This place has been fantastic from the moment of buying my first new car this past April, a 2016 Kia Optima, through its first service and unfortunately through its first accident. I already needed to take it to collision center after someone backed into it with a UHAUL truck. Everyone I have dealt with has been straight forward and honest and has been very efficient with good quality of work. My optima needed new bumper, tire/wheel, quarter panel, head lamp assembly, paint and ensure all operational items were undamaged like all the steering components. My car was done in a week and looks as if nothing ever happened and felt like I bought new car again. They even washed and waxed and cleanedinterior for me. I have never had this kind of serivce or quality of work before anywhere and will take any of my vehicles here for service or body work.

I just purchased my first KIA on 9/19/16 I was very pleased with Kelly. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the KIA we purchased. He made the experience of buying our car a good experience. I would purchase again from Kelly and KIA of Dayton and I will recommend friends and family looking for a vehicle to go see Kelly at KIA .

We bought an optima in 2012, the process was great from start to finish and we loved our optima so when it was time to upgrade to a larger vehicle we went back to Kia of Dayton, the whole experience overall was horrible, the salesman we had to deal with Alan was too blunt and too rude to be dealing with customers, left extremely mad and the manager was to call us the next day and never did! We chose to go to Kia of Castrucci and that was the best decision ever, we had the best salesman ever Glen and left happy with a brand new Sedona!!!!

Previously bought an optima there in 2012 and had a great experience. We had also been really happy with our optima, so when we decided to upgrade we went back...big mistake! The salesman, Alan was too blunt and too rude to be dealing with people, wound up leaving extremely upset, the manager promised to call the next day and never did!!!! Went out to Kia of Castrucci and could not be happier the process was smooth the whole staff was professional, our salesman, Glen was great!! Left with a new Sedona! Highly recommend taking the drive and saving yourself the aggravation of dealing with kiKia of Dayton!

I went to kia mainly for there warranty. Lauren our sales person was real friendly and nice. She helped us buy our first new vehicle. She answered all of my questions honestly and had gave some awesome advice. My credit is not the best but they worked there magic thanks to Jason and were able to have me approved a little above my asking price. The biggest downside was that our car only came with one floormat. When it's time to buy another vehicle I will definitely come back. Thankyou to all of the employees that helped me get my new car!

This is the second time we have made a purchase from Kia of Dayton, and it was just as easy as the first. Everyone at Kia makes the experience of purchsing a car a simple unhurried process. We were treated with the utmost respect from everyone. We would recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing a Kia to go to Kia of Dayton to get a great quality car and the friendliest sales staff. Our salesman Jeff is top notch and did an awesome job of getting us the best deal.

My wife and I stopped here after checking out another dealer's car we found on the internet. We looked at the lot we liked a certain used car. We made an offer which mas much less than the initial price and they accepted. Had to leave and come back because of a family activity. At this point we weren't 100% sure on the car. The salesperson said if we wanted it to call him and he would start the deal. After we decided I called him and told him I wanted it and he had the paperwork ready and the car ready for us when we got there. Very friendly sales people and so far is a great car. We had bought a used mini van from this location in 2005 when it was Saturn of Dayton.

I filed a complaint with the BBB case # 42037625. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry SE with 40K. I noticed a small amount of over-spray on the front and back bumpers. I asked Sales Manager John Savage about this over-spray and he said that the car had some scratches in the bumper and was repainted to sell. So I purchase the car I wash the car off after it rained and notice the front bumper paint pilled off in chunks about the size of a softball keep in mind I've only owned the car 2 weeks and less than 200 miles. take it back to John and it tell me to my face that they didn't paint that area of the bumper and that repair is on me? What!! 2 weeks ago you told me it was repainted in that area.. really don't buy from this dealership or this guys unless you want a newer car back in the shop before you make your first car payment..nice work Kia of Dayton!!!

I put in a request for info on the Kia website and got a call from Tracy. They had several Sorentos and she had a customer who wanted my trade-in. After getting there, she showed me several Sorentos and I wound up getting a great deal on a demo. They also gave me a fair price on my trade and did not try to low ball me loke most dealers. I would buy from them again.

The car this dealer had on cars.com was too good to be true, and it was. It was just a ploy for them to get your phone number. The car that was advertised was "sold," but she had other cars available. They still did not remove the car from the website. It was all a FAKE to lure you in.
