I needed a headlight bulb replaced on my wives (Deena) 2010 Kia Soul, front passenger side. This action should have taken no more than 10 minutes to complete. I would have done it myself except there is a small unusual bracket to move and replace when changing the bulb – so I thought I would leave it to the “experts”. I attempted 3 times to contact the Service Department at Kia of Clarksville and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent an Email and received an automatic reply indicating they would contact me for a service appointment – they did not. This information was provided to the service representative when I checked in. I had to physically go to the service department and schedule an appointment to bring back the vehicle to get the bulb replaced – which I did. That appointment was for 3:00 pm on 12 October 2021. I arrived a little early, 2:55 pm to check in. I checked in at the service counter and went to the customer waiting area. I left Kia of Clarksville at 4:47 (this can be verified by the payment slip). This means it took Kia of Clarksville Service nearly 2 hours to replace a bulb in a Kia Soul – even when you receive an appointment. I also noticed on the work order that the service department provided me that it indicated I arrived later than I did (15:08) and that I left earlier than I did (16:00). So did they keep me waiting in the customer area for an additional 47 minutes before telling me the work was complete? So the upfront service to make the appointment was poor. No one answering the phone or returning Emails. The time necessary to do this simple job was poor. It was a simple job. Even out the door service to pay was poor – it appears they made me wait even after the work was completed – if you go by the service order.

Our Salesperson Matthew Underwood is awesome to work with. We ordered a 2022 Telluride, one came available and Matthew personally called me to tell me about it, including the differences between the one I ordered and the one available. These vehicles are hard to find so the fact that he was looking out for me and that I got my new vehicle several months early is amazing. Matthew also spent a lot of time going over all the features with us. All the staff at this location were extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend you check this Dealership out.

I dropped my car off here early in the morning before they opened for emergency tire replacement. They did not have any available appointments today nor tomorrow. But they worked me in and replaced my tire, changed my oil, and filter, rotated my tires, topped off all my fluids and did an 9 Point vehicle inspection. Incredible! Thank you to the Service Department at Kia of Clarksville once again! Kudos on another job well done!

Got a 2016 Gray Kia Soul to replace my 2000 Chevy S-10 which I had for 13 years. Donna was great. She sold my wife her car last year. Left phone in another car I test drove. My wife called Donna up and she found phone and arranged for me to pick up. That save me a lot of trouble. Kudos to Donna

Although I've purchased several autos at Kia of Clarksville, i will no longer. Let me keep this fact based:Fact: purchased a used Kia Soul for daughter. Was told there was a security system on the car. Discovered there was not. Still did business with them since i received compensation for missing system.Fact: traded in used vehicle for new Kia. Intrest rate agreed upon. Once i gave down payment check which they put in their safe, i was told there was a mistake and the rate went up. Took back down pament, had to get general manager to honor agreed rate.Fact: used car traded in above - Kia Clarksville did not transfer paperwork properly. Remained registered to me. Received letter from LMPD impound saying registered to me and fees were owed. Took several hours of my time getti g this corrected.

We just bought a 2016 Sedona which is our fifth Kia and fourth Kia from this dealer. Needless to say we are sold on the brand and are very satisfied with the buying process from this dealer. All of the reps seemed to know the features and benefits of the KIA brand and models which is quite an accomplishment with all of the electronic gadgetry in today's models. The only downside to the whole process was the amount of time involved in preparing the paperwork on the sale. I believe this process could be sped up especially for a returning customer. Not a deal breaker just an area that could use a review. Otherwise a great experience and great result!

I just purchased a 2012 Kia Soul from Kia of Clarksville and it was a great experience. Ron, my salesperson, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me great options to choose from when I was deciding what exactly I wanted. My experience was quick, stress free, and enjoyable. Brandon was my carepro and he helped me to understand everything about all of my new fancy options. I don't think I would have even taken advantage of half of the awesome amenities that my new car has without Brandons help. I would absolutely recommend Kia of Clarksville to anyone who is car shopping.

I leased a 2016 Sorento and this is my 2nd vehicle that I leased from KIA of Clarksville. My Salesman, Micah was very professional, friendly and patient. He went above and beyond to accommodate me with all the features that I was asking for in my vehicle. Micah made sure I was a very satisfied customer. Michael, the Care Pro went over all the features inside the vehicle and answered all my questions. I even was satisfied with the Finance Manager Jessica, she was excellent. We bought a 2016 Sorento and this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from KIA of Clarksville. Our salesman Angel was very professional and friendly and went way and beyond helping us get exactly what we wanted. He went from Sorento to Sorento in the rain to find the one with the 3rd seat in a color we liked he even made phone calls to other KIA Dealers to find a certain color we wanted. He even had our grandkids sit in the vehicle with another salesman to see how comfortable they would be if we didn't go with a 3rd seat. During several hours and I mean hours Angel never once tried to rush us to make a decision. He takes pride in his salesmanship and he wanted to make sure we were very satisfied with our purchase. Brandon the Care Pro went over all the features inside the vehicle he answered all our questions and let us know we could call or come by if we had any concerns or questions. Brandon was also very friendly and professional. We even had fun with the Manager that we dealt with on the terms. We were very pleased with our treatment by John, F, and Bonnie, the whole process of purchasing a car was made pleasant by these individuals. They fit us to the right vehicle, answered all our questions and while we were waiting we were very impressed with F. He explained a lot of things and passed on some very valuable information. In the past I have dreaded going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, it seemed sometimes like being held hostage. Not so here, we were offered refreshments immediately and we were not pressured. We love our vehicle and we will be going back to Kia for our next purchase.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Kia Of Clarksville. They are the best value for your money. The Sorento (my first Kia) and the Optima are both made in the USA and I like that. My salesperson Nikia was very up beat and very personable, made you feel like she was someone you knew. My Care Pro Brandon went over every feature on my new Optima, answered any questions I had and encouraged me to come back anytime after my purchase if I had any questions. I did experience some dissatisfaction during the sales process, but contacted Pat Bates the General Manager, she apologized for the situation, asked if she could have a chance to correct, I returned to dealership and I now own my 2015 Optima, ( I call it my half convertible sports car and I love it) :)

Went to dealer to buy a car, made offer plus sales tax - bottom line, - no add on, and could not make a deal. Went home approximately 40 miles. After arriving home, received a call from the salesman stating they would take my offer. Told salesman I would return the next day and buy the car per my offer. Returned the next day to buy the car. While doing the paper work, the sales manager came to table and stated there was a miscommunication, I would need to pay $500 more for the car. I refused and left the dealership and will never return.

My experience with the Kia store was very long and exhausting,I originally went to try and trade my car and get a lease to lower my monthly payments,after two bad experiences before was leary of even returning but gave it a try because i love my kia vehicles purchased prior just not the deception from a past sales rep.My sales rep was Andy i can't ask for a nicer and down to earth person he understood what i wanted and needed and it was nice to have him listen instead of push.Sydney went to wrap the paper work up and she was friendly and very happy i could tell they both took pride in their jobs.When it came down to signing their was another employee that changed the process of the loan and was trying to get us to lean the other way and buy,felt like a repeat of the past,Andy and Syndney caught on fast and put a stop to it and my experience turned back around and was great.If they hadn't been so understanding and treated my family and I as people and not dollar signs we probably wouldn't have purchased but we did.Thanks to you both!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought my car in for a service repair and decided to walk around the facility while waiting and as I entered the showroom area, every girl had on yoga pants. All of the females in service were well dresses for there position if not over dresses. Its was kinda a shock that Pat Bates or any management would allow such dress code for sales reps. In the past few years, I feel that this store has went down hill a little. Very unprofessional in my eyes and daughters eyes for yoga pants to be worn on the job. Just surprising to us. Other then that , all service members were very nice and friendly to us. I will be back for a service and if I ever come back to buy a car I hope to see more professional dressed woman in the sales area.

I went to Kia just to check prices on there cars and was walking lot. One sales guy approached me, he was very nice to me and not pushey at all. As I walk into showroom just to look around, every single young ladies had yoga pants on. That is very unprofessional for custermor service employees. Not sure if they were sales or what but as a mulitmillion dollar company, people should be dressed for the job. It made the company look careless and lazy!!

Donna was our salesperson and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was very polite and funny and not pushy at all. She will be the reason we come back there. Also when the car was ready, then Syndey came out and sat with me in my new car and went through all the buttons on the dash and explained their function. This was such a blessing. These two ladies should get the highest rating possible. They were the reason our buying a Kia was so pleasant.

I recently stopped in for an oil change , I have an 08 Kia sportage , as soon as I told the lady at the desk what I was there for , she instantly goes into a very rehearsed conversation about if I didn't do this and didn't do that my warrenty would be void and null , I told her all I wanted was an oil change and that my regular mechanic was on vacation , she kinda snubbed and was just rude from that point on , . As I sat in waiting room numerous sales associates came back and tried to push me to trade in , I told the first I was uninterested that my car was paid off and I have no desire for a payment , he went on his merry way , then the second came back , he said he has a buyer for my car right now and it's a very wanted car , tried again to get me to trade ( reminds me of sharks surrounding a wounded seal )! After the third guy approached me I went to show room to talk to upper management about how rude service people were ( at desk when signing in) spoke with gm Pat bates , she didn't see anything wrong with the situation and just shrugged me off . Needless to say I was very unhappy about the way things were handled . Went back to service waiting to check on my car ( after an hour ) I looked to see if my car was done and saw it hadn't even been moved .. Once again I go speak with lady at counter to see why my oil change hadn't been done . She gave me excuse that ticket had blown off techs toolbox and he didn't know ticket was placed there for him to do .. There is a lot more to this story of my experience at Kia of Clarksville but no need to keep rambling . I will never return or send anyone there due to this ..

Great service. My wife and I stopped in to look at the new Optima. We feel in live with the SXL, white with black interior. The manager Jerry Davis went out of his way to make sure w were being taken if and provided us with a price we couldn't walk away from. Donna Alexander was our sales person, she just let us take our time looking at the optima and wasn't near as pushy as I thought she would be. She was great. The whole staff was excellent.

Went to see a used Jag that had been on Cars.com for almost 2 weeks. The price was reasonable, but the car hadn't been prepped at all -- dirty, no detailing, loose screws on the console, things were broken, tires were not good. Considering I went out of my way to see this car (100 miles, to be exact), I was not happy, and they lost the sale.
