I just got my Kia Rio from Kia of Round Rock and everything was perfect! As a first time buyer I did have quite a few questions and concerns and Alex was super kind and patient and listened to each and every one of them. He made sure we understood everything about the vehicle we were selecting and to get us the best possible price. I have already recommended Alex to my friends and family, as I could not have had a smoother experience in my first car purchase. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

When you go to Southwest KIA Round Rock ask for Kelly Cameron. She was truly an awesome person to work with during the car buying process. She came in on her day off to deliver the vehicle to us. Also, she stayed well past closing to help us complete all of the paperwork needed to drive off with both vehicles. There was definitely a family vibe that I got from her and I really do appreciate all of her hard work. Two years later I returned and Kelly Cameron was still there. She was awesome in helping me getting another vehicle. Again, she made me feel like family and got me the best possible deal on my new car. I would definitely recommend you see her if you go to this dealership!

Will never go here again. Use to like this location. Prices were good & repairs were timely. That was 3 years ago... was told that my vehicle would be "ready" in 3-4 days. Took them 3 weeks, more than 2 weeks after they said it would be finished & more than a week after I clearly said we'd NEEDED the car back. They rarely (technically never) returned calls or called us on there own accord & when the did call us, it was AFTER they closed & wouldn't/couldn't preform anymore work on the vehicle & when it was "ready". The floor mat was disheveled & I seriously doubt that they preform the MAIN test that was needed (why we brought the vehicle in). They wanted to do more than a thousand $ in "easy" repairs (replace battery, tires, etc.) & wanted nearly 3k to fix everything that was "needed & suggested". The last time we took it here they wouldn't even warranty fix the stuff that THEY worked on when their repairs failed. I talked with a an old car buddy of mine that is a manager in the industry & he said that the KIA in N. Austin is just as bad & my own sister confirmed it less than a week later. I'm finished with KIA. Will NOT buy another one nor use their service centers again!!!

Went there to look at the new carnival for my wife and walked around for 20 minutes before a salesman walked out. This was around 5 in the evening. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I saw the window sticker said 35900 which I was very happy with BUT!!! When my wife called back to set up a time to come look at it the salesman she spoke too said it was 41000. Due to inflation, supply and demand. SO we called around and all Austin dealers were the same price. BUT!!! Head north my friends to find a WAY!!! better deal. Go to UNIVERSITY KIA of Waco. The same Carnival is 37000 and that is only cause the add a paint and interior protectant. Very disappointed that they mark a vehicle up 5-7 thousand. The salesman that I spoke to said they were the number one dealer in the Austin area. 🤔 Well maybe not now if people read this.

Rob was great! This is the second car our family has purchased with him. Kelly in finance was excellent and every efficient. She even got us a better rate than we expected.
