Steve at King Auto is the most decent, hardworking, HONEST, and caring salesman I have ever dealt with! He went above and beyond for me. Other dealerships I went to didn't even come close to the way he treated myself and my family. The other salesman acted like it was a chore to actually do their job, almost like they were doing me a favor, not Steve tho. I strongly urge anyone looking to get a great deal on a nice used car to go and see him, you will not be disappointed!

We bought a 2010 Ford expedition the owner Steve went Above and beyond to work with us and to make our car amazing. Bought a Jeep from Steve in June 2020 after seeing great reviews about him. Within 2 weeks, the check engine light came on and we brought it to his attention. He sent us to his mechanic and him and his mechanic told us the problem was fixed. Within 2 months, the same codes came up again. We brought it back to his original mechanic and he told us he didn’t know exactly what sensor it was and our best bet was to bring it to a Chrysler dealer to get it fixed. We called Steve and he refused to pay a dealer because “the price was too high,” so he said instead he’d have his Chrysler guy take a look at it. He had us drop off the car in the morning and we picked it up that late afternoon. He told us the connection was corroded and needed to be cleaned. He said the problem was fixed. Now it’s 2 weeks later and the same codes just popped up. This is the third time it’s come on in 4 months and he’s already had it looked at 3 times and told us twice the problem was fixed. I have contacted him about this and we will see what happens but for now, this is my review and rating. I will update my review and rating IF he does the right thing.
