My experience at Kia of Delray was excellent. The salesman Barry was very helpful and understanding to my needs. The whole process was a smooth sail all the way to the financial part with Brett. It was the best car purchase that I ever went through and I had bought a few cars in my time. I give them the 5 stars and recommend anyone looking for a new Kia or any used car to look them up. The Best

UPDATE: Service. Wow! I can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s true. Service was done as promised and on time. Al is amazing. He kept in touch all day and made sure my KIA experience was smooth and easy. He even applied a coupon to reduce the cost! My next car will come from KIA Delray!!! The people were nice and accommodating.. It was a friendly atmosphere. Everything went as it usually does - the back and forth on negotiations but they were very fair. What else could you ask for. Thanks to the ladies and gentlemen at the dealership i am driving my new car and enjoying it!!

I have found my new KIA dealership! I have dealt with 2 other KIA dealers in the area and Delray is SUPERIOR-by far! They answer the phone, people call you back, the service department is wonderful and the waiting room is nice and stocked with free snacks. Also, the coffee machine actually puts out decent coffee! They even have an outdoor picnic table for smoking-a rarity at dealerships these days. Added bonus-Every single person that works there is pleasant! What more could you ask for?

They say, first impressions are very important. Well, my first impression of Delray Kia was through my service provider Carol. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She was cordial, real/ not fake and engaging. Then the friendly conversation just kind of flowed through all the staff that was present in the service bay. In dealerships that’s a rarity. Salesman are still sharks and service people are abrasive. But not at Delray Kia. They have that friendship almost family like vibe. Bruce was my driver back to the dealership. He was cool. It just slipped my mind of my first driver that took me home. He was just as cool. I found out that we both had something in common. Also. Why doesn’t everyone have a shuttle service? That put Delray Kia over the top for me. They are now my new Kia service family. Listen even those that answered the phone were very friendly and helpful. Also, they were very fast at putting on my new tires. I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy being at home, because right after I got home I received my call that my car was ready. Great service. This dealership and their staff really exceeded my expectations from start to finish, to the point where I cancelled my order with another local Kia dealer to work with this location! I just purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride, and it’s awesome. Barry and Cathryn on the sales team both went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my purchase, and were attentive to my questions while waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. When going through the purchase process, Andy in finance was transparent and helpful with discussing the costs and additional options. Very nice guy. Overall, this was by far the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had, despite waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. I would recommend this team to anyone!
