My usual routine when looking for a new automobile is to visit most dealers that had the type of vehicle I wanted. This search was unique. Your dealership was the second one I visited. I had no need to search further. I drove off that evening with my Sedoma.

Usually buying a new car seems to be an arduous task with lots of pressure from the salesman - not so at KIA. A great experience - all the staff are friendly and helpful. All questions answered & the whole process was done in great time. Definitely would buy again and glad they will be able to service both the vehicle we bought as well as the pickup we already own. Can't recommend this business enough!!!!!

A week ago I had the oil changed and it seems I was forgotten. So I had to call the service dept. 9:30 to 2:00 plus another hour waiting for courtesy vehicle to pick me up was a long time compared to those who were waiting at Kia's. Few days later, I had the cowl of the same vehicle replaced. This time I waited at Kia's and the job was done immediately!

I thought i wanted the Sapphire blue, however when none was available, Bryan searched and found the Urban blue...which is gorgeous!! I like the convenience of scheduling service online. My 2005 KIA Sorento was due for an oil change, and the dashboard light switch was broken. CJ checked me in when I arrived and was very pleasant. He called 3 hours later to tell me my vehicle was ready. My experience was smooth and uneventful, the way I like things to operate. Thank you, CJ & Kia service dept. I love my Sorento. It's been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned, never needing any repairs other than routine maintenance. Whenever I'm in need of a new vehicle, I will definitely purchase another Sorento.

I was taken care of right away when I drooped my vehicle off. I was called to let me know that my oil change was done, the recall was taken care of and that they had to order to parts, and that they were both under warranty, and to asked if I wanted some additives added to my gas and oil. I told them to go ahead, they finished everything up washed it and called to let me know it was done. Had someone come pick me up and take me to Kia. I also would like you to know you have very nice men as your courtesy drives.

Our salesman, Ed, was helpful and courteous. When we showed up on his night off they offered to call him in and when we said no one of the other salesmen, other Ed, jumped in and helped us. They appear to work together and refer to themselves as "family".Bill the finance manager did his part by actually working a deal we felt good about.This is the 3rd car our family has purchased from Kia of Cheyenne over the last 3 years. The fact that we returned to your dealership speaks volumes. The service department has been great over those years as well and it is nice to recognized and called by name when you show up for your appointment.In many businesses "customer service" feels like it has become an inconvienence, we don't feel that way here.

The staff was very friendly and sympathetic to my plight. (I broke down in the middle of Wyoming and ended up having to be towed from Rawlins to Cheyenne to see about getting my Kia Sorento fixed. The cost of getting it fixed, as I had already had 3 major repairs within a year, caused me to think of purchasing a car.) They got me approved and out the door so the next day I could continue my trip back to California.

Jeremy is always very pleasant when I call to make an appointment. He is also very professional and very nice and makes sure I know everything that's going on. The waiting room is clean and pleasant, my kids were given popcorn and I was offered soda. This made the wait more comfortable. The service crew finished my oil change and vacuumed my floors per my request in a timely manner. My car was returned to me in fine condition.

I always feel it is important to shop in your local community whenever possible. KIA of Cheyenne and especially Brian's honest service and care help make that choice easy for me. This is the third car I have personally bought from KIA, while working only with Brian. My imidiate family has purchased 5 cars from KIA of Cheyenne also working closely with Brian. Clear and informative about what repairs and maintenance was needed for my vehicle. Very accommodating with snacks and drinks as well as providing transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. Employees were polite and friendly; I felt comfortable being around them. After repairs were complete, they took the time to explain what work had been done and walked me to my vehicle to make sure all was to my satisfaction.

Due to a very negative experience at a 'quick lube' facility, it was necessary to have my vehicle checked over and a thorough inspection conducted. The staff reassured me of the qualifications of the service department and that, in itself, gave me peace of mind. The customer service I experienced was outstanding and I will only be servicing my vehicle at this facility from now on.

The people I dealt with at the counter were very nice. They were very quick with my oil change and tire rotation. They have a very nice lounge area where I was able to wait. Plus, I had a coupon that made it very reasonably priced and, my car came back to me washed and looking beautiful!

I HATE buying cars. I prepared myself to do battle. As it turned out, weeks of fretting over this chore were in vain. Ed treated us as welcomed guests. He NEVER said anything but yes. Bill was extremely gracious. We couldn't have picked better people--we always felt they were with us.

Marty provided a brilliant example of customer service. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was going on with my car and resolved the issue in 1 day.
