I live in Maryland and was looking for a very specific car. Kia of Fargo happened to have one and they worked seamlessly with me out of state to complete the purchase. I was impressed with their clear communication and prompt response. Turns out it’s not even that expensive to have a car shipped across the country. Wherever you live, please consider buying your car from them, you won’t regret it!

I always have a great experience here. Front counter people are super friendly and helpful. The sales people (Rod in this case) are very patient and not pushy, I feel like they are attentive to what I want and need in a car. The person that took care of the financial aspects was great and made sure that I knew exactly what I was to expect from inquiry to end of lease expenses. And historically the service center has been amazing, friendly, very quick at getting my car in and out and never make me feel as if they are selling me things I don’t need. As for the vehicles, the pricing, features and tolerance of the climate have been wonderful.

Had a great experience working with Mike Aguilar at Kia. This was the most low pressure Auto buy I have had. I test drove many vehicles and came back a few times and Mike was always patient in fact I was close to just making a decision and he said take a day or two to think about it. Thankfully he did that as they got a different vehicle in and i took it for test drive and new it was for me. I cannot say enough good things about Mike. Kelsey in financial department was great as well. Easy, low pressure, and fun like it should be. Great overall experience.

Very very nice and smooth transaction.... I had trade in got more than I expected... Started everything on Wednesday afternoon, Friday morning i picked up a car.... People were very nice and knowledgeable, also they explained me all features on the vehicle.... Highly recommend!!!! Very nice job KIA thank you!

I hate the thought of buying a new car. I met Miguel as I was out looking at cars. He made the whole buy experience stress free and fun. Even though it took a few weeks for me to drive others cards and compare, I always came back to how Miguel made me feel. It was a no pressure, easy going and comfortable. I had stopped at Kia of Fargo about a year and a half ago to test drive a couple Kia models. Since that first visit, I was never pressured or bothered by endless sales calls. That, in itself, was a reason to stop back when I was finally ready to make a purchase. I've been driving the same car for the past 24 years and I can't express enough gratitude to Mike Aguilar, at Kia of Fargo, for his kindness, understanding, and mostly his patience in dealing with MY indecisiveness and nervousness throughout the process. Dropped by Kia of Fargo just to look around. Rod showed me what they had. He wasn't pushy, he was friendly and very excited to show off the new features of the vehicle. They had exactly what I wanted as far as model and color. He made it so easy, I signed that day. Great staff!!!! Very friendly and accommodating! Thanks Kia, I love my 2017 Sportage!!!!

Our time with Kelsey was enjoyable. She was knowledgeable of the product and was detailed in her presentation. Upon delivery, she was detailed in explaining the various systems of the car. The financing discussion went well too and clearly explained to us. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a veterans discount. That was a very nice touch.

We purchased a Soul here in 2013. It has been a great car with absolutely no problems. Decided to trade/upgrade this week. We shopped at a few dealerships around town and almost bought a different brand. Went back to Kia and, because of our positive experience with our last Kia and the great experience we had with Kelsey and the staff we decided to buy our new Sportage there. We have now decided that Kiaof Fargo is the only place we need to go for our cars.

Received information about the cars and a sincere attempt to match my needs/preferences with the appropriate model rather than hard-sell. Priority was on information sharing not pressuring to get to the sale. Atmosphere in the showroom was friendly and helpful -- not to mention Kia offering a quality product.

Sales rep listened to what I was interested in and Showed me a few options. He then showed me different payment options on the vehicles. He also followed up to make sure I liked the vehicle and asked if I had any questions. Made me feel welcomed and assured me I could call any time with questions. Did not make me feel incompetent since the vehicle does have so many features.

The whole buying experience was much less stressful at Kia than at other dealerships around town. They sold me on the vehicle without being overly pushy, and gave me a very fair deal for it. We will definitely consider shopping here again for future vehicles and will recommend it to friends and family.

Scott in maintence and crew there were just as helpful every time I needed service. It is the same as I had the pleasure of dealing with at all of the Kia dealers I used across america. From my first purchase in Toledo Ohio to service in Orlando purchase in Tulsa service there and in Jackson TN, AZ and Colorado I think I might be forgetting a dealer or two. Kia of Fargo just affirmed my admiration of Kia. Best safety features no recalls)The product to value ratio is by far the best I encountered. And then as I am saying everyone of those dealers were the best car experiences of my life. So congratulations to Kia all of there dealers and to Kia of Fargo for doing your business right. It was my first car purchase. I was nervous and didn't really know how to handle everything. Good thing I met Chris Braddock, Kia of Fargo/Lunde Auto Center salesman. Friendly, outgoing, ridiculously helpful and inciteful, he made it easy setting me up with the right car for my needs at a great price. And the service I have received since has been top notch. I would dread getting work done anywhere else. And whenever I stop back in for an oil change or other routine maintenance Chris always stops by to say hi, shake hands and make sure that myself and my car are doing well. That is reassurance that I made the right choice.

My old car quit on me so I decided to look for a new car rather than fix the old one. I went to a few other dealers who did not respect what I was wanting and in fact would not even show me the vehicles I wanted to look at. At kia of Fargo they only showed me the vehilcles i was intrested in and our sale man Casey was such wonderful help. He never pressured us or made us look at things we didnt want to see. I really believe that he was concerened with what we wanted and not selling us a vehicle that we couldnt afford! I would recommend shopping here for all of your future vehicles!

I went in to KIA of Fargo looking for a new vehicle. I had previously purchased a vehicle from KIA when they were in Moorhead. And after finding out our previous Moorhead KIA salesperson had moved with the franchise to Fargo, we decided to go and find him at the new Fargo location. The sales process was so smooth and fun. They really make you feel like they want your business there. Our Salesman, Mike Aguilar was the best salesperson we have found in many many years of buying cars. He was recommended to us and we definitely found out why. Their showroom is a little small, but I guess that didn't matter as we weren't there to be amazed by a showroom, we were there to find a great car. And Mike put us in the perfect vehicle! We bought a new 2012 KIA Optima and would recommend this car to anyone looking for a car. Great people, great prices, and a fun environment. We won't go anywhere else anymore.
