I called two days ago about a very serious concern and young lady answered and as she questioned me about details regarding my car which seems to be popping up on her side of the system… she kept saying “I think this is it… oh no it’s not” very unprofessional about what she’s doing. I personally gave her my business number to contact me back and she has never called up and give an update about my concern. I don’t mind putting my concern on this website because I am very sure that it will be deleted and they wont give their employees some type of consequences… sadly it has come to the point where I need to write a review. I got my tires rotated here as I always have and never had a problem. Little did they know I had a camera inside for my safety and my children…as I was checking the footage on my phone I saw a young man reached for the middle compartment and reached for an envelope and I went back in my car to check for the similar envelope and never found it again and that is why I called. Please If the department care about their customers. At least reach out! Alot of unprofessional work and lies that goes around this dealership.

I was promised that a car would be available, and worked out all of the numbers for it over the phone. This process took a long time, and I was supposed to just go in and sign papers. I had an appointment with the salesperson, and when I got there they told me that the salesperson wasn’t there, and that the car wasn’t either. They offered me other cars that I didn’t want, or were out of my price range. I was flat out lied to by the salesperson at this dealership. I would definitely NOT recommend doing any business with this dealership.

I have been coming here for service for the last 6 years. I keep returning because Kal always gives exceptional service. Wait time is quick and they have been great at cleaning, sanitizing, and making sure everyone keeps a safe distance since COVID began. They are great at providing for all your service needs. Recommend them 100%.
