I brought my car in for recalls for my Kia Forte. While Kim was super nice, communication was lacking. Balancing a 6 person family and paying $800 for a rental, knowing when my car would be completed or at least updating me periodically would have been helpful. They completed 2/3 recalls and claimed the third major recall that was the reason I came in, wasn’t able to be deemed fixable. After they had my car for over a week, I picked it up and my engine light came on the very next morning. This is the very reason I have my own mechanic that I know and trust. Kim being so nice was the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1. -UPDATE- KAREN MODE——-ACTIVATED!!! 11.10.21 As directed from the service department, I came in again once my engine light turned on. At this point my car is burning oil at an incredibly fast rate to where I put 2qts in each week for two weeks. It was also idling very hard. The recalls are seemingly just a ploy for you to go to THEIR service department, have to pay for a “diagnosis test” (which they waived because I refused to pay it), and then get you to pay for outrageous labor fees to install a $10 sensor. I went here because of the letters I was receiving in the mail for recalls and they wanted to charge me over $500 for “unrelated repairs”. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I walked into Kia Autosport of Pensacola just to look at a Kia. I had never driven one before and was curious. I was looking for a larger SUV to replace my Audi Q5. I was in no hurry to buy, still in research mode. Bill Herder quickly got me up to speed on what the Kia had to offer. Then helped me pick out two cars to test drive. One with full amenities, one a little cheaper and less amenities. I loved driving both cars. I was amazed at the handling, the tech stuff that came with the car and it looked beautiful. Still not ready to pull the trigger as I had other brands of SUV I was considering.. the Bill Herder said...we have a brand new white Sorento that was delivered today. Want to take a look at that? Full amenities... love at first sight...with the car. I bought it that day. Great customer service and they laughed at my jokes. Really please all around with service and the vehicle. Thank you!

The Kia Autosport dealership in Pensacola, FL have always treated me wonderfully. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I love to have my car worked on there because Kim always calls me to explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Then, it always looks great when I pick it up because they wash it and vacuum the inside! The prices are fair and the service is top notch.

Kenny was a great salesman... laid back, not pushy, helpful, and friendly. I would’ve given 5 stars, but we waited over an hour and a half to sign our paperwork... I know it takes time to get things together, but it would’ve been nice to have more finance people on site so we didn’t have to wait that long. Overall, it was a good experience, and I love my Kia!
