Steve Sellers, our sales manager, was terrific. Also, the gentleman who prepared/detailed our SUV just before we took it HMS was quite nice. He also did a fine job. That work is under appreciated and I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention to his name. Please recognize and thank him for us! JR was also great! Just a very pleasant experience all around!

I was actually there at the Dealership looking at a couple 2013 Optimas. I talk to Sales Rep Tom Altheide and he said that I could lease a new Optima for about the same payment a 2013 would be. I had never leased before but Tom and J R walked me through what a lease entails and I leased a 2015 Kia Optima. Great people there at KIA of Canton!

Steve and his partner have serviced my 2011 Sorrento ever since I purchased it. The service has always been exceptional every time. The accommodate me in every way, drive me back to my work, finish on time, at the price promised and always wash the car. Waiting area very pleasant. I really cant think of anything else I could want short of cherry pie and ice cream.....

I just leased my second Kia Forte. Before I leased, I bought a Kia Spectra that I had for 10 years. This is my third Kia Vehicle. I have liked the Kia vehicles since I bought my first one. I have recommended Kia to my associates at work and one of them leased a Kia for that reason. Tom from the Sales Department helped me with my Kia this time and was very cordial and friendly. I leased my first Forte from J.R, who came over to Tom's desk when I came in to lease again. A very friendly staff in every department. The service with Kia is terrific as well. I have never had a better car buying or service experience better than I have with my Kia vehicles. I recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you all for your service and friendly atmosphere. I will be back for another one at the end of my lease!!!

I'd been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, so I went back to Kia of Canton on a whim. I bought my 2006 Spectra from them new. When I checked online, they seemed to have some pretty good deals, rebates, etc. so I thought I'd try my luck. Brian reached out to me initially regarding my online application, which was quickly followed up by a phone call from Bob saying "youre all set, when can you come in?. I went in that night around 7pm; test drove two vehicles and selected the 2016 Soul. After JR and I finished the paperwork; I drove off a little after 9pm in my new 2016 Soul! I appreciate Kia of Canton for their great customer service, attention to detail, and their genuine care and concern shown throughout the entire process. Brian, Bob and JR.YOURE THE BEST!

Came in just browsing never thinking I would be able to buy a brand new 2016 car. Tom was my salesman and we sat down and he showed me every option from buying a used to buying a new car. Tom was excellent in walking me through all my options and making sure I was 100% comfortable with my decision. I met with JR to do my paperwork and again he was amazing. He explained all my options to protect my new car and explained in a way I understood and felt comfortable that the extended warranty program I chose was not a hoax but a affordable way to ensure my new Soul is completely covered. The whole team was friendly and made me feel at home which was a pleasant change from the other dealerships I visited. I went to a few other dealers before I made my way to Kia of Canton and I felt like I was just a bother and the whole sales pitch felt very mechanical and forced. I would recommend anyone that thinks their "situation" would prevent them from buying a new car go see the guys at Kia of Canton. They are truly miracle workers and passionate about their customers and their jobs. Thank you Tom,my salesman, JR my finance guy, and Bob the general manager for making this a truly wonderful experience.

I just purchased a 2016 Kia Soul. It was a long process but they went through leaps and bounds for me. Only problem is that when my insurance company called to get certain documents and nobody was able to send them for at least 4 - 5 days. Took for me to do it personally out of my busy schedule. Only problem that I had with them.

JR Kennedy was our salesman and he was very helpful, upfront, and fair with our purchase of our 2015 Optima. He did not pressure us at all (no upselling) and the financing terms (and vehicle price) were very competitive. JR was very knowledgeable and followed up after the sale. I have gone to Kia of Canton in the past for service they have always been excellent and their pricing is competitive (I have brought an older Kia vehicle in for service over the years). I am very happy with everything from the quality of the products to the personnel at the Canton dealership.

I was asked to submit a deposit amount without getting terms from there finance company. That should have been red flag number one. The kicker was when Mr. Sellers told me to come down and pick out a color I was all set that was a very sad lie. I would tell you to steer clear of this very large headache. I will waste no more time on them. Bye

Second time they have lied about rotating my tires,even though they put on the work form it had been done.Steve said WELL] its free anyway..Daaaaaaaaa.They are not customer friendly.As I sat in the waiting area,one of the service guys told a customer,it would cost $37.00 to change the air filter/that started a bidding war. The guy got it for $10.00 less. .L IKE A GARAGE SALE??????There service prices are much higher than other kia dealers.Dont take my word for it CALL other dealers.They are VERY unprofessional,...they showed no concerns about being caught in a lie.How did I catch them?? I marked my left front tire..Its a very HOSTILE environment...To bad,I love my kia sorento.. Will not return to this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You need to be able to trust you dealer..There were other problems,that I should not had to contend with//IT TAKES THE FUN OUT OF A NEW CARNOTE:ANNA IS FANTASTIC11

I'm super happy with the process that I went through to get my 2010 Kia Soul. With what most people would refer to as "not the best credit", I'm used to being told "no" quite a bit. The folks at Kia of Canton got me in an awesome car and were able to work through the credit problems that most people aren't even willing to look twice at, and they did it all with a smile. Had a great experience when purchasing a used Kia Soul at this dealer. With a growing number of people with not-so-great credit profiles, it's hard sometimes to get a dealer that will take the time to get you in a good car while working around the problems you may have. The customer service is friendly from everyone I worked with at the dealership, and I'd gladly go there the next time I'm in the market for a car.

This is the best place to go if you have no clue about car's my salesman JR was very patient and work with me they are the best I left with a new car though I was shopping for a used car because I'm on a budget but JR was able to put me in a new car they are very good I just recommend a friend to go there for her car and I will continue to recommend this dealer

I don't know how anyone could give this dealership a poor review. My first impression was wonderful. I wasn't planning on buying a car when I went, but wanted to test drive the Kia Soul. The first salesman I met was JR and there was no pressure at all. I asked questions and he asked questions. I liked 2 cars. A new Kia Soul 2013 and a Kia Soul 2010. JR worked with me from beginning to end with no pressure and I left there with a 2010 Kia Soul that I love. But more than anything between Jr and the whole dealership they worked with me and I am a happy customer. I have recommened this dealership to my friend because in this day and age they are really willing to work with you and when you leave that want to happy. I'm happy.

I LOVE this dealership! Where can I begin to say what a wonderful place this is to go??!? Every time I call or go in, the staff treat me with such respect! They get me any appointment needed promptly and are very quick to service my vehicle. Every time I walk in or call, Anne is so friendly and helpful! Steve in service helps me and treats me like a family member. He listens to my concerns, addresses any safety issues before anything could ever happen to my car and takes the time to explain everything to me. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! I purchase my car from Kia last year and the car is a GMC product. The though that this car is not make by Kia the service they gave to my car is wonderful. I will be getting my next car and it will be a KIa brand I love the Car I have seen in they lots so classy.The cashiers Anne was so helpful making me feel at home when i was getting my oil change. the employee at Kia make you feel very welcome.

Absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Customer satisfaction is #1. Never had any problems. Everyone from the cashier to owner is friendly and treats you as if you were a family member. Service is excellent. Our family has owned 4 Kias and we love them. The next car we buy will be a Kia from this dealership. I definitely recommend them.

I visited this Kia dealership because I received a eyin the mail for a potential free vehicle and I also wanted to test drive the Kia Soul. When I arrived a salesmen rushed up and extorted busy but don talk to anyone else because they will lie and not give you a good deal I waited and another salesperson person approached me, but lakemanaged to interject have already talked to her!! Next I was asked to surrender my driver license so the young salesman could copy it. just came to see if my key fits I told him. I did get to see the vehicle of interest Kia Soul (used). an I get a seat heater?I asked. I could not hear his mumbled reply. My friend told me he said o, the seats are too cheap and the heater will burn them up.After review of the cargo space a major consideration for my use I decided this vehicle was not a viable choice. I then was shown a couple of used cars of no interest Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrain. et me try my key I was taken to a row of 20/30 vehicles and was told to try his one It was unmarked from all the other vehicles (you might expect a ribbon or bow adornment). It did not fit. I am skeptical this was the iftvehicle or if there was a gift vehicle! Finally, I was to receive a free gift for my visit ($5 Wal-Mart gift certificate I learned). He left and returned after a five minute wait. orry, we are all out of them. You will have to come back on Monday and but Il give you three for going out of your way. Yeah, right. I have heard good things about the vehicles from Korea. Stay away from this dealership. Ms Seymour

We had a financing deal lined up with our bank, but they found us a much better rate and were able to bundle in a warranty on the car.
