One star rating is also too much because this dealer does not warrant my or your business....BEWARE of this most DISHONEST and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE dealer from personal experience dealing with everyone from owner Scott Jennaman , sales manager Chad Sutherland, finance manager Natalie Watson, internet sales manager Scott Baker, salesperson Duke Johnson.....in fact the only sincere and and customer service oriented person is the operator Kathlyn...check your invoice and you will see how this dealer first double charges you for the dealer fee $499 and then charges you more than the standard sales tax supposed to collect 7% but charge and collect more than 9.5%....numerous calls to resolve this went unanswered, gives one an idea of what the customer service is....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for their coupons, internet pricing numbers, cars that don't exist etc....you will pay much much more...

so we were in town this weekend visiting family, we decided to do a little shopping for a newer vehicle. this was the first dealership we visited and were pleasantly surprised! we came to look at a used ford escape, that happen to be on the showroom floor. they had no problem moving it out for us to drive. Mark was our salesman and we had the best experience. they gave us what we wanted for our trade in and gave us a better deal on the car we bought. if we ever buy another vehicle, we will be back

Generally when doing research for a car i will read the reviews of the car and dealership if i am going to use a dealer. Approximately 3 weeks ago i started out with this dealership and started negotiating a lease. After receiving quotes in various forms from the sales person, i continued to search. This week i received notice from the three credit bureaus, that 5 hard credit pulls were conducted by the finance manager (without any authorization). When confronted she admitted that she had (NO) prior authorization to do so. Further i discovered the salesperson had asked her to shop my credit, only after being instructed (NOT) TO PULL MY CREDIT ANY MORE. After speaking with Equifax, they agreed that this lowered my credit score regardless of what the dealership will tell you, and that numerous inquiries (ARE) red flags to any potential future lenders. Not one person including the owner have stepped up to try and remedy the situation or admit mistake. Now an attorney has become involved. The advice i can give is to continue looking for a different dealership.

I went to Kia Mall of Georgia first to just look at cars- 2 years ago I had come to this dealership and almost bought a Kia Sorento, but ended up getting a Jeep Cherokee elsewhere -for financial reasons. We are expecting a little one and the carseat didn't fit in the back of the jeep, so I knew exactly where to start this buying process. Our salesman was Mark. He was absolutely fabulous!!! I knew that I wanted a bigger SUV and the sorento was very appealing to us since we did almost get one last time. Mark did everything he could to make the car buying experience less stressful and make sure that everything we needed could happen. He was also training a new guy and made sure to show him the ins and outs of what to do while still focusing on us. We had it narrowed down to two different sorentos and Mark showed us the differences and told us everything about each of them so we could make the best decision for our family. Paul was the "paperwork guy" and he also was so understanding of our situation and was more than willing to do everything he could to make buying the new car a great experience. I could not have asked for a better experience when buying my new car!!!!

The service Department at KIA Mall of GA was first rate. We went there to have the normal 50000 mile service and were in and out in an hour. Special shout out to Mark Personale (Mr. Personality), who took the time to carry us across the street to Hobby Lobby so we could shop while we waited. He really went above and beyond. Mark is in sales and didn't HAVE to do that for us, but he did and we were IMPRESSED!

I've personally bought 3 cars from Kia Mall of Georgia before. I like the way I'm treated. That hasn't always been my experience with other Kia dealerships. So, I hit them up first when I looked to do something a little different this time. I've got to give them credit, I had convinced myself that the team there wasn't going to be able to hit the target I set. I was wrong. I had been working with Nick Delgado and he is absolutely excellent. This dealership is fast and efficient, it reminds me of a carmax with better deals. I brought my Mazda 2 to trade in which I was apprehensive about anyway because I was alittle upside down on my loan, but I needed to upgrade my car and I am in love with the Kia Soul. With our phone calls Nick was very laid back, and not pushy which is what I am used to, in a car dealership. When I arrived, he didn't pushed us, it was just all about the number and I loved that. He made sure that he verified everything before presenting it and it was all very simple to understand. Because I was upside down on my loan, I just assumed a new car was out of the questions. Because of discounts and rebates, I was able to get out of there with an excellent deal! Plus the offered me a good deal on my trade -in. The best part? in order to save ME more money, Nick Delgado made sure to pull the 2016 Kia Soul that had been sitting on the lot the longest to get me a better deal. He could have easily tried to make a bigger sale. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Plus all the benefits and warranties I got are excellent...I won't be paying for an oil change for the next 4 years. I love my car and I'm very pleased with my service.

We just purchased two cars from Maurey Spencer in the last two weeks for my daughter and step daughter. Each car needed a small amount of body work, as they were used. I took my 2005 Kia Optima in for a check engine light and after 4 parts, calling Kia corporate office, leaving the car twice and $1200 later it was fixed. I should have gone to a small repair shop that would have found the right defective part the first time.....This is an old facility with old equipment and old techniques and not up to date on diagnostic services but they are up to date on the charges.

it was my 2nd time at the dealership, bought a kia sportage in oct. of 2014, then bought a used car on june 11th of 2016, had problems though, was back at dealership 3 times within a week of buying it, had an issue that was brought to the online sales rep...rusty sandberg's attention but was ignored buy him and the manager of dealership, the salesmen were nice when i first got there but changed once i signed the paperwork, it's as if i was just a number going through a revolving door, the guy's in the service department were very nice and understanding about my frustration, i hate to say it but i will never buy another car or suv from that dealership again,

I actually gave every category top marks. The iPhone changed it, not me. Maury was so helpful. Always turned communication around fast. He was with a customer when we arrived so he immediately assigned someone else to help us until he was free. The dealership is immaculate, roomy. Unlike many other dealerships I have been to, these guys shot straight , we're not trying to push a car down your throat or badger you will phone calls. Very classy, dignified sales process with fair pricing. Because I live in ATL and the car had to be detailed, Maury delivered the car to me all the way to VA Highlands from Buford GA. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Maury and his team provided outstanding customer service.

A little hesitant to buy from there at first. One car wouldn't even crank, one was an older truck that was a gas hog and not at all what I told them that I was looking for, and just seemed disappointing. Finally they showed me a prrrrety Toyota Camry 08, and I was all about it! In less than 6 months, I noticed the backseat floorboards were flooding, therefore meaning a little problem. My dad thinks it is an ac leak but unfortunately, I haven't had time or money to get this checked. When purchasing this car, I got so many free oil changes and whatever, so I am taking advantage of this. Had it serviced twice now. Not even a week after the 2nd service, noticed my battery was corroding, this cant be good?!! Couple of days ago I had to buy a new battery $75 because my car wouldn't start, and found out that my battery was bad. Didn't make it thru the day and while I was driving to the store, my car started losing power and all electric went kaplooey, and finally broke down and it wouldn't crank. I had to have my car towed to auto repair shop, which costs me $431.00 to replace the alternator in it. All in all, pretty unpleasant experience.

I went there to evaluate an issue that my minivan had. The service department went above and beyond to come with best solution to leviate my wallet while service is being rendered. I quickly realized that the outcome was not looking too good due to my 10 year minivan that serious mileage on it. A guy by the name of Ted Sykes work his magic knowing that my funds were limited and my credit not too worthy. He put me in the hands of an experienced and nice sales rep name Maury Spencer that applied his experience and knowledge to my benefits. Then in was redirected Marc Persanaly that added a final touch on the documents making sure that I was being taken for a ride. In a short period of time and a painless process, I drove off in a brand new kia sedona minivan 2016. I wanted to take sometimes to give credit where credit is due. We spent a lot of time searching through Cars.com, CarGurus.com (loved their deal evaluating tool) and others and found our #1 choice and it was at Kia Mall of Georgia. I called Saturday morning and spoke with Rusty who lined us up with his "best sales guy". Uh Oh! Rusty's lined up his biggest shark for us. Oh boy!We get there and are introduced to our sales guy, Joseph Gonzalez. Nice young man, clean-cut, Army vet. He was the most pleasant, easy-to-work-with car salesman we've ever dealt with. He knew is product, was able to answer most of our questions, was passionate about the product, and he listened. The fact that he listened to what we needed/wanted versus just trying to sell us...that was huge!! Joseph was very helpful when explaining the sales process...very simple and how he fit into that process. Everything was upfront, with no hidden agendas. I totaled out my beloved Optima, and was set on buying another. I didn't want to buy new, but the deal at Kia Mall of Georgia was unbelievable!! I went there, and was greeted by Robert and Holly. Holly was my sales person, but so much fun to spend my Saturday with. Honest woman with a great personality. The deal went sour when I got to finance. Natalie gave me a longer loan than I said I wanted to do, and a higher finance rate. When I disagreed with the first two offers, she somehow came down on the finance rate which wiped away almost three thousand dollars. Not wanting to be a fool I left. I went to Rick Case who didn't have the color combo, and the salesman there knew Holly and said the pricing wouldn't be her fault as she would have nothing to gain from that. I called Kia and said I'd do the deal with someone other than Natalie. I left tonight with a better offer than any of the three Natalie presented to me and all with the same sales price of vehicle and credit score!!! Thank you so much Holly and Robert! We had been shopping for 2 months for a new car. My schedule is 24/7 so I had been using the internet to "build" various cars and then look for a suitable one in the inventory. I sent an inquiry to Kia Mall of Georgia on a Friday night; Rusty sent me a contact email and e-brochure and Brittany called me the next morning. She checked to see if they had a vehicle I was interested in (they did) and made an appointment for me. My wife and I went there, were promptly greeted and shown a car that checked all the boxes. We test drove it and liked it a lot, but had one more test drive. Patrick assured me we'd be back...and we were. The difference in the finance rate (my credit union vs. Kia Finance) was an issue, but Robert Baptiste said he'd do whatever was necessary to make it work and he did! Natalie was fantastic and the transaction went smoothly and quicky. Love the car, great people and overall a good experience. Go to Kia Mall of Georgia; you won't be disappointed.

After deciding on a model we got a test drive. The Kia Soul is a rockin' small-but-feels-larger-and-solid vehicle. Alien Green, of course.I NEVER like the financing aspect of the experience. Robert Baptiste made it simple, easy, direct and, dare I say, fun. Robert and Phil were, simply, the reason we went ahead with the purchase. The fact that the Soul is bright green (my Wife's favorite color), has a 5-star crash safety rating and excellent mileage despite the shape as well as the 10yr-100,000 mile warranty...added bonuses. And the cappuccino was pretty tasty, too.Overall, it was definitely the people who made this experience so great. Already recommended them and will continue to do so. Immaculate showroom, lounge and service areas and I aspire to keep my bathrooms at home as clean as the ones at Kia Mall of Georgia. Excellent. September 17, 2015 was one of my best days ever!!! I go in to get a oil change for a 2013 KIA Optima. While I'm walking around the lot; Robert Baptiste, which is the Sales Manager, asks if I needed any assistance with looking for a car and I told him I came in to get a service done on my car. Well, he goes ahead and offers me with an opportunity to get into a brand new car, no miles, no problems. While I'm filing out all the paper work, he's stopping by to check on me and since I had my 3 year old with me, he offered her ice cream. He was very very sweet. Took me around to see the new cars and well I chose the car REALLY FAST!!! I just knew that car was just perfect for me!!! Even while the fact that I was with another person getting the numbers down, he would come in and check on us to see if we're doing okay. He even offered FOOD to my daughter!!! After all, this was one of the best days of my life because the car I had was already giving me problems (was going to have to pay $180 to change the brakes), seats were messed up. Now, thanks to Robert, I have a brand new 2015 KIA Optima with 15 miles on it. Warranty on it. TWO years of FREE oil changes!!!! My sales person was Holly Frankovich and she was just GREAT. I went in just to sit in a Kia Soul and see if I fit. I meant the sales person and he would let me sit in any car I wanted and he went and got a key for me to sit in one. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he said that he had plenty of incentives going on and that would help allow me to get in the car at a reasonable price. I agreed to go in and let him write up a pricing agreement and then I went and spoke with a financial people and we came to an agreement that met my satisfaction and I bought the car. I did not go in there with the expectation of being completed in one hour. Buying a car is a three-hour experience minimum. But the staff made me feel welcome and they did not pressure me in any way. I met the dealership manager and he was very helpful and very accommodating. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend the dealership.

We look/drove one she liked but not wanting to gamble on the age/mileage and possible problems we started to walk away. To our amazement, Robert Baptiste wanted to make sure we had all the facts. He took us to the garage, introduced us to the mechanics, and had the car up on a lift in no time. They explained what they had done with the car to make it ready to sale and took another look over it. One concern was the timing belt, and they quickly removed the cover to find that it was worn enough to need replacement. Robert then agreed to share the costly repairs and we left satisfied and relieved that our daughter will have means to get to a new job and new school. Thanks Robert!!!

Kia Mall of Georgia rates a five star customer service even for those of us who are shopping on a budget! I purchased a used car for my daughter.....literally as soon as I gave the dealer the check the air conditioning in the car quit! Well needless to say since I paid cash for the car it came with no warranty and a "as is" purchase. I was in panic mode....it is 98 degrees in the shade in Georgia! No worries Kia Mall of Georgia came to my rescue. They replaced the entire air conditioning system at no additional cost to me and assured me that if anything happens to the car within a reasonable time period in the future that they would stand by their automobile. I would highly recommend this dealership because of the customer service from the staff as well as the knowledge and professionalism of the maintance machanics!

Let me first start by saying I don't like high pressure salesman. I started looking online and found that BullDawg Kia and Case Kia websites constantly ask you if you want to chat with someone, to the point I couldn't do my research. Mall of Georgia Kia website doesn't do that and had all the information to do my research. Upon our arrival at the dealership my wife and I were able to walk around, look, talk, and just kind of voice our thoughts of each car we looked at without having a salesman there to voice his thoughts. To me that was a huge plus!!!! When we were ready to talk we headed to the sales building were we were met by a professional salesman that was clean cut and took care of himself (Gerald). I wanted certain things and at a fixed price, Gerald and Robert worked hard to make it happen. Anyone that knows me knows I'm not easy to please as I demand perfection, well this dealership blew me away!! Perfection and class are in one place, Mall of Georgia KIA, I was so impressed I bought the Sorento and we love it! Awesome Job to this dealership, they are a small dealership, but they know your name and face. I even asked folks in the service waiting area how long they have been there before I bought the vehicle. The longest I heard was 20 minutes, not like Akins Ford average time was 3 hours, thus why I bought the car at Mall of Georgia Kia. I had the most wonderful service from start to finish. I spoke with Rusty on Thursday. He followed up Friday. Because of Rusty caring I came in Saturday and worked with Rusty and Maddie. I drove out that night with my 2016 Sorrento. Maddie and Rusty are the best to work with. They give no fluff but give it to you straight. Customer service was top notch. I had a really bad experience so it was very refreshing to work with people that care about your wants and needs. Long story short, I sent both my Mother and Sister here to see Robert Baptiste. They were both in the market for different vehicles than what they currently had. I personally work in the automotive industry but live in Colorado, so I could not assist in the process of finding them vehicles.I sent them both to see Robert, who'm I know through the industry. Needless to say, he personally took them under his wing on a busy day. Showed them both what options fit their needs the best, and put them both in new cars in the payment range they needed to be in.Robert got my sister in a brand new Kia Sorento as a first time buyer at a great deal. My Mother's deal was a bit more complex with her trade-in vehicle, but Robert worked with her for the majority of the day on a busy Saturday and made it happen.All I have heard from the both of them was how grateful they are to have had the referral to Robert. Both have stated how they know they would not have received the same treatment from any other dealership. I've worked in the car industry for over 10 years and have researched hundreds of dealers across the country. I live in Atlanta and recently bought a vehicle from KIA Mall of Georgia and can confidently say that they run a great dealership and are truly focused on satisfying customers. From the time I drove up until the time I drove off with the car, the experience was pleasant and professional. Steve Gardner, the Sales Associate I worked with, was helpful and never pushy. I knew how much I wanted to pay, and even though my offer was low and I expected to negotiate, they responded with a very fair offer. The offer on my trade was not as high as offers from other dealers, but I expected that, given my low purchase price. The sales manager asked if I was going to trade my vehicle and I said no that I would sell it myself because I received higher offers. To my surprise, the General Manager, Chad Sutherland, who was sitting nearby increased my trade amount so I wouldn't have to deal with buying/selling two vehicles! Also, I mentioned I would have liked to have my wife on the title, but she was not able to come in and sign the paperwork because we live over an hour away. Chad said that I could sign the papers and take them home for her to sign so she wouldn't have to come in! Talk about outstanding service! From there, the financing and paperwork through Michael Landin, the Finance Manager, was probably the easiest I've done in my entire experience. I have no reservations recommending KIA Mall of Georgia--everyone in the organization I encountered is outstanding.

The most important part of the experience, which was working with the salesman, and the loan officer were all very very good. I booked an appointment through Rusty, the Internet Sales Manager we spoke to at length the day before. If I could give this no stars I would! First off I did purchase a used vehicle from Kia Mall of GA. I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban with 108k miles in September. I understand that my vehicle was used and had over 100k miles but I have owned Chevrolet's for years and gotten 300-400k miles out of more than one vehicle. When talking with my salesman Tony. I was told this vehicle is in great tiptop shape. We've done 125 point inspection and everything came back great. Well it all started when I got back from GA to Nashville and went to fill the vehicle up. After reaching the capacity of the tank has began to pour out of the top of the gas tank. I called the dealership to ask if they knew about the issue and of course no one did. I got the issue fixed and sought some help from the dealership with the $800 bill for new fuel pump. I was told that all I would get would be $300 because I put OEM parts on and they would have used aftermarket as well as it would have only cost them $300 to repair it. Next, during my first oil change my Chevrolet dealership noticed an array of leaks from the top block off gasket, oil pan gasket and a worn rack and pinion assembly. All of which would have been noticed if a technician would have actually properly inspected the vehicle. After this set of repairs at the tune of another $1000, I might have a decent vehicle to drive. Very disappointed in the way this situation was handled and being lied to.

My husband found the car we wanted online at Kia Mall of Georgia at a special internet price. When he went to look at the car, JP helped him. He called me, and said he liked the car. I told him to get the "out the door price" before I left work to drive down. He did, and the dealership honored their price. There is a $500 process fee, but with the deal we were getting on the car, I didn't care. Anyway, when I got there JP was busy, so Alan helped us. He took me for a test drive and showed me all the features. He even did most of the paperwork. The thing is, JP is getting the credit for the sale, but you never would have know that from Alan's attitude. The teamwork was great. It was a very nice experience.

Unfortunately, that vehicle was not what they had represented and was problematic and unreliable. I had to get out of this car. Even though I knew I would be taking a loss, Robert Baptiste worked with me to get the highest price for my trade in and made suggestions for a new vehicle that would be affordable for me. We decided to go with the 2015 Kia Optima! Holly Frankovich, my sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles available. She was able to educate me on all of the features, specifications and warranty options. Holly and Robert made the purchase of this car very easy and stress free. I felt like family. I took delivery of the car after the store was officially closed so we weren't able to get the car cleaned up. The very next day, Holly drove to my office and picked up my new car to have it detailed. When she brought the car back to me, she had adjusted all of my radio settings for me! Easy deal was made. We saw on the Internet that they had an Internet price on the Kia Optimas; when we got to the dealership there's were many to choose from. The hardest decision was picking a color. We were given a fair price on our Jeep trade in. Chris our sales guy was very knowledgeable about Kia and wad bot pushy at all. We did have to wait over an hour to get into financing, but there was 3 finance people and they were working with people ever minutes. It was a busy day.

While we were waiting on our turn in financing he took the time to show us around the newly remodeled dealership (it looks awesome!) And even showed us the service department. Sorry but we were not the least bit impressed with Kia Mall of Georgia's Used Car Sales Dept. After seeing a used car of the model we were looking for listed online, we called and made an appointment for a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealership, we found that the car had not even been cleaned much less detailed yet. The exterior looked like the car had only been sent through a quick automatic car wash and the interior had not even been vacuumed. Really? Would any respectable dealership even list a used car before detailing it? Not a good start. From there it didn't get much better. After giving them a couple of days to get the car detailed, we came back to try again. We liked the salesman, the car and the starting price so a second chance seem appropriate. This time the car was ready. The detailing was okay but not the best. The car drove well and was exactly what we were looking for. Then came time to negotiate. What an embarrassment. The negotiations took place right in the middle of the cramped used car showroom at a small round conference table with mismatched chairs and absolutely no privacy. Other buyers were at similar conference tables on both sides of us less than 3 feet away also trying to negotiate. We could hear every word of their negotiation as they could hear ours. Customer service was totally the responsibility of the salesman. We were never welcomed by anyone else in their management and never offered water, coffee or a soft drink. The sales manager never came by to see us even as the initial negotiation stalled and we elected to leave. We actually had to ask to speak with the sales manager to even meet him.In the end, our desire for the car overcame our disappointment with the dealership and we decided to close the deal. The salesman (Chris Gardner) was a really nice guy and did his best under the circumstances. We have absolutely no complaints with him. It is the organization behind him just isn't very professional and isn't well run. I would not recommend the Used Car department of Kia Mall of Georgia to any of my friends.

My wife and I started out just looking, to see what was out there, in terms of vehicles, within the price range and payment we would be looking for. Our current vehicle lease was not up for another 3 months. Alan approached us in the lot as we were browsing and was very friendly, and not pushy at all. I hate pushy. He let us look and did come back with the keys of a vehicle we seemed to be interested in. He took the time to get what we were looking for and pointed out the particular models that fit our needs. We test drove 2 vehicles and chose the one we would want. Now the difficult part of purchase, the price and payments. It didn't take long and not much negotiating until we obtained a payment of less that we were paying on our other leased vehicle. Alan was very professional, at the same time friendly at all times. Once we closed the deal, he explained all aspects and operations of the vehicle to us. Great experience.

While I ultimately ended up going with a different make and model simply due to the comfort level - I'm a taller and larger than average person and the Optima's seat was a little too narrow for me - Maurey, my sales rep at Kia Mall of GA, was super professional. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the Optima, giving me a ton of information about all the great features of the Optima. I went back two times to test drive the Optima and both times everyone else at Kia Mall of GA was also very warm and friendly, but never pushy. I recently purchase a 2014 KIA Optima SXL in which I traded in a 2012 KIA Optima SX from KIA MALL OF GEORGIA in Buford, GA. I purchase TWO CARS from this dealership within 2 years. Following my recent purchase of the 2014 KIA Optima in which they charged me over $40,000 for the car. Yeah Right a KIA!!!! The engine start making a ticking noise a week later and they blew me off several times. I finally had a new car inspection and I strongly express the ticking noise issue. Finally it was diagnosed as a bad engine. After it was diagnosed as a BAD ENGINE I started getting treated like it was my FAULT. The owner Scott didnt want to talk to me so he had this fake owner name Chad talk to me. This Chad person told me all the LIES I needed to hear. He first told me that he was going to replace the car and then he was asking me do I want the same color or a difference color. I really though this Chad was sincere when he was talking to me. When a couple of days went by he called and said something totally difference. He told me they were putting a new engine in my car and didn't care what I wanted.. I havent made a car payment yet and they had another car like mines on the lot and they didnt want to exchange it. This dealership didnt care about what I wanted after they receive payment for the bad engine car. NOT only did they sale me a car with a bad engine it was ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. I will never purchase another car from KIA MALL OF GEORGIA...!!!!!

I needed service on my kia, which I had purchased in Atlanta. I called around 9am on 7/15 to schedule my maintenance, I was transferred to 5 different people and waited for 10 minutes. Annoyed, I hung up and used the internet to schedule an appointment. I scheduled for 5:45PM.I arrived and was told they leave at 6pm and would not have time to look at my vehicle. Service manager tried to be helpful, but it doesn't change the fact that I wasted my time and gas to obtain service from a business that is not interested in making the customer their priority. If I had done that at my place of business, I would've offered to stay late in order to rectify the situation. Stay away, unless you enjoy bad customer service

I know a lot of people dread going through the car buying process. And as a single woman, I am usually one of them. So it's a BIG deal when I say I had a great experience at Kia Mall of Georgia. I had done a lot of research before visiting dealerships. The first place I went to was a bust. I was called "darlin" and "honey" and not taken seriously. So I got online, found the vehicle I wanted, made the appointment, and drove over an hour out to the dealership. When I got there, the car was parked out front waiting for me. The salesperson I had made the appointment with was busy so I was put with Rusty. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took a test drive and Rusty taught me all about the vehicle. He was patient as I asked a million questions and when he didn't know the answer, he admitted it and went and got the answer. I loved that. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and took their jobs seriously. I had to wait a little while before the paperwork was ready (kinda normal in this process) but once I got in Natalie's office, the final paperwork was a breeze. She had everything ready and made the process seamless. She and Rusty even stayed past closing time to finish the deal and get me on my way with my new vehicle. So thank you, Kia Mall of Georgia, for being thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of your game. I recommend you whole heartedly!

The entire teem at Kia Mall of Georgia was great and no high presure at all. I would recommend them as a point to start looking for a car.

About a week ago I went to Kia Mall of GA in search of the kia optima.. I was torn between the optima and the hyundai sontata so of course I went to hyundai first... They were very quick and didnt stand around much to inform me of the vehicle. Next I went to Kia where I was greeted by JP who was quick and certainly informed and passionate about kias. JP took me on quite a lengthy test drive which allowed me experience back roads, congested city roads and the highway. (hyundai took me on a short drive down the road and the sales associate kept getting lost on where and when to turn around) He didnt make it uncomfortable in the car as he was engaging in conversation which didnt always pertain to the vehicle which was nice. At the end of my first experience with JP at kia, I was still undecided on which vehicle to buy. JP was able to gather my personal information for the future as I said I would contact him if I were further interested. The following week I though about my decision and during this time, JP and Kia never called to hassle me about buying their product which I really appreciated.. That weekend I returned where JP greeted me again and even asked if I wanted to drive the car again. Of course I knew I was buying the optima, so there was no need. He then gathered my information for my loan application and offered us beverages should we want any. During this time JP engaged in regular conversation with myself which made it more enjoyable versus feeling like he was still trying to sell me on the vehicle. Scott the manager also stopped by which made the experience more personal and worked with a price I was able to work with. Upon speaking with finance we were able to get a monthly price range I felt comfortable with. When I was done with all the fabulous paperwork JP took the time from working on another sale to sit with me in the vehicle for a good 30-45 minutes speaking of the wonderful features the car had and how to navigate it. Scott, JP, and Kia WERE FABULOUS. So was the lady at the front desk, since Im expecting, she insisted I bring the baby back during one of my free oil changes for her to see. Everyone was very personable and welcoming and did not at all come across as the typical "car salesman".

Yesterday we went to buy a new or slightly used vehicle and found a car we really liked. First we were told it was a demo car - manager driven and would get the same warranty etc as a new car, because there had been no transfer of title on the car and thus it was considered a new car sale. Later the story changed, and now it was said the car was bought at auction. When asking for the reasons a car with 6.000 miles would be at an auction, we were told it probably had been a repo car. Due to the fact that there had been a previous owner the warranty would not be the 100.000 but up to 60.000 instead. At the end of an almost 4 hour ordeal while processing the paperwork it suddenly came up that the car was a Lemon car and have had issues which the manufacturer had fixed. So the big question is - why try to conveniently come up with this fact at the end? Maybe thinking that being that close to signing and having spent so much time people wouldn't question this fact? Under the Lemon Law, a manufacturer has the right to fix a problem before a consumer can cancel the sale. A reasonable number of attempts is deemed to be: (a.) one attempt, if the nonconformity is a serious safety defect; (b.) three attempts, if the nonconformity, although not a serious safety defect, substantially impairs the use, value, or safety of the vehicle; or, (c.) a cumulative total of 30 days during which the vehicle is out of service for repair of one or more nonconformities. If you have a car with 6.000 miles the presumption would be that the car would fall under (a) and didn't get satisfactorily fixed the first time. Further, since the Lemon Law only covers new cars, that protection would be lost as well. Needless to say, we were less than impressed and left feeling that the dealer attempted to pull a fast one on us. One could wonder why all the good comments and reviews are from 2011 and since then things are not so great......

We bought our Sorento from here and the whole experience left something to be desired. We did our research before going to the lot. There were two cars we were interested in and we had the stock numbers and everything. We made an appointment with a sales person too. We knew we'd have our baby with us so we wanted to make this process as simple and quick as possible. First of all the sales lady only showed us one car (luckily it was the one we were most interested in anyhow) and would only allow us to test drive it for 3 miles on a predetermined route. Now that I'm writing this is seems like we must have been out of our minds to have bought the car but it is a great vehicle... After we started talking numbers and specifics the process allowed to a crawl. The sales lady would not listen to what we were telling her and consistently made herself seem to be very uneducated about making deals. After we rejected their first offer I asked her to talk with her supervisor and return with their last final best offer. 45 minutes later she came back with another sub-part offer which was rejected. The third offer was close enough, we were tired and ready to be done with them. We bought the car and love it. All in all, the Kia Sorento has been a great car, we love it. Just buy yours elsewhere.

Have purchased a used Toyota SUV from Kia Mall of Georgia 10 months ago. I ask for a carfax report and was given another brand of this report and told "this is what we use". Should have acted on the funny look one salesman gave my salesman when he gave me the report. I ask about the water problem, the seat belt on the drivers side was soaking wet and there was a strange smell in the vehicle. The salesperson told me that the windows had been left down overnight and it has rained (which it had rained). So I chose to believe him and bought the vehicle as it drove very well,Now, having been hit in the real bumper a few weeks ago, I was told by the Toyota Dealer body shop, where I took the SUV to have a new rear bumper put on, that the vehicle had been in a previous accident and had significant damage to real and possible front end. They were looking for a water leak that had show up. I need to say that after buying the suv I had new tail lights put in and that stopped the leak I had found in the real of the vehicle right after buying it. Now I find that it will continue to leak as the stress put on the damage it had before buying it. I emailed the dealership and received NO REPLY. DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER.Had they been honest with me I could recommend them to others who are looking for cars, truck , etc. But as it is, their dishonesty causes me to tell everyone I know of their deceit.

On Nov 26, 2012, I requested a quote for a 2013 Kia Optima LX with the Convenience Plus Package. This package included the Rear Camera Display, Powered Seats, and the UVO Microsoft addition. I was contacted by a salesman by the name of Phillip Hill concerning the vehicle and its availability. At first, the salesman appeared friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and assured that it was on the premises and that I would be able to purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price. We corresponded concerning the vehicle throughout the day and he assured me EVERY TIME that the vehicle was available and the he was being honest and sincere and not misleading. I excitedly drove to the facility from my Atlanta, Ga. (a 45-minute drive) to speak with Phillip Hill about the vehicle and to purchase. However, when I arrived onsite, the vehicle that was displayed to me was not there. Not only did he present an upgraded vehicle (not of my choice), but the vehicle did not have what we specifically agreed upon and of which he SPECIFICALLY STATED WAS AVAILABLE. After again assuring me that this was in fact the vehicle, I pointed out that it was NOT. At that time, Phillip Hill proceeded to look as if he may have pulled the wrong vehicle up and proceeded to walk around the premises in a theatrical way as if to find the vehicle that he assured me of. He then returned and stated that I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE A TOURING PACKAGE FOR THE VEHICLE IN ORDER TO HAVE WHAT WE AGREED AND HE ASSURED WAS ALREADY IN THE VEHICLE. Mr. Phillip Hill plan was to have me make the extensive drive to the facility and then pressure me into a vehicle by intentionally lying and deceiving me into thinking the vehicle was onsite, when in fact he never had the vehicle in his possession. I understand that car salesman aren known for being the most scrupulous or moral, however this code of conduct is unnecessary and egregious. I HIGHLY ADVISE THAT NO ONE PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP OR PHILLIP HILL. The next person they take advantage of could be your sister, father, or child. Let not condone this behavior because it deemed ar for the course

Ok so where to begin... I have purchased three new vechicles from this dealership. First was a 2004 Sorento, no real complaints on that experience. I trade vehicles more often than other folks I suppose (about once every 3 years on average). That first Sorento we traded to this delaership's Dodge parent dealership for a new Durango (needed more space)in 2006. After a few years the wife (both of these were her cars) wanted a new smaller vehicle so we wound up back at the KIA dealership remembering the first pleasant experience. I owned a pontiac Grand-Prix that GM was no longer going to be making that was coming out of warranty so we wound up purchasing two brand new vehicles from KIA MoG at that time, My wife got what she thought was a 2009 Sorento (wound up being a 2008 never sold apparantly)and I got a new 2010 Soul Sport for my Grand Prix. That whole ordeal was really a pain and the bickering back and forth to get a decent price and interest rate took about 2 hours. We ALMOST walked out twice. Finally they got where we needed to be and we signed the paperwork. They then called us back several days later (like 4 or so) to tell us we had to come in and sign new contracts that wound up getting us a lower payment. It wound up being a higher interest rate for a longer term. however they had already "wholesaled" our trade-ins so we had no choice. The SOUL I got rid of becuse it drove horrible and was just a bad move overall on my part. Several months ago (december I think it was) the Wife took the Sorento in for an oil change as we were going out of town and got the complete run-around with the service department. Took almost 3 hours and me calling the service manager from work and him actually coming down to help her himself. Basically the service tech treated my wife with disdain and was very rude with her. Also the paint started flecking up about a year ago on the rocker panels, this was NOT chipping associated with getting in or out of the car or anything as it was happeneing under all 4 doors and the passenger rear side was NEVER used. So we finally get rid of this vechicle a few weeks ago, Ford payed off the Sorento and Kia finanace let us know it had been paid off. So my wife goes to the dealership today finally after numerous unsuccessful phone calls to try to get ahold of the finance manager Natalie Watson (she left a voice mail and sent an email and numerous hours and calls later still had no response). She finally went up to the delaership and gets to speak the the "intermediary" designee by this Natalie chick who told her it would take at least three days to find the paperwork and then 4 to 6 weeks to get our gap coverage refund.My narrative here is very mild compared to the actual treatment and attitudes from these people. I can't believe they are still in business to be honest. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone for anything.

During the next couple weeks, Phil did not pressure us with multiple calls, but was very responsive when we called him back. We finally settled on the RIGHT car for us and closing the deal was easy and we believe we got a great price. Looking forward to continued experiences with Kia Mall of Ga~!

The pleasantness, patience and knowledge of their jobs of the sales, finance and service associates I encountered on my visit "to just look at" KIA vehicles resulted in a purchase. The no-pressure approach of Gerald Johnson made it comfortable for me to test drive three vehicles, as well as explore several pricing possibilities involving trade-ins or not. Natalie's efficiency with the paperwork was outstanding, and I appreciated learning about the extended coverage options. Tommy is the perfect coach to go over the operational side of the vehicle...it looked like so many new electronics to learn from my previous car, but he helped me make sense of all of it. After several months of debating a new car purchase due to high mileage on my vehicle, my father surprises me with a very quick afternoon of "dealership drive bys". Thank goodness it was on Thanksgiving and we had no salesmen to contend with. We could express openly our likes/dislikes and the pros/cons of everything we saw. I left with the knowledge that he was very concerned for my daughter's and my safety if my vehicle were to break down. I started seriously looking on line at local inventories and even stopped in for a few brochures but didn't want to haggle with anyone. So, I decided to see what Carmax had to offer. I spent a whole afternoon and evening between two locations and still did not get to test drive anything like I wanted. I made a list of what I wanted to test drive and then decided on a dealership to visit for that purpose. My 6 year old went with me and we stopped at Kia Mall of Georgia. We were immediatly greeted by Nick, a car salesman, that was not pushy in any way. He listened to my concerns and was eager to let me choose what I wanted to test drive. After the drive which was very informative, he asked if he could get me some numbers and I said yes as I would need to know for comparison purposes in order to make an informed decision. Again, Nick seemed to know when to let me think and was very helpful with keeping my daughter occupied with coloring books or a play room full of toys. Even though it was a Sunday evening and they were not supposed to be open, I drove home with a new car that I was very pleased with and did not feel as if I had been taken advantage of in any way. The following day, I saw Nick and he was just as upbeat and concerned with my purchase as he had been. He introduced me to Tommy for the delivery of my vehicle. Tommy is very knowledgeable and can relate important instructions in a way that you can understand. He is very detailed and makes himself readily available for questions even after you leave the dealership. Was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and respect they show their customers.

My husband and I decided to come to Mall of Georgia Kia after having a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership even though it is farther away from where we live. We instantly liked this dealership when we got there and were greeted by Scott Baker. He was not pushy and listened to our wants/needs about a new vehicle. He went above and beyond to try to get us the best deal on our new car and we were very pleased with the service and the outcome. When he wasn't available to help us, he had Chase Knight quickly come to help and he was also very nice and helpful and seemed up to speed about why were there, which was refreshing. We have been to the Kia Mall of GA dealership twice. Everyone there has been very polite and helpful. We have been working with Rusty Sandberg and he has been awesome. He listens to our wants and needs and gives us advice; he is knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Most important, he is not pushy; many other salespeople have turned us off. We hope to be able to purchase a car from Rusty but we need to wait until our BMW lease is up.

We went to Kia in an emergency situation. My daughter's 7 year old Rio died and she needed something quickly. As a recent college graduate, Chase worked with her to enable her to leave with a new Forte that day. We were in a unique situation because we also had just moved to Georgia so all of our info was from Alabama. The staff was very patient and helpful while we got our Georgia driver's licenses. Chase was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help. To top it all off, my daughter was upset that Atlanta Falcons season tickets were gone (a Kia promotion), but when some more became available, Chase remembered how disappointed she was, called her, and made sure she got some. He is number 1 in her book.I am already discussing our next purchase at Kia Mall of Georgia.

I don't know how great this dealership is because we only had contact with Richie BUT he was laid back and friendly- not pushy knowing that we were only in our initial stages of researching the type of car we wanted to purchase. If you do decide to use this dealership for your next purchase you should call ahead and make sure Richie will be there to be your sales associate. He is amazingly honest and straight forward.

We pulled onto the lot about 6pm Friday evening. Richie greeted me quickly and asked what brought me to Kia Mall of GA, which was refreshing as I'm often ignored at dealerships. I told him about a car (2011 Kia Soul+) I had seen on line that I was interested in seeing. He let me know that that particular car was likely gone, because he knew where it was parked and at a glance could tell (nice knowing where your stock is parked on the lot!!). He took me to another used Kia Soul (2010 Soul!), which may have been the only other used Soul on the lot. He did cover all of the standard/required questions: would I consider new, where was I in my shopping process, did I have my own financing, was I trading in another vehicle, etc....but he asked them all in a very no-pressure manner. He is a real guy, no "leisure suit Larry" used car salesman. He was quick to find the answers to any questions he couldn't answer immediately. Richie had multiple test drive routes prepared depending on traffic (it WAS rush hour), driving habits (commute vs local), and my preference. I let him know I'd be commuting for work (so he suggested his highway test drive Southbound on 985 to avoid traffic). He also didn't mind taking my husband out for his own quick/local streets test drive so we both had the opportunity to try the Soul. Richie showed us to the play room where the children (3yr and 8yr old) could play while we adults discussed the business of buying the car, which we did near the play room not at the desk in the showroom (NICE!!). Negotiations didn't drag on. Since I was prepared to purchase a different vehicle, I had to really think about the price I could pay for the other Soul. Richie really took our family into consideration and even though the process took a few hours (from first on lot, to drive out with car) it wasn't very stressful. The dealership was pretty busy that evening and the delay seemed to be getting to the finance person(s) to sign papers...but most of that time we were in the play room (TV was an option) where Richie would check on us often and bring paperwork back to us to keep things moving. I took the car back Saturday morning to be cleaned up and to finalize the paperwork. The only negative with the experience is that they only had one key and fob and refused to provide a second key because the car was used. I can however purchase my own replacement key for $170+ or purchase the warranty for $300+ that would cover they key and fob. :( All in all a good experience. I have walked away from several dealerships/sales guys over the years. It was great to be able to find a car I wanted at a price I could afford and close the deal with a guy who took good care of me and my family. Richie is a good guy, with a side of humor, at a dealership with a good reputation around town.

I called Scott at 6:15pm from winder and ask if he would wait for us.My wife and I showed up at 6:45pm on saturday evening, they close at 7:00. The car was for her so she and scott test drove the 2010 kia optima. Scott had e-mailed me a couple of cars he had with a price already. We know how much the dealer wanted. There was no back and forth like other dealers. Scott Baker stayed late for us and worked the deal. The whole process took about an hour.SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND HEADACHES AND CALL SCOTT AT KIA MALL OF GEORGIA.SCOTT WILL GIVE YOU HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT HIM AND HE WILL ANSWER EVERYTIME. THAT IS UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS. RATE THIS DEALER AN 11 OUT OF 10.

My week has been terrible. I have a wife in the hospital and one of my cars died. I was apprehensive about going to a dealership, working with a salesman, financing,etc.Pretty much dreading it all the way there. The staff changed my mind entirely. The salesman Richie worked with me and never showed any annoyance at my questions, concerns,etc. Greg worked with me to get the maximum amount of service coverage and bang for my buck. Tommy went over the car and its workings. He never tried to hurry me out even though it was approaching their go home time. The manager was friendly and made himself available to speak with me before I left with my new car.These guys have restored my faith in car buying and the next time I'm in the market I'll be heading their way.

This dealership was great! Everyone from the salesman to the manager was so helpful. Rex was very patient as I shopped for a new minivan with my 8 week old son. The finance manager was very diligent in obtaining the price suited to my budget. The customer service manager, Tommy, was so through in the delivery of my new car. They returned my check (and my trade in) without any hassle and are now helping me find another vehicle. After owning luxury imports and almost every make of car imaginable, I can't believe that I actually am anxious to rate my 2011 Kia Optima! The car has exceeded all expectations for fuel mileage, comfort, features, quality and it looks great. My experience with Kia Mall of Georgia has also exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout the entire purchase process, I was treated exceptionally well and have been contacted several times to make sure I was satisfied. We were invited to their new owner's clinic where we were introduced to the parts and service staff, given an overview of the vehicle's features and were given the opportunity to ask questions. It's rare to experience excellent customer service these days but it's alive and well at Kia Mall of Georgia- I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Chase was very helpful and patient with all my questions and I felt no pressure at all. Natalie also, was very patient with my many questions and made the financial end of the experience actually fun.The price was quite reasonable, as well.Overall, the experience of purchasing a car at Kia Mall of Georgia was very pleasant and I would absolutely recommend this dealership!

We arrived late on Saturday night to see if Kia Mall of Georgia had a car that we'd be interested in. The salesman that we dealt with was very friendly and very up front with us. He did not try to pressure us, and he didn't try to hide anything from us. We took a test drive, and we loved the car. We got a great rate with no hassle, and we received free hawks tickets just for the test drive. I would definitrely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found a car I liked on the lot and drove it home a couple of hours later. There was no heavy handed sales or pressure. I started with Scott (dealer) then Chase finalized the deal. Both were very professional and courteous. It was a great experience. I will definitely buy there again.

The saleperson was not pushy at all, which is one reason I do not usually like going to the dealer lot, once you get out of your car they want to pounce.Chase Knight at Kia Mall of Georgia is not like that at all. I did not buy a car from these guys and I'm glad I didn't. I was quoted a price as a "drive out" which should include taxes and fees. Not only did it not include the taxes and fees, but they tried to charge me over $1000 for crap they installed on the car. I didn't even test drive the car there because I was so put off by the service.

The finance guy was the most rude person I have ever met. He never even introduced himself to us and he used terrible language the entire time. After sitting at this dealership for six hours and bringing everything they asked for including trade in and $2000, he told us we needed $2000 more---are you kidding me? We drove 5 minutes down the road and had a newer car within 45 minutes. Don't bother with these clowns!

Terrible Place to do business. I bought a car from the dealership and had a 2 hour one way trip. The salesman that I spoke with had promised a full tank of gas and a certain trade-in price for the car I owned. When I got there the offered 3000 less than what I was offered on the phone!!! I sold the car indepently, and the car that I wanted was still there. I set up the trade and go to get the car. They then tell me against policy to fill up a car. I spoke with a manager and the manager made the salesman fill the car up for me. As if I had not had enough trouble with the dealership, a month passed and they still had not sent in a title for the car. With me being so far away it was hard to go speak and get the matter straightend out in person and had to make a million phone calls and wait on my title, which came two weeks after the 30 day tag whent dead. Terrible customer service, and terrible salesmen. Do Not do bussiness with Kevin Lake.

At every turn, I have been disappointed with the level of customer service. The finance director was rude when I objected to signing a "privacy statement" authorizing the dealership to share my personal private information with unrelated 3rd parties. He told me it was a state form (which it is not), and that it was required for the sale (which obviously, it was not). He also bluntly asked me where I got my money when I told him I was paying with a personal check. And while I eventually understood why he asked the question, his manner was offensive. I paid with a personal check, which has delayed my title paperwork by an additional 10+ days, of which I wasn't told, even though the dealership had my funds on the day the check was presented to my banking institution, three days after the sale. I still have no title registered with the state of Georgia after three weeks. Today Brenda, the office manager refused to have someone from her staff follow up with me daily to let me know the status of my title registration with the state, even though she knew I was concerned and unhappy with the dealership. She said they were too busy.

Complete Jerks to deal with. Will never recommend them and have made sure every one I know hears about how they treated me. Unprofessional, Lip service with no action, Management is only concerned about covering their own butt. The attitude starts at the top with the General Sales manager.
