from Rob, and later, we also locked in the Sept 2020 0% financing offered. He went out of his way to make me ecstatic, answered my tons of questions, stayed in constant communication. Nice bedside manners. The service dept. here, especially Mike and Pete, are also very friendly, excellent, and accommodating.

I bought my Volvo S60 5 years ago from Paul and had an amazing experience. Today, after leaving the vet, I noticed something hanging underneath the car. I was in town but had no appointment so I took a shot to see if someone could take a look. Without hesitation they looked right away and realized the piece was protecting my fuel line and fixed it within 30 minutes! They even let us wait with my dog in the showroom. The employees are friendly and courteous. When I'm ready for service or a new Volvo I will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

While waiting for my car to be serviced, I had the most informative and pleasant experience with Jen, a sales consultant. She helped clarify some areas of confusion, and was overall helpful and patient. The service person, Pete was good as always. Friendly, professional, and helpful. Today’s service visit was 5 stars, well timed and job accomplished. As usual. I was originally recommended to this dealership because of the quality of the service department. That being said, I have to give this dealership a 4 star rating. This dates back to last summer, when I started getting solicitations from their marketing division to get out of my lease early. After doing way to much research, I decided to take them up on their offer, only to find out that I was 7 months too early. When I inquired why I was receiving the emails and written mail letters about this unavailable “opportunity” it escalated to the sales manager, and it still took 2 months to stop the “little lie” from coming biweekly. I am offended by untrue marketing, and never received an acknowledgement or an apology from the manager. This behavior should stop. It’s just wrong.

Purchased a certified S90. Wow. What a car. Flawless customer experience. Fantastic job Paul. Thank you Peter for the education on the warranty. Had a great customer experience yesterday. Brought my car in for service expected to drop it off and pick it up the next day. They fit me in right then, stayed late and got it done. And they gave me $50 off! Also took the time to fix my key fob at no extra charge. How awesome. Thank you.

I've been using Keystone Volvo for all of my car needs for the past 20 years and their service has been nothing but exceptional! Mike, Pete and now Ryan (and the entire staff) have always been polite and courteous and epitomizes excellent customer service which is hard to find in today's world. They have a comfortable waiting area. Since I always get my car service done on the same days as my cancer treatments at Doylestown Hospital, they always have a driver provide a shuttle service to/from the cancer center while my car is being serviced. The drivers are all polite and courteous. And I feel confident that my vehicles have all received the complete attention they need. You couldn't ask for a better experience.
