I had my first oil change at Kia of Anderson after purchasing my 2021 Kia Soul. I was very pleased. The procedure was done in a timely manner and everyone was pleasant and professional. While I was told that my first two oil changes would be free I fully expected that there would be some hidden cost. Not so. My balance was zero. In addition they checked the whole car. I was more than happy with the whole experience, especially with how quickly the work was done.

This was the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was super friendly and made the process enjoyable. Jesse Brasher kept me updated from the time the vehicle made it on the lot up until I made the decision to drive 2.5 hours to purchase it. He took the time to answer my many questions and sent photos of the vehicle on the lot. One big deciding factor for me was that they weren’t marking their vehicles up due to the shortage which was a huge plus considering markups have been anywhere from $4k - $9k over MSRP. 1000% recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Kia of Anderson and ask for Jesse!

I live in Atlanta GA and I was in the market for a used Ford Ranger. In Atlanta it's been challenging at best to find one that would be in my price range and be in a condition that I would accept. The Ranger that Kia of Anderson had in stock checked both of those boxes based on the advertisement. I called the dealer and spoke with Jesse, who was very upfront with the details of the ranger (both good and bad). I attempted to put a deposit for the Ranger over the phone, but was informed that on pre-owned vehicles that was no longer available since the inventory was so low and they are now first come first serve. I asked Jesse to text me if anyone looked at the Ranger, and call if they decided to buy since I then drove to the dealership knowing that other customers may arrive before I did. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Brandon who called for Jesse. Thankfully the truck was still there but Jesse was out of the office at the time so Brandon took it upon himself to show the truck and let me test drive. Brandon was professional and courteous. Jesse returned and he finished the car purchase. The truck was just as described by Jesse, with no surprises. All of the people of Kia of Anderson that I came in contact with were great and made the purchase experience an enjoyable one. Much appreciated

My experience with Kia of Anderson was fantastic. Brandon Nodine and the staff went above and beyond for me and never made me feel like they were giving me the typical car sales pitch! Of all of the Kia dealerships I went to in the upstate while looking for a new SUV, this one was the farthest from me, but the drive is worth it to get the level of service I did. No other dealerships I went to compared. I really can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. And it always feels good to support a family owned dealership! I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Purchased new 2012 Kia Optima at this dealership. Couldn't negotiate much on price. Can't say enough about the excellent scheduled service appointments that have been done. Fast service, fair pricing, excellent facility and nice people all around. Had no problem having an oil/filter change done on a walk-in basis one day when a long distance trip suddenly came up. This is a great dealership!

I went into KIA to finance a car. I was asking the salesman questions and most she ignored me and wouldn't even look at me. She payed attention to her computer and cell phone. She then wanted to run our credit . They ran it and then sent it to multiple banks ... She disappeared into another office and wouldn't even let us know any details on what we were waiting on. My fiance stepped over to that office to see what we were waiting on and she rudely told him they were looking for banks to finance our loan. She said it will take a while so we could leave and she'd call us. well she never called us. We called her and she rudely said call back the next day . Never got an answer about which bank would finance us. So our credit was ran a ton of times for no reason.which as everyone knows that's hurts your credit. So now if we use another dealership, They will have to run it a bunch too. I am very displeased they wasted our time and hurt our credit for no reason. If they didn't want to sell us a car because whatever was on her computer or her personal life was more important that's all she had to say. We would have went elsewhere. Why even take a client if you won't pay attention to their questions , won't get off your a** to show your client the inventory, and will run their credit a bunch and not even give them a answer. I went up there to look at a kia with my nephew. He is in the Air Force and I didn't want him screwed over by dealerships around his airbase. Without any credit yet they said he needed a co-signer in order to get it. I repeatedly asked the salesperson, Presley, if I co-signed would it show up on my credit due to me planning on buying a car this week. She repeatedly said it wouldn't unless I took over the loan. I agreed to co-sign. I asked the finance person repeatedly the same thing. She also said it wouldn't show on my credit report. Went to buy my car today and was turned down due to already having a car loan. Went back to dealership and the finance person denied that I even asked even though I have 3 witnesses that were in there. These people will lie to anyone in order to make a deal.

I had been in contact with the Anderson Kia from out of town searching for a specific used car/color. I had contacted the dealership about it and some time passed. Chelsea called me to follow up on the vehicle and I thought that if it was the same vehicle I remembered (I had called quite a few dealerships), it had been a prior rental. While talking, I specifically asked if the unit had been a prior lease/rental and was told no, only driven by owner's wife. While reviewing the vehicles available online again, I checked the Carfax to find that in fact it had been a rental for the majority of the 16,000 miles on it. This is not necessarily a huge issue but the fact that it was not in a rental fleet would have made it appeal to me MUCH more and I would have been HUGELY upset to make a deal and travel 800 miles to purchase the car under "false" assumptions. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but in this situation, the question should NOT have been answered unless there was 100% certainty. At least that's how I would have done business.

BUT...................aside from Jim in the service center and a couple sales people, it's the worst dealership i've ever dealt with. They have had my car for over 3 months in this last year...1 due to the car being a lemon and 2, because they miss standard things that should be checked before returning a car to a customer, which have lead to probably a dozen visits and yes, my car STILL HAS ISSUESThe owner gets rave compliments...yeah, if you are giving him money, but if you have a problem, he doesn't answer letters, phone calls or emails, promises deals to 'make you smile' but then goes back on his word.Oh and if you need to deal with Randy...expect total bs, stupid comments and chauvinistic treatment if you are a woman! Sorry, but i expect actual mechanical knowledge coming for the service department.I wouldn't wish our experiences with this place or the corp on my worst enemy, and they surely have not done anything for this loyal customer to be keeping us as futureTrust me to tell you to take your problematic car elsewhere, i surely will be in future

In May 2014 I bought a new Kia Optima hybrid from this dealership. Now I drove 2 1/2 hours from the other side of Atlanta to the dealership. You may ask yourself why did I traveled this for to buy a car. The answer is simply this is the best dealership that I could find that would give me a good honest pricing and did not try to rip me off by adding extras to the car and charging me for them. Other dealerships around Atlanta, which I guess there's about fifty, tried to jack up their pricing in order to get me to buy the car at a higher price. This dealership did not try any of that nonsense.The car that I purchased had issues with the navigation system which I did not notice until I drove it home. It did not have updated maps. Now the dealership did not build this car they only received it from Kia to sell. However the owner of the dealership made it very apparent that he wanted to take care of his customers. He instructed the service manager, Randy, to upgrade the navigation system at their cost. Usually this is not done and the customer has to pay out-of-pocket for any upgrades to the navigation system. However since I had just bought the car the owner made it right. I also had some issues with the paint being scratched in several places on the vehicle. I did not notice that either until I got it home. I am not sure what caused this and neither is the dealership. However the owner also authorized this to be corrected and it was to my satisfaction. The car looks like a show room vehicle now.I cannot say enough about the personnel that I had to deal with at the dealership. Kevin Thompson, Parts and Service Director, was very instrumental in getting me taken care of while I was at the dealership. He inform the owner Jeff of the issues and the two of them worked it out so that I could get my car serviced and these issues taken of care of. Randy, the service manager was also extremely helpful in coordinating with me getting service and making sure that they had the proper equipment to install the upgrades for the navigation system. Randy also made arrangements for me to have transportation while I was in the dealership because I had traveled so far away and it was going to take several hours to repair the vehicle.If you're reading this review and you are trying to decide if this is dealership you need to purchase your vehicle from then I would suggest that you go buy there and talk to these folks and find out for yourself that they are the best dealership within Georgia or South Carolina. I am very pleased that I bought my vehicle from this dealership. I have purchased many cars throughout my life and this is the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. And if you decide to buy from this dealership I feel that it will be your best experience as well.

i could not have had a better salesperson than Rana Qasem. She knew the answer to all of my questions that I had to ask. The whole staff was very friendly. They work very hard to try and get you into the car you want. and at the price you want. They are for the customer. I would recommend Kia of Anderson to anyone. My parents were car shopping and asked me and my college-age daughter to go with them to look at "the place they always trade". So we rode up to "the place" and was met by a "sales" man who did not seem the least bit interested in selling us a vehicle. My parents gave the salesman their price range & he walked around the parking lot mumbling words he read off a piece of paper about the price of different vehicles. My daughter whispered - "we should go to Kia" (she drives a 2009 Kia Spectra I bought from Kia of Anderson 3 years ago). So we left and came to Kia of Anderson. As soon as we arrived Kelso Rutledge greeted us in the parking lot as if we were old friends. He listened to what we were interested in and immediately told us Kia wanted to put us in a vehicle with the best price - hands down. And that is exactly what happened. My parents are THRILLED with their new 2011 Kia Sorento. Kia of Anderson acted like they wanted our business and treated us like royalty.

We gave our rating based on how Rana helped us in getting our new car. We told her we wanted a light color or white with light interior, and we needed to stay within a certain budget. After traditional financing was two high she said to meet her at SC Credit union because she belived they could help when others wanted higher interest, we told her ok so we met her there on Monday morning. Well we got a very low interest rate and she picked the perfect car a 2014 White with a light interior Forte Sedan. We love it and told her she picked what we would have picked! She listened to what we said and did a great job getting us this car. We believe this dealership cares about what the customer wants and can afford. I had already thought about the car I would like to have and what price range I could afford. My husband and I woke up one morning and decided we'd go car browsing. We didn't expect to buy anything. We pulled up to the KIA of Anderson store. Immediately, a man walked out. He was friendly, energetic, and extremely helpful. Going by what we were looking for, he knew exactly what we needed. Because of our less than perfect credit, we were not expecting to be approved for a new vehicle. He and the business manager worked very hard to get us approved. We were placed in a 2011 Kia Sorento, which we absolutely LOVE!!! For the first time, I don't worry about getting into an accident and my children getting hurt. This is probably the safest, strongest built car I have ever driven. The loan approval and the signing of papers did not take very long at all. It seems we were in and out in no time. Kelso, our salesman, even threw in a new set of wheels, which they placed on the car themselves, and provided us with a full tank of gas. He even bought my kids candy while at the store filling up the gas tank. I would definitely recommend this store and the salesperson. I've never had an experience like this buying a car. Kelso was very helpful and knowledgeable, He and the whole finance department worked with us very hard to get the payment down to where it would work for us. This is my second car purchased here in the past year. I came in to have service on my car and ended up looking again. Found the one I wanted the first time, and drove it home that night to check it out to make sure it was what I wanted. Brought it back the next day, signed the papers worked out a deal and am now driving home MY car! Kelso really helped get me in the car, working with Mike, Jeff, and Steve to make it happen. My husband & I have now purchased our 3rd Kia Sorento in 2012. We have had nothing but great assistance from the staff at Kia of Anderson. The staff was as determined to put me into the vehicle I wanted as well. At Kia of Anderson your not just a sale, they remember your face and experience and are determined to keep you a happy Kia customer. They have stayed late and have meet us in another county to sign papers because of my husbands crazy work schedule. They DID go above & beyond for me & my family!As for the service dept, they are as awesome as the sales staff. They are fun to work with and make each trip to Kia worth making! They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy.The dealership has always been clean. There is always fresh donuts and coffee on hand. My kids love to visit the play room as well.

My wife has been ready to get out of the "mini-van mom" phase for a while, so we took her 2005 Sedona to Kia of Anderson looking for the solution to that problem. From the time we set foot on the lot to the second we drove away in our new 2013 Optima LX, we never felt like we were buying a car. Rather, it felt like we sat down in a nice restaurant and ordered a car, and the staff did everything they could to ensure our order was exactly what we wanted to have. There was no pressure, no abusive marketing, bait & switch, or any of the typical things you expect when entering a dealership. LJ, our salesman, was very friendly and respectful, talking more about funny things our families do than how we "really need to buy now or we'll miss out" that you usually get. He took the time to explain everything about our new car specifically to my wife and not me, which meant alot since it is her car to begin with. The last car we bought for her, the sales and finance people all but acted like she wasn't even in the room so this was a very welcome change. Steve in finance was upfront and honest about everything he could and could not do for us. There were no games played with the numbers, things added in one place to be subtracted in the other, just an honest "here's the price, here's the payments" deal. I am a lifetime customer so long as this dealership is in business with an experience like this. My son will be driving soon and you can bet this is where his first car will come from.Scott H

We have bought alot of cars in 40 years and this had to be the best car salespeople experience we have ever had. The people were so friendly and helpful. Kelso met us as soon as we arrived and was so helpful and promised to get us a car.They had the car we wanted and thanks to Kelso and Mike we got a GREAT DEAL!Scott Penland so was helpful on the internet and he talked with us while the car was serviced.Mike in Finance was very courteous and explained everything so well.It did not take long and we are home with the car I really wanted.The cars are such a great buy also. Excellent service from start to finish... would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kelso Rutledge(the salesman). Kelso had everything ready and waiting when I got there even my cold MT.Dew LOL. HE has a very nice personality and a smile that would light up Pendleton, but the most important thing is that he took the time to show me every little detail about the Sedona we bought. If you're looking for a new vehicle go by and check them out..just ask for Kelso and tell him I said hi.

He negotiated reasonably on the final OTD price of the car and overall he listened to what we had to say and did he job completely as well as making sure his customers were satisfied.

I went with a certain model in mind (the Soul)anticipating finding a used one at a reasonable price. Kelso showed me what I was looking for, but also offered the larger Sorento, which I thought I probably could not afford but ended up buying the Sorento. Even though I spent more than I expected, I also got a bigger, more comfortable vehicle than I expected. That was a good thing! We returned to the dealership to have leather seats exchanged for the cloth ones. It took a bit longer than I thought it should have but I'm totally satisfied with the leather. It made a world of difference in the appearance of the interior. My experience so far with the sales, finance, and service staff has been very good. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Anderson to my friends, and Kelso Rutledge too. This was probably the most satisfying, least stressful car-buying adventure I've ever had. Oh, I forgot to mention the super hot sports car --Kia Optima--that they let me use while my seats were being exchanged. I was the coolest granny in the parking lot.

I went into Kia of anderson a month ago just looking to upgrade my Kia, We started working with Kelso at this point. He couldn't find the vehicle that we was looking to get financed. A month later he called us out of the blue and told us that he found the vehicle that we was looking for and could get us the financing that we needed. He was a man of his word. He not only got us the vehicle, but dropped our payment almost 70 dollars. This is a dealer that I WILL be using in the future.

I bought a new Kia Sorento yesterday from Kia of Anderson. Since I bought my first new car in 1973, I've bought more than a dozen new cars at various places in the southeast. The experience yesterday had to be the most pleasant, most problem-free, most relaxed of all of those buying experiences. Kelso was friendly, polite,pleasant, and very knowledgable. He knew the car and was able to explain all of its features. The finance person I worked with was also very competent and pleasant. There was no pressure at all and I saw no games being played. The car was detailed better than any new car I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and assuming the car proves to be as good and reliable as I think it will be, I will go back there myself.

Alan Tighe (Mate) was espectially effective as a salesperson. He answered all of our questions clearily and completely with never any high pressure. We could tell that he was excited about his product and very knowledgeable.Don Evatt made the financeing of the car easy and pain-free. He too was knowledgable and easy to deal with, again answering all of our questions completely and making that part of our purchasing experience relaxed and non-stressful.Jeff Hawkins we beleive sets the tone for the entire dealership - again never high pressure, just confident in his product and very pleasant. We believe that he sets the tone for the whole dealership.Tricia Keithly was most pleasant helpful exlaining all of the "bells and whistles" of our new vehicle, particularly the Blue Tooth part.All in all, we would give this dealership a "thumbs up" and four star rating!!

We started searching for a car Monday, Memorial Day, for my 16 year old daughter. We went to your dealership first. Then to all the other Anderson dealers, then Easley. Tuesday, we realized the best service/experience we had was at your store. Josh Wood said it would be stress free and it was! He showed us several cars, answered my many questions and guaranteed we would get a great deal. And we did. I will recommend Kia of Anderson and Josh Wood to my family and friends. I did not feel pressured. I wanted a safe car for my daughter. The 2013 Rio5 is perfect. I had prayed for God to help me find a good, safe car. He answered my prayers! Reagan was born with a cataract. We traveled to Emory University from age 6 weeks until she was 10. 90 visits, 3 eye surgeries, 10 years of eye patching for 6 hours a day. The doctors said she would never drive. Last week she got her drivers license. This week a car. God is good! Im especially pleased with the back up camera. Her vision is 20/40 - 20/60. She can see well out of the car. Today was more than just a new car. Today was like winning the gold medal in the Olympics! Thank you for a great experience. For the price, the car is loaded. Safe. Economical. Fun to drive. We drove Scion iQ, a Cube, and the Kia Rio5 ECO. We also looked at Toyota Yaris, Ford Fiesta, Mazdas and Nissans and Mitibishi. We went to 10 dealerships. After comparing Internet info, car specs, the best vehicle and best price was Kia of Anderson. We visited another Kia store and they didn't have the newest 2013. Thanks AgainDonna Richey

After visiting several other KIA dealerships in Greenville, SC and the surrounding area, I stopped by KIA of Anderson where I left with a 2012 KIA RIO SX 5 Door. My salesman Josh Wood was very enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, and best of all, he didn't apply any pressure. We went on two thorough test drives before I decided to buy the car.There were of course negotiations with Jeff Hawkins, the GM, but once again, there was no pressure applied. Both Jeff and Josh were extremely helpful, friendly, and offered to do anything reasonable I asked. Their finance manager, Russell Ratcliff, was easy to work with and very competent. In sum, I couldn't ask for better treatment at a car dealership.After the sale was completed and I picked up my brand new RIO, Josh advised the Service Department would call me in about 90 days to set up an appointment when they will inspect the car and ensure everything is working properly. I thought that was a very nice touch. In addition, Josh told me their service department does excellent work and takes great pride in the quality of their service. I'll find out and update my review.KIA of Anderson is a long way from where I live, about a 30 minute drive, but I'm so glad I decided to visit their well maintained and extremely friendly dealership. As for my new car, I'm thrilled with my 2012 5 Door KIA RIO SX model.

Excellent no haggle experience, Trish allowed us to look at and test drive vehicles over a 4 month period without the typical car dealer sales experience. Trish followed up with me when a vehicle was delivered to see if i was interested but without any pressure. Jeff Hawkins is very pleasant and ensured we were happy with every detail of the buying experience. Jeff was willing to and did do all he could to provide the best service and numbers. All the staff at the dealer have been friendly and offered assistance. Lamont Johnson who was not out sales person was still a knowledgeable, helpful and genuine person to speak with about the car.
