I had an excellent experience at Kia of Puyallup! Amanda was my Salesperson and she is Amazing! I highly recommend her if you are in need of a vehicle! I totalled my car the week prior and needed to purchase another vehicle and she made the experience very pleasant! Jason in finance did an equally awesome job with a great rate too! A full tank of gas and detail was a nice surprise even when it was pouring rain outside. Excellent and courteous staff. I can't say enough good things about Kia of Puyallup!

Love the service department here. Josh was awesome. He made sure my 2020 Kia Soul had an oil change, everything checked out, topped off, and recalls checked out. All for $59.95 in about an hours time, and my car washed. Josh took the time go over what was done, and answer all my questions about future maintenance schedule. He was informative, polite, caring and friendly. He even walked me to my car. The waiting room was pretty terrific too. This was my best experience ever getting my car serviced.

Brie at Kia of Puyallup was awesome from start to finish! She took the time to walk me through all of my options and helped me find the right car with options I wanted. Even though I had to wait for my new car to arrive she kept me updated regularly on the status the whole time. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Kia of Puyallup, have always taken my cars there for service too! Highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!

I had thought I was only going to look at cars and decide what it was that I wanted, but then we met Marvin S., and he was really kind, and great to work with! He made looking at cars, thinking about what I wanted really easy. He was very helpful, and made sure that after we had bought and driven off in our new vehicle, he still checked in on us. Marvin S. is who made this whole experience really great. I would highly recommend you check out Kia of Puyllup.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Never thought buying a new car could be so EASY and downright FUN! The staff was fantastic - especially our salesman, Justin Fanony. He made sure we got a smoking deal and exactly what we wanted. If a "10" is a perfect score he earned a "12"!!!! We will never buy anywhere else!
