They were nice and if you want a car they will get you approved but if you have credit issues go elsewhere unless you don’t care what car you are approved for and just need any car to get around in.

This place is terrible and unprofessional. It’s all good until you have a problem then you will see their true colors. Jeff & Shaf Syed are two of the most jankiest people there, they will sell you a car wit major problems and they will also go against the contract when trying to return or resolve the problem. I was sold a car with a bad transmission gave me the run around for 2 1/2 months just so you get can void the 30 day return policy that was in the contract with them and west lake financial. Thank god someone totaled the vehicle I hate the way it’s happened but I was happy to be out of that car and done with this company. I had to contact the BBB, FTC, and make a dealer complaint with MVA. Save yourself some time and go somewhere where costumer satisfaction actually means something.

Each time I have gone to Kings Motors I was treated like family. Not only was it a car buying experience it was a spiritual experience as well. Jeff welcomed me and made sure that the type of car I was looking for was available when I got there. Unlike other dealerships Jeff at Kings Motors took the pressure off me and made it possible for my loan to get approved with a good interest rate. Jeff and the employees at King Motors are more than salesmen they CARE.

Service was great. They stayed after hours to complete my work. Price was great. Service was great. Shaf was very really friendly and fair person. I liked how he stayed over time to put me back on the road on time. I m glad i came here for service.

My experienc was excellent here. customer service was great. I saved a lot of money by getting service done here. Over all everything went well. I will be coming back for future services here at king motors. i would def. recommend this to my family and friends.

I based my last review on a dealership that im just finding out had nothing to do with King Motors. I appreciate Alex and Shaf helping me to fix a problem that was very nerve wrecking to me and my family. Not only did they help me but we came to an agreement that was good for my car as well as my pockets and its getting the repairs to my truck done and in a timely order. They not only worked with me they also worked with my attitude. I look forward to purchasing a car from them in the future because they helped me a lot and they worked with me. I only wish I had purchased my vehicle from them because they had really good customer service and they are good at solving problems that they did not create . I would refer King Motors to someone who is looking to buy a car they are great.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS WONDERFUL. I HAD A GREAT TIME BUYING A CAR FROM HERE. MR. ALEX HELPED ME OUT WITH MY CREDIT TO GET ME A NICE JEEP CHEROOKEE. OVERALL I THINK IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD DEF. COME BACK FOR FUTHER FUTURE PURCHASES AND WILL ALSO REFER PEOPLE TO COME TO BUY CARS FROM HERE.

I have never had a problem with buying a car or servicing my vehicles at King Motors. I have experienced great professionalism from the sales man and the mechanics have been very nice and efficient. I would recommend anyone to buy a car or truck at King Motors and service their vehicle since there prices are reasonable and they are fast.

I went shopping for a car because I had an accident in my old one. It was love at first site I love the vehicle I purchased I was reassured the warranty I should have knew better seeing as tho the car had such high mileage but nothing was stopping me not even two weeks after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on and they told me it was something minor but I knew better I took it to midas and they did a diagnostic which later revealed it was the transmission . They refused to pay for the work to be done even tho it was under warranty so I asked for my money back . They wouldn't give it back to me so next thing I knew the owner was telling me that I had to wait until the extended warranty kicked in which was a whole 90 days away . I was devastated It has been 1 yr and my transmission is just getting repaired lets see if its done right I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy here . at the end of the day when you buy a car used or not if your paying $8000 for it it should last and you should not be given the run around so there for be careful do your research pay attention to reviews because your hard earned money is at risk.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! If I could give this place a negative number I would. The new management/ J. Kazaraz is a liar in addition to his staff being totally dishonest. They do almost a 50% markup on material which is NOT how the old management used to operate. Whatever you do...ride past this place...DO NOT STOP!
