I've bought and sold my vehicles from all kinds of models and dealerships. Always felt lukewarm on the experiences, and always felt hurried on the deal, but dragged out on the paperwork. I love my cars, and I love having new ones, so I just dealt with it, and knew it was the norm.This buying experience was totally different. These people actually made me feel like it was a pleasure to have me there. They made the exact speed I wanted to go with the deal my choice without even knowing it. There was no back and forth, there was no pressure, and they made me feel like they wanted me to have the car more than I did. The sales person (Diedre) showed me all the bells and whistles I wanted, and even some new stuff that I didn't know that Kia had. These cars are way more than the money shows, and I truly think its the best little cross over I've looked at. Even tho the car sold itself, it was just so nice to not having to go thru the trials of the buying process. These guys were truly genuine, truly caring and nice without going over the top.If you are looking for a true deal on a great vehicle, and looking for a good group of people to deal with and wanting to just buy a car and drive away, this is the place. Period....BTW - They introduced me to the Service Manager (Tom) and the Parts Manager (Bill) in case I need these guys in the future. They were very down to earth and I felt good knowing I can call them with any questions or concerns.I'm not just writing this because I don't have anything better to do, I like to give kudos where its due and earned. This Dealer earned my business, earned my friendship, and earned my respect in all they did. Great job all the way around.

We had an awesome experience at the KIA dealership in Covington. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our dealer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. He along with the finance manager did everything to get us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have. I would definitely go back to them again in the future.
