Bob went out of his way to show me all of the various features of the car. He took time the following day to go through some of the items that I needed more help in understanding. He introduced me to the maintenance manager and showed me all of the facilities that Kia had to offer. Overall the best experience I have had in buying a new car.

After being pushed around and disappointed by many sales representatives at other dealerships that try to force you into cars, I found myself standing in this Kia dealership, and I'm so glad I found them. Although I didn't buy a Kia from them, the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledge about about the vehicle. Ron never tried to pull the wool over my eyes, or make me feel pressured into buying the vehicle. Ron Yudess was respectful of my concerns, and addressed them professionally. He gave my plenty of space and time to work through the numbers and took the time to give me advice on how to manage the finances. Rick Johnson was also great when it got to the paperwork and numbers part. He made sure he took the time to explain all the documents to me, read them to me and answered all my questions. Rick went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with how everything was working out. As a car enthusiast, I never expected to be at a Kia dealership considering a car let alone buying it. But the people there are extraordinary and I would recommend them and the dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car.

Oh the vehicle buying process...am I right? It doesn't have to be that way. We were iffy on buying a new vehicle for our family of 5. We had gone through other local dealerships and it always seemed to be a nightmare for us. We would inquire or walk into a car dealership and had constant people breathing down our neck and we felt pressured (which we despise), so we were reluctant to try one more time, but so happy that we did. We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on Kia of Vero Beach's website. We submitted an internet price quote (I highly recommend doing that for the best price!), which led us to Lindsey Dickerson (Internet Manager), and our experience was nothing short of smooth, amazing, and easy. We scheduled an appointment to come in and look at a vehicle through Lindsey. We got there, and met Joe Perry (our sales consultant) drove it (Toyota Sienna- aka The Swaggin' Wagon), and ended up buying it. We were in and out in 2.5 hours with a trade-in thanks to Lindsey, Joe, and Rick Johnson. Rick (finance manager) got us the best interest rate for our vehicle! We will always be current/future customers of Kia of Vero Beach. They made buying a new car so easy for our family! There was absolutely no pressure and everything was smooth sailing. We really appreciated it and highly recommend Lindsey, Joe, and Rick at Kia of Vero Beach.

I set up an appointment to have a light looked at and fixed on my Kia Soul, still under warranty. The service department came out to look at it and blew it off as something totally different than what it was. Saying I had to go to a body shop to have it fixed. I am glad I went to the Melbourne location to have it fixed and they completely fixed everything. Vero did not even run through system and Melbourne let me know I had open recalls on my vehicle that they fixed.

By far this is the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in buying a car! Being upside-down in my current car I knew there was not much hope leaving with a new Soul at the same monthly payment as I had. After crunching numbers and some incentives added I was able to drive away in my new car. Yes, I had to put down more than I had planned; however, the end result was the sales staff exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this dealership over any other (prior I did go to another Kia dealership south of Vero Beach which I wouldn't even give a one-star rating to). For a no-hassle, no pressure kind of car buying experience this is your place!

For the past 2 years, when I'm in Florida, I have my Kia Sorento serviced at Vero Beach Kia. On both occasions, I've dealt with Matt Krakowski and on both occasions, the man was friendly and forthcoming with information about my service requirements. On both occasions, when I left the dealership I knew that next year I would return. The service was fast, friendly and priced far more reasonably than it is back home. If you own a Kia and you're in Vero Beach and you're Kia is due for maintenance, bring it here.

I would like to give a huge thanks to the best sales associate of any Kia dealer. I came into Kia of Vero Beach on 5/31/14 and was greeted by Mr. Joe Crowley. I explained to him my situation and how I would like to see myself inside of a new 2014 Soul, BUT staying at my current satisfied monthly payment. I came in thinking there was no possible way that I as a young individual with a 2012 Soul would be able to do a trade-in on which I still owe more than what the car is worth. Joe Crowley assured me the best deal in which I was comfortable in and for that I am forever grateful. We went out on a fun test drive in the 2014 model that I was interested in. Mr. Crowley has a very likable personality and I did not feel uncomfortable during my whole visit to the dealer. It was definitely the opposite of what one thinks whenever they think of car salesmen and dealership stereotypes. I had the feeling that anything was possible to occur in that cubicle in which we discussed numbers, value, down payment, APR's, etc. Let's just say I left the dealership with a big smile on my face. To anyone looking for the greatest deal that is beyond your expectations, I refer anyone to Joe Crowley of Kia of Vero Beach. Mr. Crowley, best wishes and success to you! - Jesse B.

brought my optima in for service on my accelerator the car would not accelerate trying to pass another car, which is dangerous,,i took the service manager for a ride and the car did what i was complaining about donnie was so happy that he saw it for himself and exclaimed that to my wife,,that he saw it for himself ,,when writing it up he changed is words to he felt it do what i said is was doing,,i would not sign the work sheet telling him it was a lie,,that was not what transpired, between him and me,,he must of been told by his superiors to make the change to the favor of vero kia ....and he had the nerve to tell me that if i dont sign the paper i cant have my car ,,,well that changed when he talked to his boss,,,so if you intend to do buisness with vero kia service be very very careful,,they ar not to be trusted

I had been looking at alot of cars over the previous weeks. I can truthfully say without a doubt this has been the best experience at buying a car. With a few blemishes and up and downs in recent personal trials, they made me fell like somebody not a number. They went out of there way to help and suggest best way to meet my personal needs and finances. I went in looking for a car and test drove the forte, which I drove. Then suggested I try the soel, which mind u i had no intention of driving. I fell in love with it. I cant say enough about this dealership and would recommend to all my friends. Thank you guys again. I met this Mr. Deppe while I was out for lunch and I notice him wearing a Kia shirt so I asked him if he mine talking with me while been on his lunch break and he said no at all, so we talked about purchasing a vechiel. After we finished our lunch we drove to KIA dealership where we went over detail of my credit and test drove a few vechiels until I found the one I liked. I would have never purchased a car from Kia because I was looking for something else if it was not for Paul Deppe great attitude. During my time there Paul was kind and alway business like, working with two costomers at the same time. Thanks to Paul I have a car and loving it. Paul is a great saleman and I will be reconmenning his and Kia to other friend and family members.

This may sound like a duplicate review but I can't say enough about this dealership.Buying a car is not easy. Most dealers lie to you and try to get as much money outof you as they can, but not at VERO BEACH KIA. They even gave me more than I expectedon my tradein. Beau was very helpful and acted more like a friend than a car salesperson. The finance department was the best I ever delt with and explained every detail. I will highly recommend VERO BEACH KIA to everyone. If you are buying a TOYOTA OR KIA go to VERO BEACH TOYOTA/KIA for a pleasent experiance and save MONEY.

Buying a car is not one of the easiest things to do, sales people usually bother you and drive you crazy, not at Kia, from the moment i made a phone call i received very good service, when i went to Kia and met with my salesman it became the best buying experience I've ever had, Beau was cordial, polite and very nice.
