Kightlinger Auto has been treating us right for the last 7 years. We've received quality vehicles at reasonable prices. The team has always been easy to work with and straightforward. Their garage has been servicing our cars for even longer. We've never walked away feeling like we got screwed over. Great job guys!

Had a great first experience buying my first car! Tom was very helpful throughout the entire process, gave his honest opinion, and had a great selection of cars. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership - a great group of staff to work with!

I totaled my car at 9am, Tom had me driving away with a new car by 2pm the same day. He was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Seriously the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

They have a great selection on vehicles that are very clean and reliable. I got a 06 Toyota 4runner from Tom a few months ago that I have not had any issues with. It's reliable for my kids and myself. They have great customer service. Very easy to get what you want. Thank you.

We came to this dealership with a good review from a friend. After talking with Courtney, he was able to get us approved to purchase a vehicle. Everything seemed ok. BUT, after agreeing to $500 down, I took the vehicle home to inspect it before purchasing. I found that the transmission was leaking and heard a clunking noise in the front end. I took the car back and spoke with a different salesman about my findings because Courtney was not there. He told me it would be fixed if I was still interested. I said ok. I left and soon get a call from Courtney stating that the only way it would be fixed is if I came up with more money. I informed him we were tight with the downpayment as it was. His response was " Well, we are strapped here too. We have bills to pay also you know. I'm not going to fix it unless you come up with more money. You come up with $1000 down and we will work on it." I asked why the other salesman I spoke told me different and he said because he don't know the business side well enough. And again, told me he won't fix it without more money down. Needless to say, with that kind of attitude towards me and making a sale, I can honestly say at this point, I will keep looking. They may be a good company, but for me, and after having someone tell me that, I don't need someone trying to sell me something that I would have to put money into shortly after buying it.

Do not have your car serviced at the garage. Lousy customer service and they are over priced. Take your car to be serviced elsewhere...Lesson learned!!!

I purchased a GMC ENVOY and Tom did everything over the phone. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive away. Had a couple of minor issues and they were taken care of immediately. Good customer service. First class.

We purchased a Jeep Patriot from this dealership. A couple days later we were rear ended. When the body work was finished the transmission went. It was fully investigated by more than one repair garage and found that it was a mechanical failure, not due to the accident. (With less than 1000 miles since purchase) We asked Courtney to reimburse some of the rental costs and he agreed. After the repairs were finished Courtney said he would mail a check for part of the rental. 8 Months and NO check ever came. We even called back several times. Courtney was never available and he never returned any calls. Very unprofessional, and rude. I will not go back.

We bought a 2000 jeep grand cherokee from Courtney and I have to say he was great. I live a few hours away and he was helpful before I even got there on the condition of the car as he knew it to be. After purchasing the jeep about a week in the motor blew..this isn't anything Kitelingers did or could have seen coming. I had purchased the warranty and after another shop didn't do the work up right it was taken to Kitelingers garage and they absolutely did right by me...when you buy a used car there are issues... that's just part of life....I have to say they treated us fine even when the stress on our part of being without the jeep for so long started to wear on us ( not because of them but just the course of the other shop having it...getting it to them.. And then getting the motor in etc) .I know we all have different experiences but ours just doesn't seem to fit with the other bad reviews....when buying a used car things happen...it's how the shop handles it and we have been treated well by kitelingers

Courtney Kightlinger was rude and harassing. He went as low as to make fun of my child for being overweight! He sold me a vehicle that broke down within a week and when I contacted him about it he said "It's not my problem!"

As for my opinion of this dealership. AWFUL!!! I was sold a car with a problem, and somehow it passed their "inspection". When I turned it in for them to fix the first time, I was given one of their cars as a loaner. That car broke down in the middle of the road (the battery died and it ran out of gas because the gas gauge didn't work). I waited for 2 hours for them to come and pick it up, and the reason they were so late is because another one of their cars (that they were driving to pick me up in) overheated and broke down. They promised a full gas tank and gave me another car that didn't even have air conditioning in place of mine while they fixed it. I went to pick it up, everything was supposed to be ok. I drove it across the street and it started shaking on idle and the check engine light was blinking just like before.( and I had to remind them about the full gas tank I was promised). I called and was given an attitude when I stated that it hadn't been fixed and I was promised a call back from Tom or Courtney (that never happened). A while later my car's battery kept dying leaving me stranded wherever I was at the time (I do have a toddler and I'm a high risk pregnancy). I called Courtney and put my foot down this time and all he had to say was how much pressure I was putting on him and how much stress he had. I demanded a rental car when I went up to drop my car off and was given a piece of crap car that had obviously been in a previous accident. I drove it 1/2 mile and the Check Engine light came on, was blinking and the car was shuttering so bad it felt like it was shaking apart. I turned right back around and told Courtney that I wasn't driving it because of the way it was acting and I was screamed at in my face by Courtney that I could sue if I wanted to and it basically wasn't his problem. He slammed the door and walked out while I'm standing there in shock ready to call the police for harassment. His brother did give me a better car HOWEVER, it also had the check engine light on and it would stall out on idle. I had it for close to 3 weeks while mine is being "fixed" and had my husband pick it up today (no full gas tank by the way). He drove it about 1 mile and a hose came unclamped and started smoking. They are currently "fixing" that problem right now. So, as for my rating of this business....Terrible. Terrible customer service, no empathy for anyone or anything except for the sale. They expect to get everything handed to them for free especially Courtney. I was verbally assaulted as well as ripped off. I'm not an impatient person but these people brought the worst out in me. Do not go there, do not buy anything from them unless you are ready for a giant headache. Not only did my car have a problem but so did 4 others that I witnessed as loaners.

This is the review people want to read. I came to Knightlinger's based on an internet ad I saw. I called first and asked all the up front questions about the vehicle I wanted to look at. And then I asked what information they would need from me in order to purchase a vehicle. I live 1 1/2 hrs away from Meadville, Pa. I have life long friends in this area who had nothing but good things to say about Tom and Cortney. So I drove up, met with them and the experience was FANTASTIC! This is the place you want to go to! A small town family business with a big heart. Tom went over the car with me, and being used, it had a minor issue. Knightlinger's fixed the issue, had the car all clean and ready for me when I came to pick it up. Now, My credit is not the best, but Cortney worked with the bank, and I supplied the correct papers and information and we got the deal done. A few months after I had been driving the car, I noticed a strange sound, so I called Knightlingers. Tom Sr, said I should bring the vehicle in for them to look at. They were so accomodating, Tom Sr and I met half way and exchanged vehicles, allowing me to drive one of their vehicles so I would not be stuck. They fixed my car in 2 days, went over everything, and I have not had any issues since. I bought a 2005 WV Jetta, and I love it. I think so much of this business that I drove there today with my oldest son, while he makes his first car purchase. And soon I will be back with my youngest son to buy another car from Knightlinger Auto. This is a family business that cares.........I have nothing but good things to say and I do recommend Knightlinger's to my friends and family.

at first i read a few reviews on google about this company and it sounded like people had some good expieriances with them. so i figured i would give them a try. i got there and courtney souded sooo nice i was very pleased. Then after i bought my car and traded my car in all they gave me was grief. they needed certain paperwork proof of address, banking statement, refrences you know the usual stuff u would have to give to get financed. well after i bought my car they told me they did not have enough proof i would have to send them more information and paperwork. i sent them numerous proofs of address they all were not good enough i sent them bank statements they "looked fishy" to them and werent sure if that would work... in the proscess of trying to find everyhting these people wanted "mind you i had already bought the vehicle and was driving it" i get calls from courtney threatining me that if i did not give him exactly what he wanted that he would repo my car and not give me my trade in back. i told them i have been trying to give them what they needed and nothing was good enough for them.and i would try my best to get them whatever else they needed. i was very coopertive and nice even after his rudeness. i also told them i had contacted the bank and they said they had everything that they needed informationwise. im sorry but this is very unprofessional and theres more that im not even going to get into but this was my biggest problem. and i would never go through this company again.

The people there are very good people . But i have had nothing but trouble with my car that i got from there. The transmission has had to been replaced twice the first time was not to long after i got it. The dealer was very helpful he even gave me a van to drive while it was getting fixed which was above what he need to. But his garage was mean and rude. Also i overheard him blaming me for breaking it. When i got it back the last time i told them that the button for the truck that's on the key did not work and the guy told me well you have a key don't you. I understand that maybe he could not fix it or was not allowed but he did not have a jerk about it. If i had got a car that worked it would be all five stars because i would not have had to deal with the garage but now i am stick paying 300 a month for a car i cant drive because it needs over a thousand dollars worth of work to pass insp. So good customer service at the dealer but bad car. I have talked to others who have a great working car so i guess its the luck of the draw. Good Luck.

Nancy,I've been reading the reviews a couple customers have give about this company and wanted to throw my hat into the ring. Ive been dealing with Kightlinger Auto Sales and the service station for over 5yrs. They are very honest people and work hard to make their cars right and customers happy. They dont do shifty stuff like fill rocker panels with foam and pass bad motor's or transmissions off. I also like the fact they provide a free AutoCheck vehicle history report on all their vehicle right on their web site. Im a paralegal for a law firm and I'm not on here blowing smoke. These guys are trust worthy and I recomend them to all my friends and family.

" I just bought a 2002 Honda Oddyssey from Courtney/Jenifer approximately 2 months ago. Not only am I very unhappy with the purchase as they told me the transmission in the car was brand new...they also sold me a warranty that does not hold up. They made approx. $600.00 on the warranty alone, and 2 months after I bought the car the transmission needs to be completely replaced. After calling them ...and asking for the original warranty on the transmission, I was told I had to go through Wynns Warrnaty (the new warranty company I purchased) whom did not honor hardly any of the repairs or anything else that is in my contract. After getting the runaround from Courtney and Jenifer, I am now to this date and counting....$1500.00 out of pocket and still the transmission is not fixed! Courtney and Jenifer and the entire staff at Kitlinger Auto sold me this vehicle under false pretenses and washed thier hands of it as well as the customer the minute they sold the vehicle. They are the reason why people think car salesmen are NOT TO BE TRUSTED...AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT BUYING FORM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE THE RISK OF GETTING SCREWED

Just bought a 2002 Saturn Vue in June 2011 and they inspected it before we purchased it...my question is how can it go through inspecting with bald tires and bad brakes. And after we signed the paper they told us the gas gauge dont work...and told us to keep track of out milage so we dont run out of gas....lol r u freaking kidding me. this vehicle was owned by Tom's family member that works there. Now the truck is broke down with a very loud noise in the engine. Called to talk to Tom and who ever answers the phone she was very rude and never heard from Tom. Now we wish we went someplace else. Plus can't find a Saturn dealer. and will not take it to his service. I just think they put a lickum stickum on our vehicle. cause who would put a sticker with bald tires & bad brakes. And I mean bald !!!!

This may sound Hokey or made up but it's absolutely true. I was turned down by four dealerships before finding Kightlingers online. I picked out a 2005 Cobalt from his "view our inventory" list and sent an Email to Tom. He got right back to me and was very understanding of my credit "issues". He was very honest about the car and financing. After a week of emails, I went to pick it up and it was a beautiful, safe automobile. I love it and want to thank Tom and Jen for going the extra mile to get me in my Chevy.
