Everyone there made me feel welcomed and valued even after signing my name. I love the car and have already shared the experience with loved ones multiple times. Bryce and Jeffery were the two I dealt with the most and they were fabulous.

I am rebuilding my life (& credit) after a difficult marriage. I didn't hold much hope of getting approved for a loan but Marissa and Jeffery worked diligently for me and treated me very respectfully. Thank you Keifer Kia - I love my new car! You have a new customer for life.

I was put at ease , first and foremost by Dillon Kastner.. . your sakes rep. He was down to earth and relaxed, very professional. The automobile "facility". . .is very dated, and needs a serious makeover for selling these nice of automobiles.

Myself, my daughter and granddaughter were at Keifer Kia on 2/23/16 to finish up purchase of a new kia soul. The salesman Steve and all other salesman were extremely disrespectful because my credit is not great and I'm a woman alone without man to sign with. They sat in there office laughing at me and telling me I would never be approved for a car I never enen wanted and added prices onto a car that wasn't there last time I was in and told me I was making up things and yelled and continued to laugh at me. Then waving when I left and laughing. I was discrminated against from beginning beaming a single woman without great credit. I was there between 2:30 - 4:00pm

Jeffrey Clark the finance director was outstanding and made this car buying experience the best I have ever had. The salesman Cody Andermatt was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question concerning the car that we had and spent we had done a lot of research and he was the only salesman we talked with that knew more about the car he was selling than we did. He also spent the time to explain all the tech features as well as set it all up for my wife.

I was actually treated with respect. Coming out of a bankruptcy, I have often been belittled. I came in with low expectations and I was wow'ed. The speed at which I was in and out was amazing. Less than 2 hours!!

I found Jeffery the Fin. Manager to be very knowlegeble, supportive and Honest when working with him...And he added a bit of good humor during the procees...:) Hank did an excellent job showing us a number of different cars and options for each car... My wife was very please with her experience...Very satisfied...! I really felt the had my best intrerest in mind... Much Appreciated...!

The salesperson was very helpful and helped me find the car that was going to work best for me.The Soul is a great car and has great get up and go as well as great fuel mileage.I am surprised at how much I like this car.

Everyone I spoke to, listened to what I wanted and needed: Pati, with whom I spoke to first and scheduled my appointment with Marissa; then Marissa clearly had info when I arrived, but still listened and then gave me options without being pushy; When I got to finance Sean was the same way. Best experience I've had buying a car, ever. And they put it in the show room for me, that was unexpected and cool.

Exceptionally nice sales personnel. We did not feel pressured to purchase at all. Our salesperson, Jeremy, went above and beyond to satisfy us every way he could. The final paperwork was handled professionally and quickly. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Keefer Kia.

Not to much to say as I had sent a request on Cars.com and never heard anything back. I did go to Kiefer Nissan here in town and bought a new 2014 Pathfinder and that was a good experience. I guess they missed a sale as we were really wanting the new Kia, but all is said and done now.

My husband and I worked with Hank ( Henry Muller) at Kiefer Kia. We have never had as good of experience at any other dealership. Hank was wonderful to work with very personable and not pushy in the least. He went above and beyond to find us a car that worked for us on every level. I really appreciated him and the whole staff for our fantastic experience. Thank you so much Hank!!!

I went there to look at getting a used car and found one that I fell in love with withan amazing payment and interest. They called me 2 days later saying they couldnt find me a lenderand that they needed more income so they wantedto add my boyfriend I was not excited about that but we did it anyway by the end of the week we still didn't hear anything we went down to the dealership and they said that in order to do the deal we needed another 750 I told them no that I wanted my car back and the 3000 I put down tonight they said I could have the car back but not the 3000 until monday when corporate opened back up we then fought over that until I called another dealership that I was going to after that and that scared they they then put my 3000 back on my card and my car it was a fight to get both my keys back and they never did give me my registration back they where horrible I will never recommend them to anyone!
