Costumer service excellence! Richard and Jacob are two top notch people! Jacob was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable from the moment we stepped in the doors. Richard was beyond transparent and had our best interests in mind the entire day. Everything was honest and straight forward. Not to mention, both were genuinely nice, comforting, and funny people. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future - which will be a long time because the Toyota we purchased is fantastic quality! The oil was changed, gas topped off, and professionally cleaned. A nice gentlemen named Dean Demos struck a conversation with me while my car was being serviced. Dean has a great sense of humor and is a great all around person. I had no intentions of getting a new vehicle while i was there but with the market and the value of my car it made so much sense. I have a nice new car with a fresh warranty thanks to Dean ! Alex Moreno was our sales consultant and he was awesome!! I had such a great experience buying my SUV from here. Alex was so patient, knowledgeable and really caring.
