First of all, I didn't actually end up purchasing a vehicle from Wyler Kia. I did, however, appreciate the level of service that I received from the sales associate, Chet Navey. Chet was very helpful finding different options for me that fit my requirements for a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the best fit for me had just been sold a couple of days before. He even worked up a deal for a brand new Optima that i was SO close to taking. I probably should have! While I was unable to find the right car at Wyler, I would recommend to anyone that they go visit Chet if they are in the market. I kept seeing these cool little SUVs all over town. Saw the commercials.Recently moved to the Fairfield area. With limited transportation in this area, needed a car fast. I went online to the Autobytel site to check out the details. I was connected with internet sales rep Mitch Matsumoto. He was patient, did his research to find me the answers I needed, since I work all day with very limited time to be sitting inside a dealership. He helped me get the car I wanted, and BAM, I was "Soul'd" as I like to call it! No haggling, no hardcore sales pressure, respect for your time. Awesome color, great price. Even if you are on a tight budget, let Mitch and the Finance team crunch the numbers for you. Mitch is the man to see!

This dealership is amazingly awful, enough to get me to write my first review. Scott Daniels, the internet inventory manager decided to give me an online quote for a 2012 used car. I stopped by the dealership less than 24 hours after receiving the quote to check the vehicle out. I go in to find out the quote was worthless and the car's price had jumped up an extra $2000. Even after wasting another 15 minutes talking to the manager, they said there was nothing they could do even after posting the quoted price online. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND BREATH, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

An honest dealership who really stands by their word. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my granddaughter who is expecting a baby in 6 weeks. My concerns were for a dependable vehicle and a safe one. When I had an issue with the brakes, they took care of my concerns in a timely and fair manner. Mitch, the salesman who helped me with the vehicle initially was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and I felt he was a very trustworthy person. He made the car buying experience a good one. No hard salesman tactics to turn me off. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, new or used. They are really great.

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Optima. I have wanted this car for quite some time. The salesman, Scott Daniels, is an exceptional salesman. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and made it very easy to decide on the purchase without feeling pressured. He is a true asset to your company. I have not had any service done yet so I cannot rate that department but I'm sure it is great, according to the other reviews. Thanks again and I'm super happy with my car.

My 2011 Kia Sorento has been in for several routine maintence services (oil change/ tire rotation)and the service has been excellent--they also manage to get me in for service promptly which works out very well with my busy job related travel. When I pick the car up it has been serviced and washed-I appreciate the timeliness and washing. The Sorento has had some warranty issues which included a fluid leak, paint issue on the bumper, backup camera malfunction--all of which were resolved promptly by Kia of Fairfield--it is nice to have quality and reliabe service close to where I live---Thanks much to the service folks at Kia of Fairfield!

When my car overheated I had it towed to Kia of Fairfield. Even though I didn't have an appointment they took my car in, got the problem diagnosed promptly, drove me home and arranged to get the necessary parts to repair it. They are the nicest, most trustworthy and most helpful people around.

I ONLY take my vehicle to Kia of Fairfield for repairs and service. All of the staff is incredibly friendly, service oriented and will do whatever it takes to accomodate the customer.

This is the best dealership for car repairs I have ever found. I have been having my car serviced here for the past eleven years. Their customer service personnel David and Ray always provide courteous and friendly service. They understand my explanations of the problem and easily explain it to the technicians. Their service technicians are the best. They always find the problem and repair it correctly the first time. I am planning a road trip out of state and asked them to do a safety check on my car. After an extensive check, they found several things that could have caused me problems on the trip especially driving through the desert. I am so happy to know everything has been repaired. I always feel safe driving my car with them doing the repairs.
